Cozy and stylish setting indoors, but no place at the we were there. So we took the outdoor tables. It has a solid tapas menu that’s generally satisfying. The food is well-prepared and flavourful. While portions are on the smaller side (as expected with tapas), most items are thoughtfully presented and enjoyable. The service is excellent, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. As for prices, it lean toward the higher end for tapas, especially when ordering multiple dishes to share.

Just dropped in here while visiting Sydney to get out of the rain, was just going to have a drink, but saw the little tapas passing by so tried the Patatas and the Croquettes (Ham & Cheese/ Duck). Food was lovely and service polite and animated. A nice place for a quick bite. Very good quality and a wide selection of options.

🍽️ Had the most amazing birthday dinner at Deux Frères! The food was amazing, and the vibe was super fun and relaxed, such a perfect spot to unwind and celebrate. Huge shoutout to Arnaud, who was incredibly sweet and thoughtful, making sure everything was perfect all night long :))) Every staff member was all smiles and full of energy, which made the whole experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this place!!! you’ve got to check it out! I’ll definitely be coming back😆

We had a wonderful experience dining here for dinner (celebrating a birthday no less!) The service, atmosphere, and food were excellent and is exactly what you would expect. Pricing is quite competitive for the quality and portion they serve and overall good fun to dine at if you’re looking for a cozy tapas and drinks experience (would recommend alfresco seating if larger groups or want to be sat more spaciously). The menu can be a bit difficult to decipher for the uninitiated but it is all very hearty and delicious nonetheless. Great variety of dishes and the ones we ordered were all winners and we look forward to going back and trying another variety of things from the menu! Desert looked delightful as well but we couldn’t possibly have any more food tonight. Next time! 10/10 would recommend and we will be coming back again. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Had the best evening at Deux Frères celebrating my partner's birthday. From start to finish, everything was just perfect! The staff are absolutely lovely and so accommodating, and we have to give a special shoutout to Celia. We were impressed to learn this is her first job in hospitality - she's a natural! You can teach the technical skills, but you can't teach genuine attentiveness and warmth, and she absolutely has that gift. Keep her - she's amazing! The food was outstanding! Every dish is beautifully presented and packed with flavour - clearly made with love and attention to detail! This place goes above and beyond in every part of the experience. A huge thank you for making our night so special! We'll be back! ☺️

We read a lot of good reviews for this ‘hidden’ tapas bar in the heart of CBD, and we finally got a chance to visit. It was just as good as we expected 😌 We didn’t reserve in advance, so we just walked in and took the window seats, the vibe is really chill and not lousy, an intimate atmosphere is more accurate. (It’s a Monday evening around 5:30pm, but we reckon you should book a table first, it got very busy after 6pm) The service was great and very friendly staff recommended some dishes for the night, all turned out really balanced and delicious 😋 Their Mulled Wine we gave it a 10/10, not too alcoholic, really smooth, just the warmth we need in this freezing weather 🍷 Must try!

📍Deux Frères, Sydney This is a Spanish tapas bar where you can enjoy a variety of small plates. We had a delightful time to enjoy all the food. The sangria was great to share among the 7 of us. I adored the chorizo, especially how they use the pig dish to present it and the part with fire. What we ordered🍽️ *Le Litre Red Sangria *Patatas Bravas *Txistorra “Chorizo” *Chipirones “A la Plancha” *Tortilla de Patatas *Grilled Octopus *Artisanal Loaf *Gambas al Ajillo *Brioche, Foie Grass, Onion *Ham & Cheese Croqueta *Bacalao Croqueta *Confit Duck Croqueta Everything was beautifully presented and perfect for sharing. They were all well flavoured. It was a memorable night and dinning experience.🥰 Highly recommended if you are looking for something new to try.

If you’re planning to take some photos around Circular Quay, this spot makes a nice brunch stop beforehand. The foie gras was rich and buttery—would’ve been even better with a light sear for that crispy edge. The sauce underneath was a bit too salty for my taste. The potato and chicken patties were delicious—definitely a highlight. The paella was a bit dry and didn’t quite suit my palate. On the bright side, the grilled baby squid was fresh and tender. Overall, a decent experience and worth a try if you’re in the area.
