We absolutely loved our stay at die HOCHKÖNIGIN! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere made it feel like a true getaway. The spa was perfect—so relaxing and beautifully designed. Service throughout our stay was attentive and welcoming, and the food was nothing short of five-star. Every detail exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at Die Hochkönigin in Maria Alm for a week in August 2025 and it was outstanding. The staff are professional and at the same time very friendly. Nothing ever felt forced, just natural and genuine. The design is beautiful, modern but still warm, and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.||The views of the Alps are incredible. You find yourself stopping just to take it all in. The spa is excellent and I really liked how it is set up with separate family areas and adult only zones so it never feels crowded or noisy.||What really made the stay special was the Hörl family who run the hotel. Their hospitality gives the place a real sense of community. You do not feel like a customer but more like a family friend who has been invited to stay.||It is a world class hotel. I cannot wait to return in winter and experience it in a different season.

I had an amazing experience at the spa here. It’s very spacious with incredible views from the infinity pool. Plus, huge points for having adults only areas. It’s very peaceful.

We had a fabulous stay here for two nights in July. You cannot beat the views from the hotel and the staff was lovely. The daily breakfast was delicious. The gym offered stunning views and the adult only pool/ spa area was a wonderful retreat that allowed you to appreciate the views. The beds are comfortable and the room was thoughtfully designed. We were really pleased with the price we paid for what we got - great value. Thanks for having us!

We just spent 4 nights in full board pension with my wife and our 2 children, aged 8 and 12. This was our second stay. We had this time a star suite, a little bigger than the premium suite we had last time. We would still recommend the premium suite where the kids have their own space. This time again our stay was fabulous: Most of the hotel was renovated recently and is beautiful. The spa is amazing and the kids' playroom kept them busy. The food was just delicious. Overall it was for us the perfect treat for a long weekend. We will definitely come back

We loved this property. The service from staff was exceptional especially Sebastian and Christina at front desk and Marin at the bar. The 6 course tasting menu was good, but at times I felt they were trying just a little too hard. ||The location of the property is wonderful and we loved all of the amenities.||Special thanks to Sebastian who was so very helpful to us during our stay. ||We enjoyed taking advantage of the unlimited use cable car and bus card, which is a very nice perk.||Thank you to everyone!

Very nice, family run. Most of the service people very friendly. Room was big with everything needed: tv, armchairs, kingsize bed, beautiful view. Large bathroom as per hotel standards. Very good choice for breakfast and delicious evenings menu.
