Yelp
Stayed at the Little Nell in April and absolutely loved it. Service was perfection, very attentive but not overbearing. Rooms were so plush I did not want to ever leave. The carpets were so thick and soft, and linens were so comfy.

Yelp
I absolutely love the Little Nell and highly recommend trying this place. Sit outside near the pool. It has a spectacular view!

Yelp
Do not book this place. I was diagnosed with a very serious medical condition and can't travel to this hotel because of the altitude. The manager refused to refund my money despite medical documentation forbidding my travel. Their cruel and heartless behavior is unconscionable. I wouldn't stay in this toilet under any circumstances.

Yelp
A fantastic selection. Bartender Luke is knowledgeable and makes great drinks. Highly recommended.

Yelp
WOW! This was our 4th time staying at the little nell. We walk into our suite and my personal sheets I bought 2 years ago were on the bed. What? So classy! The dinners are some of the best meals we have ever had @ Element 47!!! So thoughtful and special and delicious. All the staff is amazing and we enjoyed getting to know Erin in the bar as well as the GM. The rooms are perfect, the staff is perfect, and the whole vibe is very fancy but super casual about it. The Ski concierges are amazing too! Wow...when you pooped or just woke up they are putting your boots on and grabbing your poles and skis with a smile. We adore these guys!!! They forgot to pack my skis as we left and overnighted them free of charge. We travel all over the planet and this spot is right up there as our top spot to visit. The Skiing is a blast too and the gondola being right outside the concierge's spot couldn't be any easier or fancy! I just love this spot and they helped me, my wife, and 2 friends with some of our fav memories ever! With love Jeffery David, Linda, Todd, and Elaine!!!!!

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay at the Little Nell. It began with our pick up at the airport, being greeted with a glass of champagne at arrival, our beautiful room, my chocolate dessert for my bday, transportation around Aspen and ended with great memories!

Yelp
We stayed at the Little Nell December 17-23. We picked this particular hotel because it has a Forbes 5-star rating and we had certain expectations for our stay considering the reviews, ratings, and lastly the price. It was a pure disappointment from day 1. Every day was a new disappointment but I'll pick a few callouts for this review. Covid safety - The number one thing is the Covid protocols that they seemed to completely ignore. There was no consistency, some of their staff was wearing masks, some didn't. I saw a maskless bartender at their restaurant cough while making a drink. As more guests kept arriving, things got a little bit better, I assume there were many complaints. Bar & Restaurant - Speaking of the bar and restaurants - we had lunch on our arrival. We waited over 90 minutes for our food. It took the server over 35 min to take our order. They apologized and blamed it on new seasonal staff due to Covid. I simply can't be forgiving considering their Forbes rating. We stayed at Stein Eriksen and other Forbes hotels during Covid and the service was exactly what you would expect from a place with this reputation. While eating we overheard another bartender literally complaining about her work conditions, about her managers and about her colleagues. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The hotel staff said that the restaurant staff is new and had to be trained fresh. Yes, it was very obvious! Concierge - they always seemed stressed out and with their heads down in their computers. Every question we had they answered politely but they were bothered by it. I believe simply because they had a ton of emails that were waiting for them. They weren't present at all. Room service - every single breakfast order they would mess op somehow. They couldn't get it right with medium boiled eggs. It was either running or hard boiled. They blamed it on the altitude. We googled it for them and sent it to the chef. It was miserable and laughable. Noise - we were hoping to get some rest but there was turmoil, grinding, and all kind of noises outside our window around 5am. I have no clue what they were doing. I kept calling the front desk to report the disturbance. Free transportation- They offer free transportation to the local mountains, they charge to the Snowmass. Our pickup at the Buttermilk was 30 min late one day. Not even an apology, and we booked it in advance. To be honest this list can go on and on forever, but in short, we'll never be back. It's all hype and no results. The only ok thing is the ski concierge but to be honest every mountain hotel has a similar concept so nothing special about it. Very disappointing. We really wanted to like The Little Nell.

