Dhawa Ihuru

What a wonderful end to our trip. The island is wonderfully setup with happy friendly staff, an amazing house reef and fantastic service. Sugina and the team were always so welcoming for our meals. We have visited many islands in the Maldives and this one feels special. Having Banya Tree 5 mins away by boat is great for a new reef and restaurants. Night fishing was great fun with an amazing fun team.

Amazing experience here. The coral reef and the fish are some of the best we have ever seen. The staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful. We just did the parasailing which was amazing! Thank you Yamin and Thootte. We will definitely rerun

We had an amazing experience during our stay! Elena was a fantastic butler—she truly cared about our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. She even arranged a wonderful sunset cruise on a catamaran, which was a highlight of our trip. Tooteh, Viyam , and Alsan were exceptional guides for our nurse shark excursion. They were not only knowledgeable but also very attentive, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. The snorkeling trip was incredible and very close by, making it easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

Nice reef. Good, friendly staff. Nice and delicious food. I watched some sharks when i made a snorkeling. The price of mini bar is high but its ok: gin .350 costs about 35$ omg)) shweps 6$). Hotel has two islands and its not far from the Male: about 30 minutes by boat.

Professional and friendly staff, Stunning views, delicious food especially seafood like Tuna salad, Salmon as well as Maldivian cuisine. Banyan Tree other property is equally beautiful must visit that also. Perfect place for family vacation.i would highly recommend Dhawa Ihuru. | Thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one.

We have been to the Maldives a few times and Dhawa Ihuru is one of the best we have been to. We loved that it was a small island with a laid back feel, you can kick off your shoes when you arrive and don't need them during your stay. It's also a short boat ride from Male so no need for seaplanes which was a bonus. It's the staff that make the island feel special, providing a warm friendly welcome and fantastic service. The food was fab, great choice at breakfast, lunch & dinner. Dinner alternated between a buffet and a la carte. The seafood & curries were delicious and always lots of fresh fruit. The snorkeling is good and definitely recommend going on the dolphin cruise, we saw lots of dolphins close up. We would definitely recommend a stay here & looking forward to returning.

During our recent stay, we had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service thanks to our Malaysian butler, Elena. She was incredibly attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was delightful. Whether we needed assistance with reservations, tips on local attractions, or just someone to ask questions, Elena was always there with a friendly smile, ready to help. Her ability to communicate in multiple languages made interactions seamless, and it made us feel even more welcomed!||We also had an absolutely mesmerizing experience during our underwater excursions. Swimming with the nurse sharks was the highlight of our trip! It's not every day that you get the chance to see these magnificent creatures up close. The experience of encountering stingrays, colorful fish, and blacktip sharks was truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that we will cherish forever.||We want to extend our gratitude to the local guides we worked with, including Tooteh, Alsan, and Viyam. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly.

We had 9 days on the island - choosing for the first time a boat transfer from the airport so a resort closer to the main island. The resort was small and just what we wanted. The staff were great - getting the balance between service and engagement spot on. The dive centre and gym were the best I have experienced in the Maldives . The chalets were secluded enough with essentially your own beach with sun beds and swings for each chalet. We will definitely be back
