Parts dept! Pablo and Carlos were AMAZING! I called Long Beach where I got my car originally and I called Lake Elsinore. They were off the top 60 bucks less than Lake Elsinore. After applying a mechanics discount they were $100 cheaper than everywhere else. Not only were they less expensive before they knew about the mechanic discount to be applied but they were also more helpful and faster and more competent over the phone. Pablo heard me say the van had it pulled up and priced me in less time than any other location. When I got there Carlos took care of me was courteous and was able to get the pricing corrected because I did not give them the mechanics information previously. I wanted to see what their regular pricing was so we could refer them people in the future. This is definitely going to be the spot that I will recommend moving forward. Clean, courteous, and they had inventory.

Diamond Valley Honda pressured me into buying the KARR security system when I purchased my truck. Had no other option since it was already installed. That system ended up causing serious computer failures --- my truck even shut off at 65 mph on the freeway with my kids inside. I brought it in several times, paid for repairs that didn't fix the issue, and only after months did management admit the aftermarket KARR system was the real cause. Once it was removed, my truck finally worked correctly. When I went back for the refund their own service team told me to request, I was told "all sales are final." They refused to stand by their word and even suggested reinstalling the same system that made my truck unsafe! Also, manager refused to talk to me, and we kept using the sales guy as a middleman. Very unprofessional! This dealership sold me a dangerous product, charged me for failed repairs, and refused accountability. BUYER BEWARE!!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and emotionally draining from start to finish. I was allowed to take home a brand-new Honda Civic Sport before my loan was ever approved. something that should never happen at a reputable dealership. I was never told I was driving a car without an approved contract on file. Instead, they started checking my credit with multiple banks on the 17th of November when I got the car on the 8th of November they kept calling me days later demanding the same documents over and over as if I did something wrong. To make it worse, when I contacted Honda Lease Trust myself, they confirmed they had no record of me, my Social Security number, or even the VIN. Meaning the dealership let me leave with a vehicle without a finalized loan, which is their mistake, NOT MINE. During all of this, I acted in good faith. I Got full-coverage insurance, Bought floor mats and items to keep the car clean *Treated the car as if everything was finalized Because that's what any normal person would do after signing paperwork at a dealership. Instead of contacting me professionally, they called me through 'Potential Spam' numbers. I work full-time Monday-Friday, and I clearly told them to contact me after 5 PM or by email. They ignored that. No voicemail, no proper communication, nothing organized. The entire process has caused me extreme stress and anxiety. I shouldn't have to chase answers, call different departments, or contact Honda directly just to find out what is going on with my own vehicle. The lack of transparency has been unbelievable. To make things even more chaotic, the staff members involved Nathaly who's on maternity all of a sudden, and John Bass who was fired during the process, which explains the disorganization but does not excuse it. This dealership has no regard for customers' time, mental health, or financial stability. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE they were pushing pushing and pushing me to write a good review for them because it'll help them and they did nothing but put me in a fucked up situation with not a care in the world.

This review is strictly on the individual that took my call at the dealership (Habid) I spoke to Habid for like 30 seconds then transferred me to Gabriel who made the sale smooth .. Back to the sales associate Habid, I placed a deposit for a 2024 Honda AccordEX-L which they had for about a week. Super excited to pick up my new car until he pulled it up. Car was dirty with water stains. I asked him to take it back and clean it up and was reluctant to do so. But I said I will wait for it to be cleaned up! ( it's a new car geez) He brought it out and still water spots but I was so annoyed I left with it. Car was washed and yet the stains still on the passenger mirror. (Super dissatisfied) Then I found a switch under the passenger side, which I am not sure what it does. Then the speaker on the passenger side seems to be torn. Spoke to Habid, basically tells me I need to go when he is there ( when it's convenient to him) and that I have to wait for the car to be looked at and fixed. I for a loaner and said he can't do it because there's nothing wrong with the car (WTH) Evidently the customer is treated like crap after you pay over 35k for a car because they already have your money... Would I recommend, more likely NOT !!!