Yelp
Where do I start? From Henning and Stephen at the car stand, to Chris the Wine Director and the above average housekeeping team, everyone here is dedicated to creating an unforgettable experiences for their guests. With the support of Renee from the Adventures team and Jen Jones from Food Service, I was able to plan my engagement in Aspen, which surpassed all expectations. A week later, and I'm still amazed by this hotel. Without a doubt, it's the best hotel in Aspen.

Yelp
Most definitely one of the most refined dining experiences to be found in Aspen is at the Little Nell Hotel dining room. You know it's always a great sign when the chef becomes the general manager. Understanding what happens in the kitchen and on the floor of the restaurant will only lead to an outstanding experience that truly is developed with focus on every detail of the dining experience. I found myself wowed by the flavor and presentation of every single dish served for the dinner meal. I also found myself thinking about why I keep coming back to this outstanding restaurant every single time I am in Aspen.

Skylar S.

Yelp
Extremely overpriced, but not more so than everything in Aspen is. This expensive hot chocolate is phenomenal, though, and has earned it's worldwide fame. The chocolate itself is rich and flavorful, and pairs well with the light whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Then the homemade marshmallows just melt In your mouth. Got this along with the truffle fries, and wasn't disappointed. Enjoy on a cold winter night! (from @tastessky on Instagram)

Yelp
The old adage is that people make the experience. We walked in after a missed connection and 4 hour drive on Thursday at 2:30AM from Denver and were greeted by two kind faces that seemingly were just waiting for us. That was our first experience with the Little Nell and it continued until we left on Sunday. There was no drop-off in affability or assistance anywhere--concierge, front desk, fitness area, poolside, shuttle service, cleaning crew were all top notch. I would also specifically mention Chase who not only felt like our own personal guide, but also made our sunset off-road adventure a unique and memorable experience. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. The facilities are reasonably updated also. The location is perfect. Don't be scared away by the cost as you will definitely feel like you received more than you paid for in retrospect. We will most certainly look forward to returning some day. Thank you--Ken & Tammy

Yelp
The worst. Used to stay there in the early 00's Made a reservation and have been totally disappointed. You'd think that by storied reputation this hotel would act like a 5 Star Hotel. No such luck. Call the concierge to have a dozen roses for my wife upon arrival. A simple request for the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton these people wanted me to send them a copy of my drivers license and my credit card front and back with authorization for them to use it apparently having my credit card on file at the front desk wasn't good enough. unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to Aspen and trying to cancel our room was yet another fiasco like the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton normally you can call the front desk and simply cancel the person at the front desk was at best obnoxious. he simply transferred me twice to an automated system that said that I could leave a detailed message and specifically that if I was calling to make a payment that it was OK to leave my information as well. left twist no choice I left a message and canceled my reservation I can assure you that the next time I wanna stay in Aspen I will stay at the Saint Regis and not this sorry rude obnoxious excuse for what was a landmark property and is now well nothing actually.
google avatar

Anjali B.

Yelp
the rooms were so so nice but the service was not very good. Many of our requests were just not fulfilled and the trip was not care-free as it should have been we were worrying and attempting to fix all of the errors they were making. For the amount of money we paid this was unacceptable.

Yelp
We came here for thanksgiving dinner. The staff and service were awesome. The food was why I gave them a 2 star. Even though the turkey was delicious but the issue was with the sides. They were ice cold. Not warm but it seemed like they brought it out of the fridge and left it out for 10 min and brought it to the table. Unfortunately the food came out so late that we knew if we send it back by the time they would return our food would be finished. I asked for extra gravy and they came back when I was taking my last bite. Dessert was way below average!

