We arrived as the first guest around 5:30 PM, as the reservation requested guests to arrive 15–20 minutes early for the 6:30 PM session.

Unfortunately, the seating process was disorganized. Mehdi, the supervisor, told us to wait for his instructions, which we followed. However, while we were waiting, another couple asked to choose their own seats ahead of everyone else, and Mehdi allowed it. This felt unfair—what is the point of arriving early if seating is given randomly? A first-come, first-served system or pre-assigned seating based on booking order would have avoided this frustration.

After being seated, the session still didn’t start on time. We had to wait until 6:45 PM because one couple arrived late. It would be much better to start promptly at 6:30 PM as scheduled, rather than making everyone else wait.

As for the food, it was average for the price. My starter was burrata salad, followed by beef ribs that were tender but lacked flavor. Dessert was fine but nothing special.

On a positive note, the two chefs were the highlight of the evening. They were friendly, polite, and happily helped us with photos and videos. Their excellent service really stood out.

Overall, we would not return, but we sincerely thank the two chefs for their outstanding attitude and hospitality.