UPDATE - RESOLVED PROFESSIONALLY Even difficult experiences can be made right - and I want to give credit where it's due. After an extremely frustrating and confusing service experience that involved misdiagnoses and a failed fuel injector repair, I initially left this review to document what went wrong. The van misfired shortly after service, and we received multiple conflicting explanations - from tight valves to spark plugs, to coils, none of which turned out to be correct. Ultimately, another Honda dealership found that an O-ring had been left inside the fuel rail during injector installation, causing the misfire on cylinder #5. What could have ended in small claims court instead ended with a professional and fair resolution. After some back and forth, and with persistence on my part, Diamond Valley Honda acknowledged the mistake and reimbursed us fully for the $1,725 in avoidable expenses we incurred while trying to resolve the issue. I want to specifically thank Service Manager Michael Carrasco, who remained respectful, responsive, and worked with upper management to make things right. So while we had a tough experience getting here, I'm updating my review to reflect that accountability was taken, and the situation was resolved in full. I hope this leads to better service practices moving forward - and if nothing else, know that if something goes wrong here, you may still find people willing to do the right thing.

They have had this black Honda Touring AWD Pilot on their web site for like 2-3 weeks. We reached out to them and the sales lady texted and called to confirm they had the car. Well. Get there. 15-20 minutes waiting for them to "pull it around." They pulled out a a different model. We told him no. He said "this is what I was told." So. The sales manager and sales lady knew they didn't have it, yet they brought their "bait and switch" car. I was getting bad vibes. We started leaving. Three. Three salespeople come out to talk to us we're getting into our car. The manager said "We can order you one in two hours." Like dude. If you knew that when I called the sales lady you did not have one in stock, you should have saved me 90 minutes of my time. That is the worst tactic ever. Dishonest.

FOLLOW UP - CRICKETS. The General Manager called and stated that the problem was taken care of, allowing us to be credited back for the spoiler we never received. However, nearly a month later, no credit has shown up on our account with Honda Finance Company. This could be explained by what they told me the accounting department said they did this credit but failed to communicate with me. My guess is that they did not communicate with me because they have yet to do anything. They also stated they give double milage on leases, however when you get your bill from HONDA it shows 10,000 miles, not the 20, 000 miles. Getting concerned. I have called and left the GM 2 messages so far with those calls not being returned.

Update I got refunded by the Berea of Automotive Repair for the valve cover but now it's leaking oil even worse than it was before I had it changed. As a reputable business you would want your service and handiwork to be great; This was beyond subpar. At one point I've spent over 2 bands for the timing at this very location, never again am I giving you money hungry people any more of my money.

Please ready your documents at the time of financing beware.... We refused the karr replacement program just to find out that my wife signed for it not knowing they still added after being told verbally we did not want it. Sad part the Karr protection was not ever activated by Diamond valley honda. Dont do business with dishonest dealerships

We purchased a Certified 2023 HRV on 9/2 - Our salesman Alex was absolutely great to work with and I wish I didn't have to write this review. Our vehicle had a crack on the windshield which they included on the DUE BILL. We were reassured that it would be fixed/repaired/replaced depending on the size. We took the vehicle in on 9/25 and after keeping our vehicle ALL DAY, Lindsey let us know they only filled it and told us to use Safe-Guard to file the claim, 30 days after purchase. Well, Safe-Guard will not repair our windshield as they are holding Diamond Valley Honda responsible. My husband and I have now called the dealership several times, Sales, Service, Our salesmanager who helped us, and Lindsey - left voicemails and were promised callbacks. We have YET to hear from anyone at the store. I work in the automotive industry and the team that helped us knows this since it seemed to be a major hot topic during the buying process. I need Victor Moreno or the Service Director to contact me immediately as we are exhausted at the careless runaround we've been receiving.

