This boutique hotel offered a lovely room. The air conditioner was excellent and the bathroom was much larger than expected. The location was also fantastic, literally a two minute walk to the pantheon and the square. Also in walking distance to the trevi fountain, the coliseum, many churches and other tourist attractions . It’s not a traditional hotel, but after getting acquainted with the location and how to get inside it was a great stay and I would recommend.

If you know what you are booking (not a five star resort hotel), then you will enjoy this place. The location could not be better (walked to all the sights in Rome and major neighborhoods, literally steps from the Pantheon). EASY check in (unless you’re a boomer like some of the people who reviewed this hotel). Incredibly nice and attentive staff (shoutout Christina). The AC kept the room frigid in the 90 degree heat. Second time staying here, and you can’t beat the location and staff.

Perfect location just 30seconds walk to the Pantheon, 30 minute walk to Vatican City and 30 minute walk to the colloseum.|The hotel was comfortable, quiet, clean and friendly. |The member of staff who took care of us was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel isn’t staffed all of the time but this really wasn’t a problem.|We could store our luggage for free after we checked out so we could enjoy our final day before heading to the airport.

As mentioned in other reviews, this is not a hotel, per se. It is a group of rooms and there is a lobby area with a front desk that is only manned occasionally. We were met by an employee when we arrived though because we arranged for airport transportation through the accommodation. He was very kind and welcoming. If you stay here you are basically on your own coming and going. The rooms are very well appointed and updated, new and impeccably clean. Bed was quite comfortable, and a great shower. h and decorative - loved it! The A/C was the best we experienced throughout our month in Italy. And the room had shutters on the windows, and faced a courtyard so it was very private and quiet. Considering it is only a few steps from the crowded and crazy Pantheon piazza, that was much appreciated! Water was in the fridge and they gave us a bottle of prosecco on arrival. We also had a gift of jam and some towels shaped like swans on our bed on arrival. Such nice touches! Our only complaint was that there is NO BREAKFAST provided. This seemed unclear when we booked, and other guests had the same issue.

This is not a hotel, it belongs to a big hotel located few minutes away. This place has 4 room with one Reception desk with no receptionist to help you. If you need something you need to contact the main hotel. The room is spacious, the bathroom shower is very small, the hair dryer died few seconds after I turned it on. |The accommodation doesn’t worth the price you pay for it|The only great thing about this is location, just half of a block from Pantheon. You are walking distances from the main touristic attraction .

I don’t know who wrote the previous review, but they missed out massively on this gem. This is a beautiful guesthouse just outside Pantheon. Yes, you need to ring for the receptionist to come and open up, but it’s totally worth it. You get a set of keys to let yourself in and out, it almost feels like we live here like the locals. The room was spotlessly clean and lovely. The bathroom is all marble, great shower, hot water. Air-con that works well. Bed with hard type of mattress very comfortable and large. The place is very quiet, (despite being a central location near restaurants) so you can get a good nights sleep. In room there’s mini bar, coffee and tea making amenities, some snacks and jams etc Coffee is good. Yes, the windows go out to the courtyard but there’s plenty to see everywhere, just step out the door. Nice artisan ice cream just outside. Overall we are so happy we chose to stay here, would definitely return. Do not get put off by the comments. It’s great.

Absolute nightmare. Hotel authorized person took me to annex building to show my apartment and dissappear there while locked me in that building without phone connection. I was waiting like 5-7 minutes for him to appear and after start panicking and screaming. And after me screaming he appears like nothing happened. My husband was staying with our luggage like 500 meters away because that was the address they provided and was very worried and phone calls couldn't be placed because of the absolutely no connection. Do NOT GO To that stays. I have experienced a harrasment and wouldn't recommend for anyone to go through the same situation.

Great place to stay. Clean has AC modern bathroom.|I don't get the negative reviews. Most places in Rome do not have a view and if you want a view from the room Rome is the wrong city for you...go out and explore.|This is more a guest house than a hotel. There is a reception is not 24.7 but help is there when you need it.|Getting into the place is like living like a local. We loved the place 5 star
