Nice enough burger and chilli cheese fries but could arguably be a little warmer when served. Service great, though. They were friendly, helpful, and the food came quickly.

Amazing Philadelphia steak sandwich, burgers were great, but not juicy enough for my taste, great staff and nice atmosphere. Recommended. Another visit, updated five stars, good stuff!

While they serve amazing burgers and fries, their service sucks BIG time during the weekends! They took 90 minutes to get the food and they got the order wrong and even overcharged on the bill, which I got rectified before paying. The one star is for the food, ZERO for other aspects. NEVER going back there!

Excellent My friends and I have a great time there. Although I can‘t eat beef,but the salmon burger is really wonderful. Der beste burger in Heidelberg!

Currently my favorite burger place. You are able to customize everything in the Burger. You get a sheet in which you select which bread, which patty, sauce, additional ingredients. Of course they also have pre-configured burgers but I usually customize. The only shop I know where you can get a low-carb Burger wrapped in salad instead of bread :)

Disappointed, dry burgers and bad service, fries good. We waited 15 min to get the menu, the servers were too busy and/or not really paying attention. Food came pretty fast though. The burgers were really disappointing. The meat was dry, overcooked and fell apart, even McDonald's burgers are better. The fries were good, no big complaints there. The ice tea was kind of strange and very sweet. The service not only took long, but the woman was also not really friendly, seemed to be pissed about something. Since the main thing, the burger was really bad and the service annoying 2/5. Definitely not coming back.

I've looked all over Germany for a decent burger. This place is at the top of my list. We drive 90 minutes just to have a burger here. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Today it was very busy but our food was still fast and arrived hot. Everyone got their food at the same time. Ordering was easy for my picky, vegetarian daughter. The nut burger was very tasty. I hope to be back soon!

Amazing place with several vegetarian burger options (although I'm not vegan, my favorite was the vegan nut patty). Great English menu, fries are delicious and overall super yummy takeout (we got burgers two nights in a row from here). Highlight recommend!

Showed up to this place after a different burger place didn't have enough seating. Overall, an A-OK experience with the following comments: -difficult to get seating with a big party (the spaces in the back don't offer enough seats, and some people in our group had to stand and eat, including me) -a bit difficult to get the server's attention to take our order; despite not being the biggest burger spot in the world, it still took about half an hour to place our order -the servers are nice and can speak English, which is great -the sauces are bomb; made in-house, the ketchup and mayo are must-trys -burger itself seems to have a larger bun, smaller burger width-wise, but nothing stood out too much regarding taste (except for the sauce) -a bit pricey for what you get - a one person portion of fries and burger came out to over 12 euros, and my friends mentioned that 4 euros for a beer is expensive I'd say this is a good place to go for when you're craving burgers, but I'd try some of the other spots in the area first before being a regular here.

A good old hour gap between classes and our peeps decided to go for something other than Mensa. Have seen this place every single day on Haupstrasse but never had the luxury to give it a try until today. This place is definitely bigger than I thought as through the hallway you may find a few more tables with a glass-windowed kitchen where you can see how the chefs work their magic here. Staff here are extremely nice and the place is super clean. (One thing I am still trying to get used to is flies inside a restaurant - this is the only place where I did not see any.) There are quite a few choices for burgers and you are expected to order fries separately (no set meal I guess). However, all these burgers are set to impress. Though the portion is not as big, the quality is definitely there. (For those who prefer bigger burgers, there is one in Altstadt - kind of pub like and they serve nice and big burgers.) Overall I am rather pleased with this.

Hallo, i was in Heidelberg- im so disappointed and i will never go back- 1 . Why my Guacamole had Petersilie??? It was so Horrible! Guacamole is made among others with koriander! but NEVER petersilie- 2 and sorry but "the home made ketchup " is not ketchup... is tomaten sauce watery and without much flavor. .... not outstanding hamburgers Better burger i hve eaten in B.KING for 1/4 price For the quality Really expensive... *** have to say that Service and place really nice*

I just had lunch at this place with my best friend. The menu is magical and it gives you a cozy welcoming introduction and then as soon as the drinks arrive (we tried their Lemonade) then you know you're at the right place and then the food comes and takes you to a whole new level of burger-experience and eventually the dessert leaves a long lasting smile on your lips. I think this sweet little restaurant is very special and I look forward to coming back here over and over again!

Really great burger. The good thing was that they have English menu and the staff were so friendly helping you choose. The avocado burger was really tasty. I had cheeseburger which was good but maybe a little more spice could have been better. The restaurant is right in the middle of main street (hauptstrasse)so it is very convenient. And For those who are vegan or vegetarian there were more than one option. Definitely recommend it

Yea the burger... well it was meat and bread and alot of different sauces. Had the avocado burg. and really i had one bite of avocado and one small piece of this same fruit on my plate at some point. The sauces totally killed the burger. Speaking of sauces the house made mayo. sweet idea, how about some spices in there? Tasted like i was eating oil with some egg in it...totally not kuh. And the ketchup you want some noodles with your marinara? Cause no one here knows what vinegar is...

Great vegetarian vegan options for casual dining in the city center. They speak English and have an English menu available. 4 different vegetarian patties available. friendly service and outdoor seating make for a pleasant meal. I would recommend for a casual meal in the city center.

Sorry but the quality of the hamburger meat can not even compare to McDonald's... toppings and sauces are OK, but meat has no taste at all...not evenbasic seasoning... and way over-priced... 67 Euros for 4 hamburgers, 2 beers and 2 non alcoholic drinks... for that amount we could have had some decent food in a restaurant, not eat fast food.... wish I could give minus stars. Will never go to this restaurant againand would not recommend it to anyone.

The best burger I have had while in Germany. I had the BBQ burger. Service is great. Multilingual staff is very helpful. Sauces are made in house and everything taste really fresh. I didn't have a problem being seated and server was constantly checking in.

On vacation, had a burger because they looked so good. I had stopped here just to have espresso. The burger was fantastic, best burger I have ever had. What a surprise.

We visited the restaurant because we were craving for good burgers, and I can say I wasn't disappointed. The place is easy to find, and there was enough seating even though there was a soccer game going on and they had HD-TV's in the restaurant. The service was really friendly and attentive, the orders arrived pretty fast. The burgers were cooked really well and the fries on the side were really good, too. Homemade mayonnaise on the side was just the best I've ever had. The patties were a little bland, they could use a bit more spices but otherwise everything was perfect. The price is very reasonable for the quality. Would definitely recommend it! PS: I'd suggest having the burgers with extra red onions, gives the whole thing a little more taste! PPS: They have a lot of vegetarian options, and you can get the burger in lettuce leaves instead of buns, so I'd say it's also keto-friendly!