Yelp
This is such a cool hotel. I absolutely adore it. I stayed here a few years ago on a weekend trip when I lived in Denver. They treat you right here. Staff goes out of their way to make sure guests have what they need. Their hot chocolate is amazing and the hotel is at the base of a mountain. I do not ski but loved seeing all those talented skiers come down the mountain. I stayed in a room with an amazing view of the mountain. I imagine no room here has a bad view. They have Molton Brown soaps and lotions in the public restrooms. How cool is that?? They are centrally located in the perfect town of Aspen (my favorite place in the USA) How could you not like a place called The Little Nell?? The cutest name for the coziest hotel in Aspen.

Yelp
The little nell is the epitome of pure luxury. I had the absolute pleasure of staying here a few years back. Incredible place with an incredible location. Staff are the best in the world, especially the ski concierge staff. Absolutely incredible place. A stay here is a once in a lifetime experience

Kimberly Lynn W.

Yelp
I've been to the Little Nell before and have always enjoyed my time there. I went into the lobby to sit by the fire and have a nice tea and do a little work. I sat there and sat there and sat there and no one ever approached me to ask if there was anything that I needed. I was waiting for nearly an hour. Quite some time later a couple came up and sat at the table next to me and the Little Nell staff came out and brought them a dessert or something. I thought for sure they would come over and asked me what I needed but no one ever did. I packed up my things and left. I'll be going over to the Saint Regis the next time.

Yelp
Google I wish my experience was as remarkable as others. Sadly too many thiNgs went wrong. The morning after i arrived there was lots of noise from a family or 2 down the hallway at 8 AM. THE NOISE CONTINUED 45 min. I reported to the front desk. They said a large party was checking out. Ok. But i needed sleep above everything and this incident affected my entire day. A woman named georgina apologized. There are no childfree areas at this hotel. One thing management of any upscale 5* establishment should be aware of is that solo/couples/childfree people are quieter and utilize far less services as families . I paid hundreds of dollars for my room and a family of 4/5 paid the same. This means families are more exploitive in the first place even before they use up more towels and services, amenities And create more noise. They stay cheaper than i do : a quiet, low key solo traveler. I was waken by the noise of kids running down the hall The hotel has cameras on every floor and could have managed the chaos because the party was large ( a wedding) and they could anticipate unruly guests or children. I took photos of the kids in the hall. I went out for the day and had DND on my door from the beginning. I came back and they entered my room to leave wine and an uncovered tray of cheese and crackers I was livid. My DND sign was breached. This was intolerable!! The last straw for me. I called and again Georgina apologized. Meanwhile i dont drink wine. I never would eat food that was uncovered. Gross There were many phone calls to my room which were intrusive , then housekeeping cards under the door. I know how to summon housekeeping if i needed them. I dont need annoying calls and cards. It was annoying. They even called my house back home about a package a local store delivered to me. Meanwhile my cell number was stapled to the bag. I left my dog with bellboys at front. I got a ride from them to jerome for a bite to eat since both eateries at little nell closed at 9. I told the young man to call the number clearly written on my dogs vest if they needed me. She was lonely and they called my home number on the east coast and disturbed them AGAIN unnecessarily. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD one guy to call the number on her vest. My instructions were not followed Nothing but inexcusable headaches and cheap apologies . I think my room was around $800 a night. It was not worth it. Back to jerome or the W i shall go Rooms at little nell are ok but not near as nice as hotel jerome I just cant afford to deal with lack of sleep due to large or loud families and breached privacy. My impression of this property has really gone down significantly. Years ago i came here for a special liquid nitrogen margarita. They no longer carry it. The staff has been friendly. It's management that dropped the ball, even though i had asked for senior management during my breakfast, i was told he was in a meeting. Georgina was the only one sent to me . Personally i think my account of things going wrong is quite significant. Management was not concerned really. For stays with outstanding pools i suggest st regis, hotel jerome or mountain chalet ( the chalet has a huge steaming heated pool and indoor large hot tub) jerome has 2 hot tubs and a pool in a private courtyard. Little nells pool is small and borders the outdoor dining room of element 47 making your swim not private at all. during my stay i did not even swim. It was not inviting and the pool liner or surface was dark. Just not attractive. Live and learn

Yelp
wow.. five star hotel with one star service . i stopped in for a drink after dinner. the lounge and bar were half full . I was given a water and then ignored . four other groups came in after me and they got served . No one ever came back after 15 mins. I left . Earlier this summer we were hosting a lunch and had good service but the Cobb salads came with only lettuce which we pointed out and it was fixed. what happened to the Nell. . It used to be a great place . Its off my list and should be off yours . Aspen has many more places with better service and food.

