Located in the bustling Jewel shopping center, this spot has a convenient waiting system where you can scan a QR code to reserve your spot and get alerted when it’s your turn—super helpful for busy times! The food was great, with tasty dumplings and wontons that hit the spot, though my expectations may have been a bit high. The only downside is the small two-person tables, which don’t leave much room for multiple dishes. Overall, a good experience with efficient service!

Came here during the weekend to have dinner with family members before I send my niece off to pursue her education in the UK. Waited about 40 minutes in the queue due to the dinner peak hours, but the staff was kind to notify us when a table was available. The food was delicious, and their service was prompt. We ordered Fried Rice with Prawns, Fried Rice with Pork Chop, Xiao Long Bao, Noodles tossed in special sauce,Prawn pancake and 红油抄手。

Oh my god! Bought the biggest size they have and the portion is horrible. When I buy from Paragon, Holland one and Raffles City it’s ok. This is the 1st time from Jewel branch and I’m shocked. Never going to buy from this branch again!

We wanted to have just a few dishes as there's so much food to try around the jewel. The food we tried is good...even better than the experience we had at the Taipei 101! If you've been to the Taipei 101 location or those in the United States, be warned that their chili sauce is actually spicy, but that's how we like it 🙂. Food tasted great. We ordered a chili crab bun to try and liked that you can actually taste the crab! The soup dumpling skins are good and does not break at all! Service is exceptional!! To the extent that they would save the food for people who ordered the food but had to leave to something else. They covered the food to keep hot and kept the table for over 30 minutes, regardless of the long line up. We also appreciate that they offer larger portions or smaller portions (not one size). For example we were able to order one black sesame bun and one chili crab bun instead of 3 buns each. Warning, they charge for water, so remember to ask if there's a charge before ordering.

A lot of people queueing for this restaurant, to be honest it’s not that special. Price is above average and portion is stingy. Sour and spicy soup - it’s the only thing I like here. But I think the other outlet taste better. Pork belly roll - it’s special and serve in cold. Chili crab bun - normal char siew bun taste even better than here. Dumpling with prawns and meat - nothing really special about it.

One word expensive, it's even more expensive than new York din Tai fung. The portion is way too small for the price. Ice water is $1. The food is the standard of din Tai fung. The soupy bun is better than new York, the chicken wing is well seasoned. The spinach tofu is well balanced.

If you want to avoid the crowd for the dinner timings, avoid Fridays and weekends and go around 5 pm. The food was quite tasty, especially the seasonal tofu they have ongoing right now. Their dumplings and paus are always on point and the puer cha very delectable as well. Definitely more worth the cost if you go in parties rather than solo dining!

Google
Tried this location on a layover. Worst Din Tai Fung location experienced. Long wait time for a table of two, not worth the wait of 1 hour. Tried the classic and the soup was lacking flavor and the meat was dry and crumbling. Tried the crab version and it was slightly better.

Yelp
This was my last opportunity to eat this delicious food before leaving Singapore. Our dumplings were fresh and delicious and we tried Dry Noodle tossed in scallion oil with shredded pork. The noodles were yummy! I would definitely order this again. Everything I eat here is amazing! Service was efficient and friendly. Our water cups were always being filled. Plenty of seating and truly a great place to enjoy great food!

Yelp
Who knew you could have din tai fung's gourmet Xiao long baos in an airport?! We came here around 2pm and didn't have to wait at all for a table. You order using their QR code based menu, and the food comes out quite quick. We got their Xiao long bao, fried rice, and hot and sour soup. Everything was super yummy and we finished every last bite! The ambience is a little more basic compared to other din tai fungs (probably because it's in a airport), but they do still have the glass wall where you can watch the team folding their dumplings! A great first stop in Singapore.

Yelp
Wanted a quick meal and Xiao Long Baos. Did not disappoint! Service was quick and I waited no more then 10 minutes for my food to arrive. The xiao long baos were tasty and the soup in them was just amazing. Will stop by again anytime!

Yelp
So these are always busy in the states and saw only a 30 minute wait for this one. Had to try it and it didn't not disappoint. Had a variety of items and would have to say the best was the c Duck onion spring was the best thing and a must. Tried two fried rices (shrimp/egg & pork/egg) and both were pretty decent but nothing to mind blowing there. Also tried the crab/pork & shrimp and pork and would have to go with the shrimp and pork again. Wontons with the sauce was delicious while the prawn pancake wasn't anything special. Service is pretty quick as they bring you things when they are ready so ordering with a few people it's great to get various items you can all eat throughout the meal. Overall please with this place, but I wouldn't wait for hours at the spots in California. But I'd come back to This one

Yelp
Finally made it to a Din Tai Fung, and only a half hour wait on Christmas Day on a long layover. First things first, the XLB was okay, just okay. But the spicy noodles and spicy cucumbers were awesome... get two of each! Skip the sweet red bean and chocolate lava dumplings. The ice water was a nice touch on a hot humid day!

