The Dior decorations feel like a little magic in the city — elegant, exquisite, and so beautifully presented that it literally takes your breath away. The lights, the details, the colors… everything is done with such refined class that for a moment you feel transported to another world. We stopped by just to look, and left with a sparkle in our eyes.

As a customer who has always received excellent, professional service at Dior in Munich and Hong Kong, my visit to the historic 30 Montaigne flagship in Paris was profoundly disappointing. I had even booked an online appointment in advance, but the assigned associate, Ms. Chouki, was not available upon arrival: 1. Sarcastic & Disrespectful: After I politely inquired about champagne (as I have visited Reims for few days), she rolled her eyes and replied mockingly, “Maybe in Dubai?” 2. Lack of Knowledge & Effort: When asked about products, she appeared unfamiliar with details and was unwilling to check stock or retrieve items. It felt as though providing basic assistance was too much trouble. 3. Consistently Poor Demeanor: Her tone was condescending, mixing languages dismissively. Her bad attitude never improved, even as we paid and left. 4. Forced Silence: I had to swallow my frustration to avoid ruining my friend’s special trip to see the Paris Christmas lights. This should never happen in a luxury store. This felt like targeted disrespect. While other staff were polite, one employee’s conduct completely ruined this iconic brand experience. I filed a formal complaint but received only a generic, template response with no real accountability. If you are an Asian tourist, a Chinese speaker, or value genuine luxury service, I strongly urge you to avoid Ms. Chouki. 這次在巴黎旗艦店的經歷，令我深感失望，這種服務態度絕對有損奢侈品牌應有形象。 You deserve the professional service that Dior offers in Munich and Hong Kong. Until that standard is guaranteed here, consider taking your business to where it is already met. C’est une honte pour la Maison Dior. Quel contraste entre la beauté de la vitrine et la laideur de ce service. Plus jamais ça.

✨ Dessert at Dior Café ✨ We tried the Étoile — it looks a bit different now, the design and taste have changed, but it was still fine 🍰 (€24). We also had the Café Caramel Rose Cake (€22), which was nice but not exceptional. Overall, the experience is worth it — you’re not just here for dessert, but for the whole Dior atmosphere 💫 You can explore the perfumes, bags, shoes, and all the beautiful Dior pieces right after. 💄👠👜

We visited Dior Paris and had a fantastic experience with Mia. She was very professional, friendly and helpful with our purchase. She even went out of her way to show us to the Dior Museum. Thank you very much!

My visit to the Dior boutique on Avenue Montaigne in Paris was truly memorable, not only because of the iconic location, but mainly due to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Fabrice Pradin. From the moment I entered the boutique, Mr. Pradin welcomed me with genuine warmth, a sincere smile, and impeccable manners. He immediately created an atmosphere that felt elegant yet comfortable, making me feel valued as a guest rather than just a customer. His professionalism and calm confidence perfectly reflected the spirit of the House of Dior. He took the time to listen carefully to my preferences, answering every question with patience and offering thoughtful suggestions without any pressure. His knowledge of the brand, its collections, and the craftsmanship behind each piece was impressive and shared with genuine enthusiasm. What truly distinguishes Mr. Pradin is his temperament. Polite, cheerful, and attentive, he embodies what exceptional customer service should be, especially in luxury retail. His positive energy elevated the entire experience and turned a simple visit into a memorable moment. I honestly wish that all employees at the boutique shared his passion and attitude. This Dior flagship store is absolutely stunning and complete, with a chic little café that serves the most delicious cakes. It’s always a must-visit every time I’m in Paris. The collection is so complete, the store design is incredible, and the overall vibe is just inspiring. Totally obsessed, one of my favorite spots in the city!

This cafe is located inside the Dior store, making it a convenient spot to take a break while shopping. I visited later in the day, so choices for pastries were limited as some were sold out. Overall the pastries and drinks I tried were delicious. Whether you're in the mood for a hot cocoa or a cocktail, this cafe is the perfect little rest stop to recharge during your shopping trip!

Bring the champagne and lock the door. Today is all about Jaylena and Dior! Bucket list activated. This store exceeded ALL of my expectations. I was stunned as soon as I crossed the threshold at the glamour, the scale, the fabulousness of it all. A winding staircase with couture gowns to dream over, yesss! Make an appointment in advance to avoid the line. If it is cold and raining you will not be happy. Also make a reservation at the Dior Cafe. You will be hungry and want to celebrate spending your hard earned cash on your wish list item. I spent 3 hours here. My SA Marie was the bomb. She was so patient while I tried my best to make a decision. She brought me champagne while showing me a variety of colors, styles, straps and limited edition pieces. She also shared her WhatsApp details with me, so I am always in the know about the latest launch. 10/10 would return again. Might need to make it an annual excursion. I'm just saying. J'adore Dior!

