What a fantastic place to stay with fabulous amenities and so close to Dicky beach, only a carpark away. Always quiet and peaceful with many full-grown trees to provide shade for your camping needs. The amenities are clean, and the BBQ area and playground are right next to each other, so you can really watch your kids while you cook, making it a more than enjoyable experience. There is a pool on-site as well. With security codes for entry and exit, you can be assured that the park is secure. Unfortunately, though, this park, due to council regulations, is not animal friendly unless you have service dogs, and then it is one only. Please make sure they wear their uniform. Otherwise, this is one of the best parks on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast, and the owners are very friendly and easy to talk to. Bookings are just a phone call away. The SS Dicky remnants are still on the beach for now, I suggest seeing her before she is removed for safety of the public, also for council standards. The Dicky Beach Surf Club is very close and access can be gained through a coded gate in the middle of the park. There is a range of shops including an IGA, fish n chips, bakery, various takeouts and cafes across the road. What a gem!
