鼎泰豐 Din Tai Fung Canary Wharf

I received an email from this restaurant on February 11th about their grand opening, along with a discount code. Excited to try it, I attempted to make a reservation on the same day. However, I was surprised to find that there were no available time slots at all. This is what Din Tai Fung wrote to me: “We are delighted to invite you to the soft launch of our new Canary Wharf restaurant from February 22nd to 24th.” It’s frustrating and misleading—how can a restaurant invite me to an event but not have any available booking slots for the past 11 days? Don’t get me wrong—I’m a big fan of Din Tai Fung, but this experience has been very disappointing.

Friendly staff, delicious food & a great atmosphere!

Overall were good but Crispy Prawn & Pork Wontons was surprising not great and 1st look like d picture ....so pale colour, 2ndly wonton paste not crispy, 3 rdly wonton paste quite oily...like they were not cook properly.

Mohammed was fantastic - food was to the standard we expect from DTF! ❤️

Din Tai Fung is another amazing addition to Canary Wharf’s ever expanding culinary offering. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Special thanks to Mohamed for looking after us during our lunch. We’ll be back soon!

Food was great but service was slow and poor. Friday afternoon mixed up our orders twice, kept coming back to check our membership number several times for the promotion we had signed up to as they didn't even know their own promotion. Got the bill wrong. Not attentive and had to ask for bill, water and food numerous times. Couldn't even split the bill three ways either. We will not be coming back here despite the food the one good thing there.
