Amazing museum for cinema and television, with an emphasis on the great star of German cinema, Marlene Dietrich. The circular hall with the screens and costumes of the famous actress is stunning. The tribute to the pioneer of German cinema, Fritz Lang, with references to the Metropolis, is unique. The presentation of models from films is impressive. We found the hall with the mirrors and even the metal staircase awesome! We would definitely like to visit this very modern place. Excitement and many emotions for those who love the 7th art.

Loved this museum! A great place to learn about early film history, German Expressionism, the war and subsequent exodus of talent to Hollywood, and their influence on American film. The architecture and design was amazing, evoking the expressionist style when walking through the early 20th c section.

Great place if you have interest in films and the making of them, and obviously if you’re interested in German television history. The permanent exhibition is awesome and is really cool and many things were interactive. If you’re in Berlin, this is a must see.

The museum provides an overview of German film industry. It’s interesting to see how some iconic scenes were made with the past technology. I wish there are more exhibitions dedicated to the modern era though.

A nice museum and experience, they have a really nice mirror installation which you can take really nice photos at. There are a lot of old historical clips, props and things to see. 4 stars since I don't think this 1 hour tour is worth 9 euro that's all, but it may be my taste, don't let my opinion hold you back!

One of the Best places I've visited here in Berlin. Along with Berlin Dungeon and the Botanic Garden, this is in my top list. If you're a fan of movies, TV, and classic cinema, i recommend this place 100%. It's just out of this world. They delicate way the put everything into place, the way they show you the history, is just... No words!!! I will continue visiting this place again to take some more/better pictures, because you cannot be tired of good things like this!

Another interesting museum. Well organised and very modern. I was really surprised by various collections of television and film from silent to very modern tech one, from WWII to new all kind of history is there. History of German cinema is been told with details. This is very interesting space for film lovers. The most I like is mirror room. It’s worth to visit if you’re in Berlin.