I didn't do any shopping but we did happen to stop by at monsieur dior which is their restaurant inside. My husband cannot stop raving about the steak he had here. He claims its better than any of the wagyu steak he has ever had. Idk if i necessarily agree but it WAS pretty good. The attention to detail from the cutler to the table settings everything was thoughtfully selected without being TOO in your face with Dior. Menus are in french and do not have english translations which honestly in a foreign country you shouldn't expect. We just used our google translate camera to get an idea of what we were ordering. We also let the table of Australians next to us use it to so they can order lol. Honestly such a good experience and even better if you finish it off with a coffee downstairs before you head out to cotninue to explore the city!

The grand opening was well worth the wait! And even though we missed the actual grand opening, we were able to make it around the Labor Day (May 1) holiday timeframe which was extra nice because the store was giving out Lillies of the Valley to all the women in the store to honor Mr Dior and the holiday The store is absolutely breathtaking and has everything you could imagine from menswear to women's couture, shoes, bags & accessories, house wears and a splendid cafe Found the Dior Arty shoes I'd been looking for and as we were leaving, I saw the Penny Saver Bag. This is a limited edition, only found in 30 Av Montaigne boutique, kind of item. It is handmade, hand embellished and hand stained.....we were advised something Ike 150 were made. Dare I ask if it's available? It was too beautiful and must have only been on display?? Nooooo - they still had a few left after selling out their first deliveries during the grand opening days. With some still on reserve, turned out we were there with perfect timing to acquire this lovely piece of art Smallish line to get in but we were late in the afternoon.....should have come much earlier to enjoy the cafe, maybe a champers and to revel in all the to-die-for glamor Staff was over the top nice.....this was as good as it gets!

We had visited the galleria / museum- see previous post and had lunch reservations after, at the Restaurant Monsieur Dior. And I did some shopping after too! Restaurant Monsieur Dior - food was delicious! Very pricey but well worth it. Service was impeccable. We ordered the following: my rating out of 10 CROQUE - 10/10 ARTICOKE SALAD WITH PARMESAN 10/10 RICOTTA RAVIOLI 6/10 (mainly because it was like 5 bites) lol FILET AU POIVRE FRITES DU DÉFILÉ 8/10 Dessert chocolate cake 9/10 And for my 5 year old son, they gave him a complimentary chicken dish which was phenomenal! It came with a side of truffle sauce which was YUM-MEEE! THE CAFE - we bought and took back to our hotel a Dior strawberry cake which was soooo good! I recommend taking one to go because the box it came in was freaking adorable. THE STORE - was beautiful, service was good. My Sales associate was super sweet and helpful. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

I dont often shop at places like this but every so often my wife convinces me to buy something nice for myself. I find Dior's culture to be a little more welcoming even to the casual shopper like myself and often find their service to be top notch. On my recent trip i ended up getting a new suit and didnt really feel pressured into buying, i felt the person who was helping me out really wanted me to look my best and respected my input as far as what i wanted and how much i was willing to spend. Although they did show me multiple pieces i never felt like they were giving me a hard sell. I think if your willing to spend that kind of money at a place, you want to be confident in your purchase and walk away satisfied which i definitely felt at this location. I think its becuase of this, i probably would come back in the future to buy further pieces and spend my money here as opposed to other luxury good stores.

Vibes AF. The cafe is GORGEOUS. Service in the cafe was great but service in the store was definitely lacking which is very disappointing for such a beautiful space. The star of the show is that star shaped cake with the CD logo in the middle. I was told it's a permanent menu item. Cafe is basically LA/Beverly Hills prices. High for sure but not as big of sticker shock coming from the land of inflation. I came early to the store so I'm not sure if this is how it always is or what but I basically walked right in. Normally the boutiques have a line outside & you only are allowed in when there is a sales associate available to help you specifically (1 to 1). That could have been why it took forever to find someone to help. Nevertheless the store is immaculate & a sight to see. Very important - Dior museum is next door with a separate queue and is showing past Dior couture . The queue was very long and advance tickets were sold out until the next week. Would have loved to see it but I didn't have time to wait a few hours. Highly recommend booking in advance. This was pretty much a highlight of my trip so I would definitely recommend you come here.

Christian Dior simply did not stand behind their handbags that we, unfortunately, spent so much money on. A very costly handbag with defective material and ACKNOWLEDGED in writing by a Dior customer service rep. that (1) the bag we sent images of is authentic and theirs, and (2) they know about these defects. Yet, because we couldn't find the original receipt, they refused to either repair, replace or any other reasonable resolution for the customer. Customer service sweet talks to the customer so nicely, BUT did absolutely nothing for us to resolve their defective handbag. Be sure this won't happen to us again because we are totally done buying anything CD. And from the various reviews on line, it looks like others may be as well.

