The location is excellent close to many eating places and the night market and riverfront. It’s on a fairly quiet street and the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are large at 45sqm and the staff are very accommodating with timely house keeping services. While the breakfast selection is not large there is a mix of western and Asian selections and sufficient for all palates. The hotel feels like someone’s French villa as it has a very cosy atmosphere which gives it its charm and makes it distinctive from all the modern day hotels. While the fixtures may seem a bit dated it is very clean and it provides all the amenities you need and I love the fact that it has a balcony attached to each room so you can sit outside and relax.

We were blown away by this hotel. The customer service given by everyone we interacted with was top class: willing to help, patient while answering questions, welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Beds and pillows are firm yet comfortable. Try to book a room with a balcony so you can enjoy the view and night breeze. We purchased a bottle of wine at the wine store next door and sat on the balcony every evening. The hotel is located at ground zero of Vientiane, so it's centrally located to the night market, lounges, restaurants, massage parlors, and historical monuments. A must stay!

The hotel is exceptionally well located in the centre of town. The rooms are spacious and the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really very good. It is not a big 5 star hotel but it is perfect for wandering around Vientiane and the price point makes it even better. Great value.

Enjoyed the beautiful ambience and friendly staff. The breakfast was really good, too. It had a decent spread and an alarte carte menu which they serve hot.

Fantastic location in the centre of Vientiane, minutes from everything. Hotel has a lovely charm to it, that you don't experience in the 'big brand' hotels. Staff couldn't be nicer, and always greet you with a lovely smile. Food at breakfast is a fairly limited choice, but that's not a bad thing as everything is good quality. The rooms are large, with plenty of space. Would recommend without hesitation, and we will definitely be back in the future.

This hotel is well located for restaurants and bars .There are some local tourist sites within walking distance and plenty of tuk-tuk to take to you to others. If you plan to go to Buddha Park I would suggest you take a car as it is a 30/40 minute ride but well worth going.||The hotel reception is gracefully presented and the staff are pleasant and helpful. There is no swimming pool at this hotel.|The dining room for breakfast is again tastefully presented. The breakfast menu is limited but nevertheless more than adequate. The cappuccino is particularly good.||The bedroom is large and had some charm with a large balcony which has a tile floor and could do with up dating. The bedroom does have all the requirements and the bed is comfy, however, again it does need updating. The bathroom is large with an in-bath shower which to be honest is not the best, the shower itself needs replacing - it does work but temperature is difficult to control. Climbing in and out of the bath which has no non slip mat is potentially a hazard and it is evident that others had held onto the towel rail for support, which was coming away from the wall.||Superficially the hotel is clean but the standard of cleaning did not do the hotel proud . There is a nicely furnished lounge on the first floor. There are also large hallways which are sparsely furnished and to furnish those areas would enhance the general feel of the Hotel.

The location is so convenient, staffs are very helpful, within walking distance to many landmarks, and to the riverside night market with lots of food options

Good hotel, good breakfast. Position very good in city centre and near Mekong river, but in a lateral so not too busy/noisy (at least my room). Staff was very nice as well. The hotel lacks a bit some character or uniqueness, it's a very standard new hotel.
