Dinamo Hotel Baku

Pros: Location is perfect! Rooms are spacious. Reception, Customer support, Technical and Cleaning team are perfect! We had a problem with the room conditioning, the room was cold and even technician couldn't fix it. So, next day the reception manager changed our room and we had a pleasant stay in a nice room. ||Cons: Breakfast staff attitude and the Breakfast was not adequate for this hotel. We stayed in Dinamo Hotel between 3-8 November, and there were two guys in breakfast hall, never say good morning or welcome, each day they stay in our way, and firstly asked our room number! We felt like in prison, and they behave as guardians. Never similing and not happy working there. Last day, a lady returned from vacation, and we realized the difference. She showed us the menu and we realized we could offer omlet, etc for same free. These two guardians never even told us. Also, food repeating each day, not tasty, limited variety, tea is black like a coal staying under fire 2-3 hours, coffee from auto-machine impossible to drink, so overall very bad breakfast experience. F&B just spoils the image of this nice hotel.

It was a good experience to stay at dinamo. Service was great and the rooms were full of latest technology hitech buttons and all. View wasn't great from our room but we enjoyed our stay. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Breakfast was amazing. Great service overall

5 STAR HOTEL INDEED! Great amenities, indoor pool, spa, gym, and dinning area. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. Room view is pleasant, some rooms have a balcony. Breakfast buffet has many varieties and delicious! Hotel interior design and furniture is modern.

During our arrival at the hotel, we encountered several issues. Firstly, upon reaching the hotel, we were informed that our reserved room was unavailable, resulting in an extended waiting period. Subsequently, the manager arrived at the reception area and began reprimanding the staff in a language I did not comprehend. Which is disrespectful. Furthermore, the bathtub in our room was not functioning properly, and despite reporting the issue to the hotel staff on two separate occasions, no action was taken to rectify the situation. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided and the manner in which we were treated during our stay.

Big thanks for the staff they provided me with an upgrade for the room “without asking” they always seek your assistance and help. the breakfast could be enhanced it is limited
