A vibrant open-air space that brings together food, craft and culture in a way that feels refreshing the moment you step in 🌿✨ The lanes are wide, the vibe is relaxed, and you get a nice blend of tourists, families and local artists all in one place. The art and craft stalls are the real highlight here 🎨🧵 Handmade jewellery, traditional paintings, regional textiles, pottery, wooden décor, and beautiful state-wise handicrafts — everything feels colourful and authentic. You can actually see artisans working, which adds a genuine cultural touch. Food stalls are another big attraction 😋🔥 Each state offers its specialities — momos, kebabs, litti chokha, dosas, Kashmiri dishes, Bengali sweets and more. Great place to try different regional flavours in one visit 🍢🍜🍛 Evenings are lovely with soft lighting, music and a chill atmosphere 🌙🙂 The place stays clean, easy to walk around, and perfect for a relaxed outing with friends or family. A great stop if you enjoy exploring Indian handicrafts, supporting artisans and trying diverse regional food in a peaceful open-air setup ❤️✨

Dilli Haat receives generally positive comments as a culturally rich market and food hub showcasing India's diverse arts, crafts, and cuisines in a controlled, clean environment, although some visitors find it a bit pricey and sellers pushy, but most agree it's a worthwhile stop for souvenirs and a pleasant, unique experience. What visitors like about Dilli Haat: Cultural Experience: It's praised as a cultural showpiece, bringing rural life and folk art to an urban setting, with a focus on traditional Indian crafts. Diverse Goods: Visitors can find a wide variety of handmade items from different regions of India, including clothing, leather goods, art, and handicrafts. Food: The market features state-wise food stalls offering regional cuisines, providing a culinary journey through India. Clean & Safe Environment: It's an enclosed, organized market, preventing the usual street traffic and hassle, making for a more pleasant experience, according to Tripadvisor. Dynamic Showcase: The collection of artisans and their crafts rotates periodically, ensuring each visit reveals new and diverse arts and traditions. Potential drawbacks mentioned: Price: Some feel the prices are higher than in other markets. Pushy Vendors: While less aggressive than street vendors, some visitors still experience pushy sales tactics. Quality Concerns: A few reviews noted that some items, such as scarves, were "made in China" rather than artisanal. Tips for visiting: Allow Time: Visitors recommend allowing plenty of time to browse the various stalls and food options. Carry Cash: It's best to have cash on hand for purchases. Bargain: While some vendors may offer lower prices, it's advisable to research prices and bargain for a better deal. Check for rotating artisans: The market's rotating showcase means different artisans and crafts are featured, so exploring thoroughly is a good idea.

Manipur counter - Veg steam momo, manchow soup, spring roll (everything was good) 3. Maharashtra counter - Dabeli, Panipuri (Dabeli was okay, Panipuri was superb!!) 4. Assam counter - Tea (very good) 5. Rajasthan counter - Kadai wala milk and Jalebi ( it was sooo great, the sweetness was also not too much which was the best part) Overall its a great place to shop, walk around and have great food. 10/10 for the choice, cost and quality of food available inside. 5/10 for handicrafts not displaying a fixed price. So much so that I visited the second day just for the food after paying the 30₹ entrance fee. The pooran poli at the Maharashtra stall is awesome. 130Rs Thanks to fellow Google reviewers, the filter coffee at the Tamilnadu stall is great. Jilebi with Rabri at Mother dairy stall for 220Rs is a bit overpriced for the 4 pieces of jilebi they serve. My wife was checking out some leather shoes at the stall near the entrance. He said it costs 1450Rs a pair and he would throw in a discount (didn't mention how much). Later, towards the end of the stall we found another vendor selling similar shoe at ₹1250 a pair before discount(didn't ask). I hate to haggle and I'm not very good at it. So I didn't indulge. They have a impressive collection of home decor and handicrafts ranging from few thousands to lakhs. Some of the artwork is mesmerizing. Would take an hour to browse the stalls and an additional hour to savor the foods.

A mini India under one roof — colourful, creative, and full of life!” Dilli Haat is a wonderful place to explore India’s art, craft, and textiles — all under one roof. The stalls keep changing every 15 days, so every visit feels new and refreshing. Even if you don’t plan to shop, walking around is a lovely experience. The food court offers dishes from almost every state — from butter chicken to South Indian thali. My favorite is the Nagaland stall — their Thukpa and momos with fruit beer are a must-try! A colourful, lively place worth visiting in Delhi. Watch the full vlog on my YouTube channel — Wanderlust and Decor! Timings-11 AM to 8 PM Ticket- Adults Rs 30 Children 5-12 yrs Rs 20 Foreigners Rs 100

One of the best place in Delhi to visit and experience the local handlooms and handicrafts . One may also enjoy the local foods of different states . Regular programmes are being organised which are worth visiting . Entry ticket is available at the entrance which can be easily purchased . Apart from domestic tourist , this is a good hub for foreign tourist too. Toilets are available inside and different food stalls apart from other stores like clothing and others . Children may also visit and enjoy the place as there are some activities for the kids . For non vegetarian people Assam and Nagalnd food stalls are good to visit specially those who love to eat pork .