Yelp
My husband and I wanted to plan a long-weekend babymoon within driving distance from Denver and on which we could bring our dog. After doing much research and talking with friends about options, we decided to relax in Aspen at The Little Nell -- and it was it one of the best decisions we could have made! Not only was the staff so welcoming and accommodating, but they were also kind and generous enough to upgrade us to a mountain-side suite that was INCREDIBLE. It was easily one of the nicest hotel rooms in which we've ever stayed and made our weekend extra special. I could go on and on about our room... The two fireplaces, gorgeous dining area, super comfortable bed, views of the slopes, awesome complimentary mini-bar, great technology features (loved the Google Chromecast set up so we could watch Netflix, HBO, etc. through our iPad on the tv!), wonderful doggie amenities, and beautiful bathroom complete with a large soaking tub made our pre-baby getaway weekend the relaxing and restful time for which we were hoping. Every single team member was welcoming and it was so nice to stay in a place where our (very friendly, and also very large) dog was as welcomed as we were. Suffice it to say he was properly spoiled with tons of peanut butter treats made by the hotel's baking staff. We definitely plan to return to The Little Nell! Can't recommend enough.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Obviously a nice hotel but we weren't impressed with the service (except for valet). The concierge never looks up from their computers to greet you. It feels stuffy and pretentious. You can be a five star hotel and still be friendly, approachable.
google avatar

Stacey C.

Yelp
The Little Nell is the place to stay in Aspen . Everyone is extremely helpful and accommodating. Jackson from Valet gets five stars on every level including his 80's play list. The food is always great and the wine program is great! The pool and jacuzzi look out at Ajax mountain. Overall The Little Nell is THE SPOT! I hope you enjoy it as much as we do time and time again!

Charlie S.

Yelp
The best in Aspen! The hotel, the restaurants, the skiing, the shops, the service, the luxury -- Nothing compares, and my wife and I feel lucky to be able to experience it.
google avatar

Mark D.

Yelp
One of the top 3 hotel experiences that my family has ever had. They were very accomodating to our 2 small kids and went above and beyond with the service. Also, you're right on the mountain for good skiing and walking distance from all the other fun stuff.
google avatar

Yelp
My wife and I celebrated our 40th anniversary by heading back to Aspen for 4 nights and we stayed at the Little Nell. The service was outstanding most of the time. The concierge was very helpful with reservations, etc. The accommodations were excellent. My only complaint is that it sometimes took a little longer than one would expect at such a high end establishment when we requested something delivered to our room. Nonetheless, I still recommend.

Victoria A.

Yelp
Five Star all the way. First hotel in a long time we can remember not ever wanting to leave. The entire staff was over the top accommodating and polite. We realize this is a luxury resort and what a treat it is. Speaking of treats, Bear got more love and attention than ever before and was able to sit in the wine bar and by the fireplace in the evenings! Art shopping is just steps away from the entrance, and you have to go to the John Denver Sanctuary and walk by the river on the Rio Grande Trail. Just an awesome long weekend, and the mountain and lift are a few feet ahead. Get Mountain Side room, sit on the balcony and enjoy the bright blue sky and the reflection from the snow!

Yelp
This hotel is incredible. By far the best hotel in Aspen and one of my favorites ever. The staff is universally courteous, organized, and everything was so prompt. Rooms are spectacular. Concierge so helpful. Literally zero complaints, everything perfect.

