DILMAN - Luxury Stay

The property is very well appointed and the location is perfect for both shopping at high end stores and access to the Old Town (historic centre). Since we had a room with a kitchenette, it was particularly handy to have a well equipped food store almost next door to the hotel. All the Dilman staff were incredible during our stay, and went out of their way to be helpful in regard of all our requests. For instance, we were provided a list of good restaurants nearby, and the staff looked after reservations, so we were able to get in easily. They had also arranged for our limo transportation to and from the airport with an excellent company (which also turned out to be less expensive than the Booking.com provider). Thank you Norbeto, Alessia and Raffaella for making our stay in Bari to be so enjoyable.

Just returned from Bari after my 2nd one week stay at the Dillman. We were there last year, and were so awed by the property, service, location, that returned this year AND will return again next year. The property is well loved, the rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable all the room amenities work flawlessly. The staff is out of this world helpful, forward leaning, evidently well trained and have vocation for their mission. A big shout out to Rafaella, Alissa and Norberto. The location is perfect. Close to the city center, old town and a 8-minute walk to Bari-Centrale (main train station). They have a breakfast -and evening eatery next door that is very convenient. The staff is equally superb. The food is well prepared and presented. Licia, Faldo and Vito are personable and have the same service vocation as the rest of the staff. We are already planning our next trip to Bari- and would not consider staying anywhere else other than the Dillman.

Quality is exceptional from the impeccable cleanliness to the comfort of the rooms to the high-level staff. We go all over Italy for 3 weeks every year. This year we stayed in large, beautiful Airbnbs, all in the Puglia region for 3 weeks and this hotel for our last two nights. Our three young adult children were ecstatic staying here and said it was their favorite of all. Close to great restaurants, historical city center, and the promenade along the sea. It was an elegant time in a safe, beautiful city. I loved going next door to their breakfast room and enjoying great coffee surrounded by elegance, then I went walking by myself to enjoy the city in the morning. It's in a great location. We would return anytime.

service was exceptional in every way. My room was well appointed and had a covered balcony, so nice for wine time. The location was convenient. We liked everything about our stay at the Dilman. also affordable.

This was our second stay here. The second was as delightful as the first and both start with the people at the front desk. We had such nice conversations with Alessia, Norbert, and Rafaela. Alessia was so helpful in making dinner and taxi reservations. She is just delightful. I can’t say enough about how wonderful all three are in creating a welcoming environment. The location is just outside the old town and an easy walk to everything. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The bed and pillows were perfect. Breakfast at the attached restaurant is a calming and peaceful way to start the day. Only the most positive things to say. Of course, would stay again and again… Highly recommend!

We booked the Dliman at the recommendation of our tour guide Gianluca Guadagnino and we are very glad that we followed his advice. This is the definition of a boutique hotel — with few rooms that are modern, clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff is delightful and ready to help in any and every way. We truly enjoyed our time in this hotel and the location is great!

We loved this hotel - affordable, great location, very comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast but for us, the service was the over the top factor. The staff at Dilman were so welcoming & helpful. I've travelled a lot around the world & experienced a lot of hotels & the Dilman experience was easily at the top of the list.

This was our first time in Bari but it will not be our last. We loved this hotel and look forward to returning. The rooms was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff was lovely. Breakfast was great. |Our train to Lecce was delayed and we needed to take a car because of an appointment we could not miss. Rafaela helped us navigate all of this.