I first visited Galleries Lafayette. There were ridiculously long lines everywhere to get serviced. I gave up shopping there and headed to Champs-Elysees to go to arc de triumphe de l'Etoile. My son was urged to go to bathroom and I unexpectedly found Dior and I met Marco at 30 Montagne. I've alway been eyeballing on Medium Lady Dior bag and I asked several questions. Marco was so informative and kindly introduced all bags I was curious about. Although there were so many people in the store, you do not need to wait. The sale associates were ready to provide service. Recommend to go to this shop than Galleries de Lafayette.

The renovation is complete and beautifully done. Went here in April and it was full of eye candy. The sales associates were friendly. We made several purchases and they were beautifully wrapped. Hope to return one day!

I visited the Dior store today after having a wonderful time at the Dior gallery next door. I am by no means rich, but I had been saving money from working full time this year to splurge on my first designer purchase from my favorite designer. I wait on line, enter the store, and WOW is it beautiful. I find a sales associate to show me some bags, and as I'm waiting I notice other people being served wine as they shop. Hmm, definitely not getting the same treatment. Keep in mind I'm dressed appropriately, skirt, handbag, Nikes. Reasonably fashionable. There is one bag I want in particular, but when the sales associate brings one to me, I notice it has a scratch in the leather. I ask her if I could see the other one in stock. It, too, was also damaged. I resigned to buying the same bag in black (still classy), but I was super bummed that they've been trying to sell flawed goods. I have a very keen eye, especially when I'm spending $2000+ so when I see a scratch that I can not only see but FEEL beneath my fingers, I'm just shocked that anyone would buy it. Anyways, I left with my purchase excited. But as I reflect, I think about how I was treated versus some of the other customers flaunting their wealth. I was a customer, same as them, and yet I was treated with less respect because I was obviously not made of money. Even though it was a once in a lifetime purchase for me I feel as if I should've been treated similar and not had sales associates annoyed because I ask for a non damaged piece.

Coming to the particular Dior flag ship store was a huge deal for me. I was in Paris 6 weeks ago and due to construction the store was closed. We had an incredibly, wonderful experience yesterday. Our sales woman Mary ( )was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. I purchased a large tote bag and I was super excited. Upon leaving myself and my husband started a conversation with an American women. A different sales woman approached us and asked if my husband misplaced his phone and to wait while it was retrieved. I asked the sales women if there was a bathroom for customers. I was told "NO IT WAS OUT OF SERVICE" the women I was with commented "show them you purchased a bag maybe then they will have a bathroom for you". I proceeded to ask a different sales person if there was a restroom for customers. I was given directions to the nearest restroom immediately. I informed a manger of my experience. I only regret not having the rude sales persons name to give!

I had a great experience. The place is beautiful. All staff, including those of Dior café, were friendly. Everything was eye candy. No one would push you to buy anything there. They will let you enjoy the space and they are there to help you when you want them. If you like Dior, you have to go to this place.

The friendliest fashion house on the street. I visited several that day and Dior made me feel welcome. The clothes were divine to see in person and while there were guards like the other stores I did not feel like I was being followed which made the experience so much more enjoyable. I bought a pair of earrings and the woman who helped me was friendly and kind. She helped me choose the right colour pearl for my skin and I trusted her. I love my purchase and am smitten with Dior. It was wonderful to see so many people in the store shopping for various things: wedding dresses, black tie events, perfume, a small accessory. The store was abuzz with beauty and energy in a very approachable way that the rest of the fashion houses on Ave Montaigne did not necessarily effuse. I love the feminine silhouettes and details like embroidery on the women's clothing and the fun accessories. The sunglasses didn't suit my oval face but I'm hoping in the coming seasons Dior will come out with some smaller square sunglasses to fit my face. I had a wonderful experience and will visit again next time I am in Paris.

Beautiful. Sophisticated. Professional. Well attended to me as the customer. Dior is everything I thought it would be in Paris coming from San Francisco, California - United States. I felt special and pretty and appreciated. Enough said. I am happy.

I shop here to buy gifts for my mother on each of my yearly trips to Paris. My mother loves Christian Dior's silk scarves and handbags. The female staff are charming, friendly and helpful. The ladies have excellent taste because I sometimes don't know what to buy for the Christian Dior fanatic in my family and need their assistance. The store is beautifully decorated like an elegant apartment and always has the latest merchandise in stock. And hearing "Bonjour Madame," upon entering/exiting the store is music to my ears. The French are a sophisticated group with elegant manners. I really do enjoy coming here to shop and relax in its peaceful atmosphere. Christian Dior was THE greatest of French designers dressing the biggest movie stars including Rita Hayworth, Ava Gardner, etc.