I wish I could give this business no stars for the purpose of this review. I bought my certified pre-owned 2024 Honda HRV from another Honda dealer because they had better pricing and a vehicle that matched all I wanted. But that is beside the point. Yesterday I had gone to start my car and my battery was dead. The battery I have in my car is also purchased at Honda and has 100-month warranty which can be honored at any Honda dealership nationwide. In my car I also have 100,000 mile premium warranty. I had called diamond valley Honda yesterday to find out if I could get in to service my battery as it shouldn't be dying as I only bought it one month ago. The woman I spoke to looked my car up and said that my warranty was not honored at this dealership and I would have to go elsewhere. She also told me that the battery is not covered in the warranty; however, the battery is brand new and has warranty. The woman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me that my only option was to call AAA and have them jumpstart me at take it to where I bought the car. Now I didn't tell her I had AAA so when she told me that I said "and what if I don't have AAA" she then proceeded to stumble on her words and said "let me get a manager". When she came back she said that the manager was not going to take the call because there's nothing they could do for me. The woman refused to hear me out and listen to what I was explaining to her. She heard the words but was not really listening. Now I'm not stupid and I know that my cars warranty is honored nationwide as well as the battery warranty because they are through Honda directly. I called the Honda dealership I purchased the car from and they explained that I was correct and my warranty should be honored nationwide at any Honda dealership. Needless to say, I will not be taking my car to Diamond Valley Honda as they clearly don't want business because they were so unwilling to help me and flat out lied to me regarding my cars warranty. I wish I knew the woman's name of whom I spoke to but during our conversation it got lost.

My 2022 Honda civic sport rear wiper needed to be replaced and I checked the honda website for the OEM part 76730-T43-003. The website listed the price for $15.12 so I decided to buy the part at the Diamond Valley Honda. My wife picked it up for me on her way back from work. Later my wife told me they charged her $25 for the part and I told her that is more then the Honda website lists the part. When we went back to speak to them about the price. They advised her the dealership owner does not go off of Honda prices because they are a franchise and have different prices. They would not honor Honda's price. Then while sitting outside I saw Diamond Valley service member drive a white Suv on a flat tire from one parking lot to another. I hope that was not a customer's car that was brought in for service.

I just called and spoke with one of the sales person Nicholas in regards to a 2015 Hyundai Sonata.. I inquired about extended service what it would offer and his restrictions I let them know. I was preapproved through my credit union. He wanted to know first, how much then he tap dance around my questions concerning the extended warranty yet of course asking me when I will come down I asked him he wanted to know if I wanted him to include the cost of these extended warranties believe it or not this vehicle went from $12,999 to 21,741.00... now what does that tell you about greed? I originally only wanted to know how much was the $12,999 out the door with tax license normal fees was... So this is for those who are new at Car shopping don't believe the hype... everybody gotta eat, but don't be soup kitchen... and again this was for a 2015 , and under 60,000 miles.

Took an uber from Torrance to Hemet to buy this car. You can see from the ad that it's supposed to have heated, leather seats. Guess what it did not have? Heated, leather seats. When I spoke to the sales manager, he said the 3rd party site messed up the data...ummm pretty sure they get the data from the dealership. They offered me $250 off the car, which I just spent $160 with uber to get to. When I showed them a similar Compass in Costa Mesa with heated leather seats, they asked me how much I would pay for the car. I told them $24k, which was less than the vehicle in Costa Mesa. They said no, so I left and took an uber home. Wasted 4+ hours and $300 for nothing. ***DON'T BUY A CAR HERE ***

We purchased a used Acura TLX about a month ago. Our salesman was nice enough and I don't have any complaints about that. My issue happened on the way home of purchasing our car. The windshield had a previously repaired chip that cracked on the way home. I called to see about having it fixed or replaced as I could tell the windshield had been previously repaired at that spot (you could feel the glue). When I asked about repair, they confirmed the windshield did have a previous chip repair and I could bring it in for them to look at it and they would then decide if they were going to call the windshield repair company or not. I live an hour away and to find the time to get there to look at the crack and bring it back again to maybe repair it is just not good customer service in my opinion. I would have expected them to be more accommodating and absolutely repair and or replace the windshield the day I bring it in. We have not brought it in and are driving our new "used" car with a cracked windshield. Very disappointing. I wouldn't buy a car here again if this is the service you get after you buy a pretty big investment. Not only the windshield issue but it was doused in air freshener when we did the test drive. That should have been a red flag. Once the air freshener wore off, the car reeks of cigarettes. Next time I'll be more aware of things to look out for.

Honda in Hemet is not the helpful or the nicest people in service. They are all about talking about clients in front of others. They have a shuttle, but since it's Christmas time it's an hour and a half wait. We are busy, the person who booked my appointment said 1-2 hours. Today no way it's Christmas and that will be 3-4 hours. I'm sure every year at this time it's the same and they use the same excuse instead of coming up with a better way to treat your customers.

