My Review: I recently stayed at [Dev Royale Hotel] and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel excels in many areas, offering comfortable and well-appointed rooms, exceptional cleanliness, and a friendly, helpful staff. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are top-notch and well-maintained. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. However, my experience with the food service was less satisfactory. The taste of the food did not meet expectations, lacking the flavor and quality one would anticipate from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, the service was often slow, resulting in long wait times that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. In summary, while [Dev Royale Hotel] is excellent in terms of accommodation, amenities, and overall service, improvements in the food quality and speed of service would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Absolutely delighted with my recent stay at [Dev Royal Hotel]! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room itself was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed, providing a serene and cozy sanctuary after a busy day of exploring. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience. The hotel's restaurant served up some of the most delectable dishes I've ever tasted, each expertly prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The ambiance of the dining area only added to the overall dining pleasure. Also, the best rooftop dine-in café (Cafe by Dev). I felt refreshed and pampered throughout my stay. For this I thank Dev Royal Hotel.

Nice rooms good service staff is very friendly

Very very rude staff specially suraj the night manager They charge 1000 for 1 hr for a visitor also Bathroom tap is broken Have to call multiple times for cleaning room List is very long Just a suggestion don't stay here

Service is very poor and behavior is like a warden. No one allowed to meet without charges..

Me and my family we’ve stayed at dev hotel couple of times already despite of being a regular customer the manager of the hotel was so disrespectful and full of ego he did not acknowledge us and disrespected me and my mother saying that we are no body when we were negotiating the room prices as he had charged us 800 extra just in few months time for no reason it wasn’t even peak season. Shower wasn’t working get spray wasn’t working extremely disrespectful and he was laughing and insulting me and my mother that the other worker of the hotel was feeling uncomfortable. HONESTLY SUGGEST NOT GOING TO THIS HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE YOU WILL GET EXTREMELY NICE HOTELS AROUND DONT EVEN KEEP THIS PLACE AS AN OPTION COMING FROM A LADY TRAVELLING WITH HER MOTHER ALONE!!!!!

Our stay at Dev Royale Hotel was excellent. The rooms very very spacious and the interior was amazing. The staff there were very polite and helpful. The food also was very tasty. Our experience at Dev Royale was superb and we'd recommend this hotel definitely. Next will be visiting again over here for sure:)

We arrived very late at night, after landing in Delhi on a long flight from the US. We were so lucky to find this hotel! It was bright and well lit and looked great from the street as we drove by so we stopped in front of the hotel to see if they had any rooms. The manager at the front desk, Pankaj, was very helpful and friendly as he checked us into our rooms quickly. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with a lovely balcony, a tea and coffee station, small refrigerator, and the rainfall showerhead felt so good! All the staff from the bell boy to the security guard were great. Checkout the next morning was easy thanks to Pankaj and we were on our way after getting some much needed rest. Would definitely stay here again!
