I was so happy to come across this photo exhibition—it truly felt like the arrival of spring. The floral photographs stood out beautifully against the weathered red brick walls, creating such a striking contrast. Once inside the gallery, I felt like I had stepped outside of Manhattan itself. It gave me a peaceful break from the busy rhythm of the city, allowing me to slow down and appreciate the art installations around me. The gallery also has a great selection of books for sale, plenty of benches where you can sit and rest, and even a restroom available for visitors. It’s a thoughtfully designed space that welcomes you to stay a little longer.

Loved the Delcy Morelos showcase. It was very organized and I connected with it. Surprisingly it smelled really nice in there.upon entry or exit you can buy some really cool art books.

Certainly it is small and depends on the work that is shown, but what is it there right now is extraordinary. The Embrace reminds us all of our return to Mother Earth and how small we are in the vast universe as it floats in the room. The artist is Delsey Morelos through July.

We went to see the installation by Delcy Morelos and had a tour with David. It was unbelievable! David is an excellent guide.

Came here to see the new meditation interactive exhibit and was really impressed! It’s completely free and you can stay as long as you want. There are vibrating beams that you can lay on. Neat spot to visit if you’re in Chelsea.

Reopened mid April and it is a beautiful space. The building is an art work in and of itself. It’s recommended that you make an appt to visit online (it’s free) although based on the exhibition on view, you may have no problem getting in.

this gallery has a lot of interior space, probably the most i’ve ever seen in an art gallery in NYC. this enables them to showcase extremely unique, typically large, pieces of work that you wouldn’t see anywhere else.

Yelp
Everyone who worked there was super friendly. The art exhibit was fantastic. Dia Chelsea is always free so this is definitely a great value. When you walk in, you have to check in on the right. Then the exhibitions are on the left. Human instinct is probably to walk straight ahead but that's where the special events and workshops take place.
