It was an awesome meal. This place was on my list for a long time. I was without any reservation but they were able to find a place for me. I went there for a paella but ordered smoked eel and chicken croquette as well. Eel was so good, I was able to get smokiness with every bite. Croquette was surprisingly good, incredibly crispy. But the headliner is the paella. It was definitely the best paella I had in Barcelona and they were nice enough to prepare for one instead of two. I’ll definitely go back and try the rest of the paellas on the menu. Only thing is, it needs more socarrat!

First meal stop in Barcelona and it didn’t disappoint! Diana seems to be a local favorite, and I can see why. The place had a steady flow of people, mostly locals enjoying a relaxed meal. Everything was well-prepared and satisfying. Service was friendly and casual. A solid first taste of the city—nothing overly fancy, but definitely a good experience.

We read many reviews about this place and really wanted to visit it. We had the Valencian paella with wine. It was very tasty and worth the 30-minute wait. The staff was very friendly. The place is small, charming, and not noisy – ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful and delicious dinner! Highly recommended!

A true hidden gem in Barcelona’s food scene—where I had what might just be the best paella in the city. My local friend, who joined me, said it was the best paella he’s ever had… and that’s saying something. Arroz “del Senyoret” was outstanding—flavors beautifully balanced, rich with umami, featuring the coveted socarrat (that delicious caramelized crust at the bottom of the pan) and perfectly cooked, still opaque shrimp. We also tried two appetizers: anchovies in vinegar and smoked eel. Both were made with the freshest ingredients and expertly seasoned. The eel, with its subtle smoky finish, was especially memorable—I’m still craving it.

I loved every piece except for coca de Ilanda. Arros Negre was amazing. It was creamy and very flavorful. Sangria was delicious. Couland the torro Came with lemon ice cream. It was a nice match. Except all I kind of disliked ilanda since it was dry.. But I would definitely visit again!!

My favorite meal in Barcelona. Simple, solid home cooking. We tried a lot of Spanish/Catalan restaurants while traveling here and this place really nailed it with simplicity. The service was excellent and made us feel right at home. First waiter we had in 5 days that recommended wine to us. I really enjoyed this spot.

This beautiful Valencia style restaurant was extremely delicious. Once you take your first bite of the paella, it will put a smile on your face. We fell in love with all the food and the vibe here. Must visit place in Barcelona! Estanise gave us the best time possible and we left with an amazing memory.

Definitely one of the better Paella places in Barcelona. It is well known among locals as well and is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Gràcia. The service in this place is amazing! And the ambience is relaxing. We got the cuttlefish on olive oil with parsley for starters and the Valenciana paella for two. Also got the sangria to wash it all down. It came down to about 70 euros which is fair for the very fresh and high quality food. I will be sure to return and try the paella negra next time!
