This is quite the impressive waterfall, and we enjoyed stopping in to see it, but from the west side all you can really see is the top of the fall. At least the day we were there, there was so much mist blowing up from the canyon that we couldn’t even see the bottom of the falls. To get to the viewing area, you need to hike over some rocky paths from the parking lot. There was obviously a lot of rain shortly before we were there, and sections of the paths were completely flooded. It wasn’t a problem for us, but something to be aware of.

Nice waterfalls, there is a road to platform, to close-up look and another waterfall. Be prepared for hard winds from which your eyes and noses will be covered in black sand

Stunning waterfall. Nice path to get to all the viewing points. Some of them are a bit rocky and some rocky steps but nothing difficult or dangerous. Can do it in sliders. Big parking lot where it's free to park and there are free toilets to use. There's a little food stand which sells soup. You could easily spend a couple of hours walking to the 2 waterfalls.

It is necessary to take a short route to reach the waterfall that can be seen from different points. The waterfall is impressive and with a great flow of water. IMPORTANT: In June several areas were closed to the public due to landslides Parking costs 7 euros.

Really beautiful and big waterfall! Definitely worth a visit. A bit of a walk (10-15 minutes) to get to the viewpoints but it was a simple (somewhat rocky) hike.

Your view is reliant on which side you park. We parked on the west side and the views were very limited. However, the drive to the parking lot is much shorter and easier than the east side. That being said, the east side has much better views and access up close to the waterfall. Nonetheless, a stunning waterfall no matter which side you choose.

Big and beautiful waterfall. The viewing spots are great. However, unfortunately, we were unable to go right closer due to a recent landslide occurring near the trail. Another issue is that getting to the other side takes 1 hour, which is why I took a star. Other than that, plenty of restrooms and parking, and highly recommend checking this huge waterfall out.

Worth going. Available from viewing points not too far from it. The closer look is closed in Sept 2025, due to a landslide. I recommend to drive from the other side (not the official parking lot on Google maps), you can then walk on the rocks very close.
