Dickenson Bay Cottages

Private, beautiful cottages with a pool that is mere steps from your front door. The cottages are well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal including an on site BBQ. We had a loft bedroom and felt very comfortable with the AC. The cottages are very clean, updated from the last three times we stayed here and the staff is very very kind and welcoming. They were quick to help if we needed anything. The cottages are a quick walk (less than 3 minutes) to Dickenson Bay beach (beautiful beach) . Also close to restaurants, bars and fun things to do on the beach. Great place is you are looking for quiet R&R as it is so peaceful here. We plan to go back again.

We’ve always driven past this place over a long time ago whilst staying down the road and wish we knew how good it was. Well now we know. The manager was so welcoming and such a kind and happy person. The room was immaculate and so were the gardens. The cleaning lady so friendly and nice too. So was the security man who was such a gent. Last but not the least the lovely owner who made us very welcome. We will be sure to recommend and be back. Thank you to a lovely team.

Loved this place - great rooms, beautiful garden, and just in walking distance from the beach. The WiFi could be a bit tricky depending where you are on the property - but you’re on holiday 😛 Would definitely return when back in Antigua!

Great staff, clean and nicely arranged rooms with a great location. I enjoyed the day just sitting by the pool without even getting in. The staff and reception were very accommodating The room was the perfect size and very clean. Everything was arranged neatly. There's also a lively Italian place a VERY short walk away.

This place is a gem of a find. I stayed in a cottage with a mezzanine level bedroom which was just gorgeous. It was just me there and so I had loads of space. The view to the sea from the terrace outside is amazing. It is a distance to shops for food but I got some supplies delivered through an app reception provides which was a fabulous service - ordered and delivered in just over an hour! The long stretch of beach is fantastic with beach bars and sunbeds for hire all the way along. The warm welcome and amazingly friendly service from reception was a delight. I won't forget it. Thank you!!

Dickenson Bay Cottages are perfect for the Bay, restaurants and general relaxation around the pool. The a/c always worked and there was plenty of hot water for a shower. No negatives about this accommodation. The cottages are really clean and spacious and set in lovely landscaped gardens. The pool is a big plus on a hot day. A big thank you to Krista and Kareema who were so helpful throughout our stay and Robert the security guard, He was always so polite and friendly. Dickenson Bay is only a 5 min walk down a steep hill but keeps you fit! There is a supermarket(well stocked but pricey) 25mins walk or a taxi ride away. Overall a really lovely place to stay.

I came as a guest and left feeling like the staff was my family. Amazing staff , from th security to the reception , manager, and room attendants, they went above and beyond to make me feel like I was always welcome and taken care of. This place is one of my favourites and would definitely recommend it to anyone as I always felt safe and well received here!

We spent 16 days here as a family and had an amazing stay. ||The staff are all a complete joy and it was lovely to run into them regularly. The cleaners do the most fantastic job - the place is spotless. They’re a real credit to the accommodation! The security guy is a lovely, lovely guy too. ||I didn’t understand the setup of the accommodation before arriving as I’d booked a 2 bedroom this time (previously stayed in 2015 in a 1 bed). So for anyone unsure like I was, the 2 bedrooms are basically 2 separate apartments (1 upstairs 1 down) that can be separated or joined by a lockable door. They can also have their own separate entrances if that’s something you want to make use of. ||The upstairs is a bit nicer, but only has the kitchenette, not the full kitchen like downstairs. ||The views from upstairs are amazing. The grounds are impeccable and the pool is another huge bonus. ||The AC is great and the place has everything you need. ||The only tip I have is to remember to put your sign out for the cleaners. We didn’t realise this (likely as we arrived late and were only checked in by security) so had a couple of days of no cleaning. But if you do put the sign out they’ll gladly come every day! ||We really loved it and are so thankful to all the wonderful staff for taking care of us and our baby! ❤️
