This coffee shop looks amazing (this is for what the stars are basically), but other aspects are just awful. Young lady who works there just gives you full understanding that she’s maximumly not happy to see you. Really rude,impolite and just disrespectful service. I ordered a filter coffee and she just continued to do her work and then after 15 minutes she brought me espresso 🤡🙄 I asked (with the feeling that probably I pronounced it badly) if it’s a filter coffee and she answers in a really rude and nervous way “I don’t have filter I DONT HAVE A FILTER COFFEE”.
What’s the purpose? Maybe you can just say that in the beginning and not take decision for me? When I asked to do an Americano then (which is the most logical alternative,not an espresso) she re made it with a very angry face.
Besides that, in which year people who directs menu are living? No oat milk,no filter,no flat white. It seems like a caprice but honestly I was sitting there for a big amount of time and minimum 5 people went out without the order because they didn’t have this positions.
Really sad,because caffe looks definitely beautiful and I really love the jazz music which is playing inside,but the client service,taste of the coffee and the menu are just a nightmare. Your workers are the first representative of your place. Everything can be fixed with politeness and wishing to help the client,and to make your client happy.