After leaving the scam artists at Moss Brothers in Moval, we ventured over to Diamond Valley Honda and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Natalie. She might have been one of the best sales people we have ever dealt with. No nonsense. No hard sale crap, just good service. Sunday afternoon was going well, met with a sales person (Levi) outside the lot, showed us a few cars. We ended up deciding on a new honda prologue, everything went well through our purchase. Until, they forgot to tell me i need a purchase code? for ordering the "at home charger" not only that, I still don't have a way off charging my car?!? And it's been two months and they refuse to help me. The rest of the honda team there, sucks bunch of useless people. Not only do I not have a way of charging my "car", but they decided to tell me after buying the "car" that they have no way of giving me a at home charger?after they just had sold one and gave it to someone else?So if you wanna buy a prologue don't do it because "HONDA" doesn't provide you with any more at home chargers. What kind of BS is that? Thanks for nothing? Got a new car, that I can't use. not only that I'm paying for it to sit in the garage. Due to not having a charger?? Should of bought something else instead?? I highly suggest you take business else where, i will not recommend any of my family or friends.i don't think you should ether, Avoid this place, as I will do the same.

If I could give it a zero I would. I originally bought my honda crv 3 years ago through them and it was excellent. Came back to change my lease to a buy and even though I lived in AZ now they told me to come in and they would do the paperwork. Santiago is the only one who was polite and professional. I knew i should of left with the closer was upset I didn't buy the extended warranty on the car. 2 months into the buy I get a call from title office at the dealership. Spoke with Alma who said they needed a vin verification check on the car. I told her I was back in AZ and wouldn't be back til Feb. She said fine. Come Feb and I had a medical emergency in the family and couldn't go. I contacted her to tell her. I told her I would do a vin verification check and send her the paperwork from AZ. I even had the lady at the dmv call her to see if it was the right item. Sent her the paperwork and she contacted me to say it was the wrong one. 4 months after the buy contract I talk to her supv Stephanie Smith. She knew nothing about was had happen and said she needed to talk to the general manager. She then tried to say I needed to bring in the car right away or they would switch my buy back to a lease. What! Ended up after over 4 months of hassle from the dealership I told them I would have my brother take it to hemet, but they needed to compensate him because he was driving 6 hours back and mileage for my car and his time. She said yes she would. Come to find out they needed a smog and Vin verification on the car. They handed him a check for 50 dollars. Alot happen in between this last 6 months, but too long to go into. With Stephanie threatening to take my finance away to general manager never calling back it was a nightmare. Wrote a letter to corporate and basically told me each place is independent owned and they could only do so much. Finally had Mike call me back and told me he would see what he could do to compensate me and has never called back. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE. horrible horrible service.

After more than a year of waiting to have a safety recall fixed at our local Honda dealership, I decided to try Diamond Valley Honda, even though it's farther away from us. They not only got us in right away, but from the moment I first called, they were very professional, efficient and friendly. Communication was also excellent throughout. I highly recommend them and am happy to have received an excellent service experience!

I have been a customer from Diamond Valley Honda. I have bought 4 cars and referred family and friends here as well. I had my car taken in for an oil change since my dash board maintenance light went off and the code says A1267. I Checked in with Jesse Garcia who is my service advisor. As I was waiting in the lobby Jesse went to see me and had me signed regarding the services that the car needed. However, at that time when he spoke to me he did not disclose any other charges that will be added on to my services. He did mention oil change, filter change, tire rotation.. to my surprise when I was called in that my car was ready I was billed for almost $700. My car is under a lease. Jesse told me that the only thing that is covered was the oil change. So I told him by the way you did not disclose to me that they were charges other than the oil Change. He then said to me " you should have read it " and insisted that he told me about the cost. So he said " would you like to speak to service manager " so I said yes" he then told me well you will have wait here for another hour!!Also he told me why? You want Honda to pay for it?.... At this point I was already upset. It was not so much about the amount of the charges it was how he disrespected me and being cocky. I even told him if he would have just disclose that there will be added cost for the other services then I would have told him can we just do the oil Change for now. I waited for almost 2 hours and I had another appointment to go to. I have been coming to this location for years not once I have been treated and disrespected . I've always had good experiences with other service advisors. I understand companies are struggling and need to make money however this is not the way to treat your customers. I did speak to Mike his superior. I spoke to him on what happened and express my concerns regarding his service advisor Jesse. In the end it all worked out I thanked Mike for his understanding and I was able to close my statement. For those who owns a Honda, I would make an appointment with Ulysses his one advisor who always makes sure he will go over with you if any services that your car needs. I got home and looked at the receipt it shows that he noted that I requested for a tire rotation and customer (me) stated that to perform BG brake fluid service. I NEVER said or requested any services at all. Nor he even asked me at the time I went to check in. It's disappointing to see this type of advisor that show that kind of attitude towards his customers. This is a sneaky way to make money. If you are assigned to a service advisor and he's Jesse Garcia, save yourself the headache of dealing with such an arrogant person and request a different service advisor like Ulysses. Got credit approved by Honda before getting to the dealership I SAT AT THE DEALER SHIP FOR (3) hours and left without a vehicle wasted my time even they were told I don't have time to spare will not purchase a Honda good thing we have other makers.