Yelp
The food is OK but the service could be improved. My aunt and I were at the Din Tai Fung at the new shopping mall in Holland Village. It was hot weather in Singapore and we waited for 20 minutes before our number was called. When we were seated (next to the window), no water was served or offered to us while we were ordering our food from our phone. I requested for 2 glasses of ice/ cold water to a staff in jacket (suit) , we waited and waited, yet no water is served. Our food arrived and still no water. I have to asked 3 different staff at Din Tai Fung before we finally got 2 glasses of water. Where's the service ? It is bad customer service ! In a hot weather country like Singapore, water should be served to customers once they are seated.. unless they are also charging / selling the water. Not recommended to go to Din Tai Fung at Holland Village if service is not improved.

Yelp
We were visiting from Seattle and we loved Din Tai Fung from there and were excited to try it out here in Singapore. We were surprised a lot of Chicken dishes in USA were not available in Singapore, such as Spicy Chicken Wontons and Chicken Fried Rice. If you don't eat pork, your options are very limited for chicken and beef options. It was cool to see the robot taking you to the table, something not common in USA. The service was quick as expected. The ambiance is mostly casual.

Yelp
Wandering around and hungry after resting from our 16hr flight into town. Came across this place and menu looked good so we went in. The item which I hadn't experienced before was a little holder for my bag. It made for sitting at a little table better as I didn't have to balance my bag and I didn't have to hang it on the back of my chair. Clever. We ordered one of the steamed truffle and pork dumpling - a wee little thing which cost $5. I didn't want to order five in case we didn't enjoy it. My son chose the chicken dumplings. The food took a while to come and we were starving by then. The truffle dumpling was definitely worth it. I wish we had ordered more as it was better than the chicken dumplings. It features black truffles with fresh pork wrapped in the dumpling skin. And included rice broth in it so the liquid burst into your mouth when you bit into the dumpling. Delicious. We also had wontons and fried rice. Those were yummy too. Would go back next time we get a chance to visit Singapore.

Yelp
Din Tai Fung is one of the heavyweights in the Dim Sum genre. Known the world over for their iconic Xiao Long Bao. My first experience here couldn't have gone any better. The food was great! It wasn't anything fancy but your classic dim sum dishes were done deliciously well. What really impressed me was the service. It was exceptional! I was beyond cold and one of the staffs went out of her way to lend me a shawl. I was grateful as it made my dining experience even better once I was able to stop shivering! After perusing the menu, we ordered the followings: Xiao Long Bao Prawn Pancake Pork Chop Fried Rice Steamed Chili Crab Buns XLB- These tiny pockets of dumplings loaded with tasty fillings infused in the fragrant broth were full of flavors. PRAWN PANCAKE- Deep fried prawns with a thin crispy exterior was tasty. PORK CHOP FRIED RICE- The pork chops were well seasoned over the fragrant rice was superb. STEAMED CHILI CRAB BUNS- The soft buns enveloping the chili crabs inside was just ok. Not something I'd recommend. Do stop by for your dim sum fix!

Yelp
This was my first time at any Din Tai Fung. The quality was obvious and everything was very good. We didn't have to wait for seating since we ate in Singapore and went at non busy times. If there were these in our town, I'd go often. I had their specialty but was most impressed with their pork bao bun. I didn't like the dan dan noodles. It tastes too formulaic and like it was just peanut butter mixed in. The quality of the plain chicken soup was amazing and I could taste the herbs in it.

Yelp
Came here twice over the course of two weeks and once was amazing and similar to every other Singaporean DTF experience I've had, and the other must have been a very off day since many of our items, including xiao long bao and other dumplings, were served lukewarm. In the latter case this was later in the night on a weekday so maybe that's why, but still doesn't make it totally acceptable. Anyway, I typically love their xlb, pork chop fried rice, shrimp and pork dumplings, stir fried dou miao veggies. 10 minute wait on both occasions, probably because we were there both times on a weekday? Kind of amazing given that any DTF in the US typically has a 1-2 hour wait.

Yelp
I. Want. To. East. Here. Every. Day. Amazing amazing amazing food. Wish there were more Din Tai Fungs in this world. It would be a better world if there were. Try the pork black truffle soup dumplings!!

Yelp
A standard DTF outlet (what an abbreviation)! What's there to say - the best Xiao Long Bao around, plus a few other Chinese treats. This one is conveniently located directly at the T3 entrance of The Jewel on Singapore airport. A perfect place to have that quick stopover meal before or in between flights.

Yelp
Quality is just as good as anywhere. Queuing is also not as long as expected about twenty minutes on weekends. Got the pork chop fried rice and the xiao long bao. Must come to jewel CHANGI airport, this is a fantastic place

Yelp
I had always believed that Din Tai Fung service is always very good. But after I had patron Jewel Din Tai Fung, the service level is not acceptable. Waitress clear my table plates but did not do even say it politely and before I nod my head, she already took away all the plates. Also, I asked for more ginger but to my surprise they told me a reason so lame that they said their supply is low at 4pm.
