Dewa Phuket Resort and Villas

From all the impressions of Dewa at the first time and made me want to come back to stay for the second time. ||This time I chose a pool villa room to stay from 8-11 December 2025 , The room is very beautiful, clean, private. The room doesn't have any bad smell. ||The hotel staff remembers us. Warm welcome like family. The greeting in the room “ Welcome back “ shows the hotel pay attention to customers. ||What I really appreciate is the extra deliciousness vegan foods . Chef เพิ่ม remembers everything about food and ingredients that I was allergic . Cooking the food that I ate safely. As well as preparing special breakfast box for me 2 times on a day trip and Vegan breakfast on the beach. ||All managers, employees in every department who put their heart into their work to make Thai guests very happy. Unlike other hotels that give more importance to foreign guests. ||Rating 100/10 perfect. Excellent service mind. 🙏🙏😊||Thank you to GM , Mr. Tula OP manager , all front department, Khun Min and team, Chef Pheimเพิ่ม and team, Mr. Rodney, the housewife. ||Thank you to all the staffs in every department. IMHO Dewa is a good hotel in Naiyang beach, Kho Phuket with sufficient number of villas on the territory. Can say nothing about the main building 'cause did't even step inside but villas are quite comfortable to spend a week of your life. What I dislike while staying there (NOT the hotel fault)- mosquitos, mosquitos, mosquitos ! They always beat human beings- beach line opposite the hotel was very dirt and we had to go much closer to the main beach (approx 650 m) to swim.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dewa Phuket Resort & Villas. The pool villa was amazing—having our own private pool made the experience feel luxurious and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, the service was friendly and welcoming, and the location is perfect—just steps from the ocean with easy swimming access. It’s also a short walk to many restaurants, which made it easy to explore and enjoy great food nearby. One thing to note: there are mosquitoes, but that’s to be expected when you’re staying in a jungle setting right on the beach. Buy some bug spray, relax, and enjoy the environment—it’s part of the experience. Overall, a beautiful resort and a great place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed recently at the Dewa Hotel and Villas and we couldn’t recommend this place more. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Elf especially at the front desk helped my husband on several occasions with local information and with our stay including being able to stay around the hotel after checkout and use the facilities including a shower to get ready for the airport. The breakfast chef was so accommodating, as a vegan and came and introduced herself and made me seperate dishes. The breakfast was brilliant the best we have had yet on our travels in Thailand. Nat and Dutch were brilliant at the restaurant and bar as were all the staff. The rooms were great, spacious and lovely body products. The pool was clean and right opposite a stunning clear sand beach great for swimming and watching the sunset and right next to a national park. We are so excited to return when we go back to Thailand in December and will be staying at Dewa for several days straight after we arrive at the airport and also for a few nights before we leave. Many thanks to all the staff at Dewa for making our stay there so enjoyable.

We stayed at Dewa Phuket for one night before leaving Phuket, mainly because of its proximity to the airport, and it turned out to be a wonderful choice. We arrived very late and had to leave early in the morning, and the staff were incredibly kind — they prepared breakfast for us and also arranged our transportation, which we really appreciated. The hotel is extremely close to the beach, which is a big plus, and the whole area feels like a little jungle. It’s very green, calm, and pleasant, making it feel like a true retreat despite being so close to the airport. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience and a hotel we’d happily recommend, even for a longer stay.

We had a great stay at the Dewa. Our pool villa was beautiful and kept immaculately clean by Yoh from housekeeping. My wife had the 2 hour signature massage in the hotel spa with Noi and couldn’t praise the experience enough. The food was great when we chose to eat there and the restaurant is very pleasant and airy with lots of well shaded outdoor seating. Danil and CC from the front of house team both made extra special efforts on our behalf and their inputs really made a massive difference to our stay…. thank you guys!! For the money, probably the best deal in Phuket…. highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the hotel and felt truly compelled to share how exceptional the staff were during my visit. In particular, Wawa, Bumbim, and Far stood out as some of the best hostesses I have ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately made me feel welcomed and valued. Wawa was incredibly attentive and consistently went out of her way to ensure every detail of my stay was comfortable. She carried herself with such friendliness and confidence that it instantly created a positive atmosphere. Bumbim impressed me with her calm, caring nature and eagerness to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, her service was outstanding. Far was equally remarkable—she radiated kindness and enthusiasm in every interaction. Her ability to anticipate guests’ needs, along with her cheerful personality, made a huge difference in my overall experience. Together, Wawa, Bumbim, and Far created a level of service that truly elevated my stay. Their hospitality, professionalism, and positive attitude reflect the highest standards of the hotel. They are without question some of the best hostesses I have ever met, and I sincerely appreciate all that they did to make my stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking exceptional service—thanks in large part to these three remarkable team members.

This has been our hotel of choice in the area and we have stayed there many times over the years. We would think again before booking it next time though as it definitely isn't as good as it was.||To get the negatives out of the way 1st, for some reason they have shut the main pool to residence. Apparently now, it is only for the people who own condominiums within the hotel and this puts massive pressure on the one pool that remains. There must be probably a maximum of 30 sun lounges there which just isn't enough for the size of hotel.||Another couple of annoyances where we emailed twice in advance to ask for a quiet room yet were allocated one right next to the busy main road which caused a lot of noise. The reception service wasn't good either. We arrived from a 12 hour flight from the UK and we're told understandably our room wasn't ready. I checked three times with the receptionist over the next few hours to see if the room was ready and it wasn't. In the end, I walked to the room to find it was ready but they just hadn't told us. Apparently, they were meant to do this through the app but that never worked and they just didn't bother which was frustrating. Also, I spent about 15 minutes on our day before departure booking the free of charge transfer to the airport. When we checked out, they had no record of this which was worrying as we needed to depart on time to catch our flight!||All that said, the hotel still has a great deal going for it and it could easily be improved. The room we did have was big, bright and had absolutely everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The bed was huge and very comfortable so we slept extremely well both nights. There's a mini bar, robes, safe, umbrellas and just about every other thing you could need to make you feel at home.||The staff were helpful even if they did let us down a couple of times And the grounds are lovely. You are just one minute from the beach and about three minutes walk to the start of the strip of restaurants and bars so the hotel is very well located.||Hopefully, they will embrace the feedback in this review and maybe get the pool back for the residence to use.
