Our stay at this hotel was pure relaxation. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the staff were incredibly polite. It’s one of the few places I’d love to come back to again

I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel deserves to be called out. First, the bathroom was not clean, and the carpet had visible stains — not ideal, but I could’ve overlooked it. What ruined my stay was the completely unprofessional and rude behavior of the front desk staff. I had booked a room for two people, as my friend was planning to visit me on the second day for just a few hours. When she arrived, the man at reception refused to let her in unless I paid half the cost of a full night’s stay — just for her to be allowed inside the hotel as a guest. He claimed it was “hotel policy,” but when I asked where this was written or shown during booking, he had no answer at all. This is a scammy, disrespectful way to treat guests. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze money out of me for no reason. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it’s outrageous for any hotel, let alone one pretending to be 5-star. Avoid this place if you value your money, time, or basic hospitality.

Brilliant experience and so helpful & kind Manager and Staff. They gave me a free upgrade for the room. Location was also amazing very close to Nizami St. Recommendation 10/10

I'm trying to find some weak points and don't find any: the place is amazing, the location is five stars and the staff is available, kind and really doing literally everything to make your stay unforgettable.|The first price goes to Nurya who during the week I stayed in Dinamo became kind of family. Thank you!||We hade two standard rooms, but had an upgrade for one of them. Both were beautiful, big, greatly decorated.||The hotel is located in a Soviet era sport club building, but when you get inside it is as you were on a different planet, where everything is luxury, style and beauty.||The spa is a real spa, not just a poor sauna with some tiny jacuzzi: it has a steam bath, a hammam and a swimming pool, an area to relax, with all amazing features, and beautifully designed.||So really well done and I can only warmly recommend it.

Visited Dinamo spa centre. Great place with an indoor swimming pool, spa, and gym. The gym is actually quite small, with a couple of equipment, mostly running and cyling equipment, one trolley and dumbell set available. The swimming pool is also small, with 12.5 m length and 1.40 cm depth. However, the spa is amazing with dry, wet, and turkish hamams, as well as other services. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent, just in the downtown. A small number of parking spaces are also available. What I particularly love about this place is that few people are usually present in there. Overall, I love and recommend this place.

I booked for my wife and I to visit this Hotel for the Grand Prix in September, booked via Expedia and have just been informed my reservation has been cancelled!!! I booked six months ago! Clearly I have been cancelled and the room booked at a higher price! Scandalous behaviour by both the Hotel and Expedia for allowing this corrupt practice!!!! BEWARE OF PROFITEERING!

Pros: Location is perfect! Rooms are spacious. Reception, Customer support, Technical and Cleaning team are perfect! We had a problem with the room conditioning, the room was cold and even technician couldn't fix it. So, next day the reception manager changed our room and we had a pleasant stay in a nice room. ||Cons: Breakfast staff attitude and the Breakfast was not adequate for this hotel. We stayed in Dinamo Hotel between 3-8 November, and there were two guys in breakfast hall, never say good morning or welcome, each day they stay in our way, and firstly asked our room number! We felt like in prison, and they behave as guardians. Never similing and not happy working there. Last day, a lady returned from vacation, and we realized the difference. She showed us the menu and we realized we could offer omlet, etc for same free. These two guardians never even told us. Also, food repeating each day, not tasty, limited variety, tea is black like a coal staying under fire 2-3 hours, coffee from auto-machine impossible to drink, so overall very bad breakfast experience. F&B just spoils the image of this nice hotel.
