Dear Dick's,
It might be a good idea, in your relatively new, giant store, to have more than two people working your checkout. And if one of them is, hypothetically, wrapped up in a giant return and the only other person at the checkout gets roped into that as well, and if the customer standing at the checkout just trying to buy some of your overpriced gym wear asks another employee if there's another checkout because this is taking a long time, it might be a good idea to ask one of the 10s of people on the floor that day that want to help customers, to come to the aforementioned cash register and take my money, rather than do basically nothing. I just don't think it's too much to ask to check out of a store with no one ahead of you in less than 10 minutes.
