Staff is exceptional at this hotel. From the minute we arrived, Rafella, Alessia and Norberto went out of their way to help us. They were awesome and seemed sincerely interested in our plans The Location is great for walking. We enjoyed starting each day with breakfast at the bar next door. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel does the best it can with the space it has, but we just wish the room and bathroom would have been a bit larger. However, we would gladly return if given the opportunity. Thank you for a nice stay!

This was our second stay here. The second was as delightful as the first and both start with the people at the front desk. We had such nice conversations with Alessia, Norbert, and Rafaela. Alessia was so helpful in making dinner and taxi reservations. She is just delightful. I can’t say enough about how wonderful all three are in creating a welcoming environment. The location is just outside the old town and an easy walk to everything. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The bed and pillows were perfect. Breakfast at the attached restaurant is a calming and peaceful way to start the day. Only the most positive things to say. Of course, would stay again and again… Highly recommend!

This was our first time in Bari but it will not be our last. We loved this hotel and look forward to returning. The rooms was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was lovely. Breakfast was great. |Our train to Lecce was delayed and we needed to take a car because of an appointment we could not miss. Rafaela helped us navigate all of this.

I had a wonderful 8-night stay at the Dilman.||The location is very practical – just a short walk to the historic section of town and only a ten minute walk to the train station. Because I used Bari as a base to explore the region, being close to the train station was very handy. The area around the hotel is lovely – shops, cafés, restaurants, and bookstores all nearby. I never felt unsafe returning to the hotel late in the evening, despite there being no staff there at night.||The front desk staff, Raffaella, Alessia, and Norberto could not have been nicer or more helpful. When I called the hotel to book my room, Raffaella was very helpful in answering my questions about the practicalities of visiting various towns in the region by train. Alessia provided helpful advice regarding tours in Bari, and Norberto was always so cheerful, gracious, and accommodating. They were all such a pleasure to interact with.||The hotel is quite modern and sleek. My room, 301, was spacious for one person, was full of light, and had a lovely balcony that ran the entire length of the room. Breakfast is served in the adjacent café/bar. The menu was somewhat limited, but service was attentive, the food arrived quickly, and it was well-prepared. ||I highly recommend this lovely, clean, well-located hotel with an absolutely terrific staff.

We stayed one night at the Dilman at the end of our visit to Puglia, looking for a hotel within walking distance of the train station as we were dropping off our rental car by the station and had an early morning train the next day.||The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the train station, and while the area immediately around the station is spotty, within a few blocks is a pedestrian only zone that leads to the hotel that felt quite safe.||This is not a full service hotel- reception is there from 8 am- 8 pm, so likely not an option for those arriving late. However the service from the front desk was excellent, and there is an after hours number available if needed.||There is an attached lounge for drinks in the evening and that also provides breakfast in the morning.||The hotel is located just a short distance from both the waterfront and from the old town, so within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants.||We rented the 7th floor suite, which is a full floor unit with double balconies- spectacular! The room was very modern and tastefully designed, with unusual touches like a small CD stand/mini jukebox with classic song selections.||The Dilman feels more like staying in a friend’s luxury condo than in an hotel, and is an excellent choice for its central location.

The staff is absolutely the kindest most welcoming hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. They are incredible and you can tell they truly are passionate about sharing what they love about Bari. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms and showers are big by Italian standards. Everything is modern and new-and they will be happy to explain how everything works if you need help. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the sea or Old Town Bari and there a a ton of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very close to the train station as well.

Damn, this was with no doubts the best hotel we stayed during one month in Italy.||The manager, Norberto, Welcomed us warmly late due to our flight arriving close to midnight. He also made sure to provide useful informations about Bari and all the major sites to visit around the region. Restaurant raccomandations and reservations were Made for us for our entire stay. ||Overall all the staff was super helpful and cooperative. Breakfast is served in the cafe on troina floor, a là carte. ||We travel a lot and to be honest we were quite impressed by the cleaning of the rooms .|This property is super recommended and we will come back for sure.

The staff at the front desk ( serving a number of roles) were extremely helpful- in particular Raffaelle. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and some very good restaurants. The breakfast cafe as part of the hotel was very convenient.||Room was large enough to open 2 suitcases and the bathroom had sufficient space.