Yelp
I want to say that the Little Nell is my favorite hotel in the world & my favorite Bar in Aspen. Staff is great. Pets treated like super-stars. Thank you

Heather B.

Yelp
Last night we had the absolute worst service in the bar. So so sad. We used to love this place.
google avatar

A D.

Yelp
Best place in aspen. Our host, Amanda S. provided top notch service with a professional attitude. She guided us to the house favorites and I can honestly say I've never had a better experience anywhere I've ever traveled. Her wine and food recommendations were spot on and I will ask for her any time I visit this establishment. 5 star, all around. If you miss this place then you really haven't gotten the Aspen experience. FTR, that John Denver guy wasn't full of shit.

Amirah M.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel in the heart of Aspen. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Enjoyed dining at Element for almost every meal. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Emily Alexander event coordinator at The Little Nell gets 1,000 stars! She's great!! So courteous, helpful, kind, timely, can't say an ohhh great things about her. She really makes you feel special and makes your event feel very special and important for everyone

Zachariah G.

Yelp
We have stayed at five star hotels, all over the world and the little Nell was by far the most extravagant experience that we have had at a hotel. From check-in to the concierge's to the bell hop everyone made you feel like you were family, and the service was literally spot on in every area of the hotel. the rooms were immaculately cleaned, and the minibar what is complementary snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. We normally only stay at Marriott properties, but decided to stay here because of American Express. Fine properties collection and you will not be disappointed in a single aspect of your stay at this hotel. the concierge's were able to make reservations at to restaurants for us the breakfast at element 47 was amazing. Emily at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Conor drove us two times and was so professional and personable. I could name several other employees that went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. we would love to stay here in the future.

Yelp
Let me start off by admitting that I am a princess. An only child with parents that still call me princess and now have been treated to a stay at the Little Nell Hotel in Aspen I know I'm a princess through and through. On a surprise Aspen weekend getaway I was blown away by the Little Nell Hotel. The customer service from beginning to end was above and beyond anything I have experienced. The suite was spectacular with more space than my first apartment and then some. The suite was beautifully furnished and was a little slice of home with a living room, dining room, extra-large bathroom and king sized bed. We loved the natural light coming from three sets of French doors leading to a wraparound patio with picturesque views of the mountains. There is complimentary transportation available which we took advantage of when going to dinner due to some rainy weather. The entire hotel is dog friendly and I guarantee you will see multiple happy tail wagging doggies around the hotel. We also enjoyed the dining offered at the Little Nell Hotel. Ajax offers top notch truffle fries and Element 47 has some outstanding desserts and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere. If you're in Aspen, the Little Nell is the place to be. It has everything anyone would ever want, ski in, ski out, drinks overlooking the mountain, and a five star meal cozied up next to a fire place. A dream come true! The Little Nell is an Aspen mountain paradise and the place where I said "Yes".
google avatar

Sakina R.

Yelp
Stayed at the Little Nell after hearing they were taking extra cleaning, distancing and capacity precautions due to COVID. We had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect - walkable to everything in town (we picked up food from different restaurants) and to the Rio Grande and Ajax trails. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was larger than I expected - plenty of space for all the layers of clothing we brought for the varied temperatures. Great bathroom in the room, huge shower and nice toiletries. We ate breakfast at the hotel and eating on the outdoor patio was great - the breakfast was delicious. Overall, would definitely stay here on our next trip to Aspen.

Yelp
The Little Nell Hotel, is absolutely amazing!! Hands down probably one of the best places I've ever stayed to be quite honest, I have traveled quite a bit and stayed at some amazing 5 resorts/hotels. The service is impeccable!! Literally everything is impeccable at The Little Nell!! Extremely animal friendly which I love being that I take my little furry friend everywhere. Amazing views over the city of aspen and the Ski lift is the backyard of the Nell it's so awesome Thank you to the employees and management at The Little Nell!! I will always stay here when visiting Aspen
google avatar

Yelp
I came here for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding and was impressed with the attentiveness of the servers, the quality of the food and drinks, and the beautiful space. Definitely worth considering for an intimate party!

