Finally an amazing deli with fresh ingredients and great prices. This store opened under new management and now goes under the name Stillwell Deli and Grocery. The owners are a nice family and have infused their Mexican heritage into the whole store. You'll find imported sodas and snacks, Mexican baked goods and also chorizo, tacos, tostadas and chicken tamales for breakfast on the weekends. Yes they also have standard deli fare and bagels as well but its hard to not get their homemade dishes.
For dinner tonight they served me a salted beef tostada that was loaded with black beans, avacado, tomatos, queso cheese, lettuce, jalapenos and vinaigrette. My fiance ordered their chorizo tacos with cilantro, lettuce and green sauce with limes on the side. It was amazing. Since they are new they dont have signs for everything yet but they will tell you about their menu. I'm not sure if they take credit cards yet, so come with cash in hand.