When buying a car from them and you dealing ask them where that are taking the money from. Also, make sure you look at the contract because what you talked about might not be on there. Also, Honda financial is a joke and the people that work are terrible. I will never buy another car from them.

Be carful made a deal with a sale manager that went gd . Once it got to the finance manger it the whole deal died . Most rudes unprofessional supposley hes the finance manager . Stay away don't waist your time dealing with these guys ....

Angela in the service department is a true angel!!! Purchased my 2020 Honda pilot last year and it came with a Nitrofill tire warrant. I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday and Nitrofill was not cooperatI've at alln hence the reason that in 2 days my tire had not been changed and I had no vehicle to drive. on Saturday Angela was able to escalate this up to her supervisor who approved me to have my tire changed at no expense with a warranty. although we are all still going after Nitrofill to reimburse the dealership, it was the caring heart of Angela who said we will take care of this for you and get you back on the road that made all the difference in my day and life. I am grateful and thankful for hearts like Angela's and her team. Thank you Diamond Valley Honda for getting me back on the road & for caring beyond the norm!

Mike Carrasco Unprofessional I was going in for a warranty issue regarding my high pressure fuel pump as it went out. They told me they wouldn't diagnose the car without my permission and proper paperwork. While I tried to get the paperwork they went ahead and diagnosed the car anyways without letting me know, voided my warranty, charged me $180 diagnosis fee and left wiring hanging under my steering wheel where the obd module is. I told them I would be contacting American Honda in Torrence California about this and the service manager Mike Carrasco did not want to give me my key to my car and would've shoulder checked me if I didn't move out the way and told me to follow him to the service center and slammed my keys on the table and told the service lady Angela to check me out and he purposely bumped into me and kept walking. I looked at Angela the service lady to see if she saw that but she was busy with another co worker looking at the computer. I am very upset and when I tried speaking to someone above him everyone said they were busy and to wait for someone to be available. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend buying from here

I purchased a pre owned certified 2021 CR-V and have had issues with the radio since the time of purchase. I have taken the vehicle back to be fixed 4 times and have spent a minimum of 2 hours each time. They supposedly tried several things to try to fix it, and eventually said they would replace the unit. When I got it back after the unit being "replaced", my radio presets were still on the radio, and it still had the same issue. The service manager Mike eventually told me there's nothing else he can do for a very expensive car. Unsatisfied with that answer I got a hold of Victor the GM. Victor assured me that was an unacceptable answer and he would get the issue taken care of. They never called back when they said they would, I always had to call them a week after they promised. The issue was never fixed, and I ultimately got the same answer from Victor which is there's nothing more we can do. The car was not cheap to say the least, and it's used for work where I need the GPS. I'm now having to work with another dealership to get this resolved. Please be cautioned when buying a vehicle here.

Worst service department experience I have ever had. Had a minor situation in my used jeep I bought from them. I HAD to take it to Honda because of the policy I bought from them. There was no communication. They kept it 7 weeks, took 5 weeks to get ok from warranty. Which was just laziness on their part, got the wrong part 2 times. And EVERY time they were contacted they never replied back. They only allowed me a rental for 7 days. I cannot say enough negativity with this poorly run business. I will do the 50 mile drive next time so I do not have to walk through their doors again..... ever. Good luck if you go here.