Yelp
*********************** 743 ************************** We literally came here every night, after Aspen Food & Wine Classic 30th day time events. I'm lucky to rub elbows with the right chefs/friends that I know for decade, they invited me here for the Grand Cochon event. I met so many chefs, so many sommeliers, so many people in the Food & Wine business, and meeting them all here, was part of it. Some of us stayed at this hotel, and some of us stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Club. The Little Nell Hotel is in the heart of Aspen, walking to everything. Great restaurant, awesome wine list, wonderful service. Although the noise at night can be tricky. Little Nell Hotel reminded me of the marriage of Montage Beverly Hills and the Mondrian Hotel WeHo. Classy, classic, and fantastic wine list. Bottles and bottles were open, when I see the top sommeliers and wine importers here, I feel so blessed as it was meant to be. I meant to be here, this is where I belong. The whole Aspen Food & Wine Classic was amazing, but being here with this many wines, by the industry only, made it all special. The service was great, even though the whole first floor of the Little Nell Hotel was jam packed. Somehow everyone seemed to have a fantastic time. I mean what not to like, any bottle we ordered was great, service was smooth, the ambiance is fab, and good vibe all around. This is 1 of the reasons why I'm determined to become a sommelier, definitively after this trip, at this very hotel. Thanks to all my friends that made me goal seem closer than it ever was! P.S. I will come back here anytime.

Yelp
I've been to the little nell many times as a Denver native and the DJ was absolutely terrible this night 2/15. Please never hire this DJ again as it has brought down your reputation.

Nina P.

Yelp
I stayed at the Little Nell for five nights during the JAS festival this Labor Day. I was so impressed with every detail in this hotel. The service was always AMAZING! The hotel room was more than I expected; very clean, modern, and every little detail was spot on. I checked in with two dogs & there were 2 dog beds placed by the fireplace when I checked in. The food at the hotel was delicious, just the right portion size. I highly recommend the gnocchi!! Stay at the Little Nell & you will hate to leave!!
google avatar

Tammy N.

Yelp
My family enjoyed our mini vacation at the little Nell. Attention to details are of high priority. There was one morning for breakfast that was less than perfect as they forgot several things and we ended up taking it to go without these items but I feel that that was unusual. I still give this Hotel a five star and was very pleased with the service and the facility.

JJ P.

Yelp
We have not stayed at the hotel but on our recent vacation, we dined there twice(Ajax Tavern and the restaurant). The grounds & setting at both places are gorgeous. The service is 1st class yet low key friendly. The wine list is probably the deepest in North America and loaded with hard to find gems. Sommelier Jesse is the ultimate professional and ALWAYS steers you in the right direction. Little Nell is unique in that they make everyone who is there whether you're staying or just dining feel comfortable. The quality of the food matches up to the finest dining in the country. Little Nell is a special place all around.

Bodie J.

Yelp
Exactly what we needed for our anniversary. The moment we got out of the car, the staff took care of us, our newborn child, and dog...and bikes and luggage. The room was spotless and the concierge addressed anything we needed promptly. Our room was turned-down twice a day and our snack/drink bar was replenished each time. They were proactive in anything we needed and we look forward to our return.

Yelp
My new favorite hotel. Excellent service, beautiful & clean rooms. Fine attention to detail! Fantastic food. Very friendly & helpful staff. Love the convenient location. Pet friendly in an upscale way. We will definitely be back!

Kayla B.

Yelp
Excellent 5 Star Hotel in Aspen! Everything from the food, rooms to customer service were exceptional! My husband and I traveled with our 15 mo. old son and they were extremely accommodating with cribs, high chairs and even babysitting services while we went skiing. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend The Little Nell to anybody traveling to Aspen!

Callista F.

Yelp
So I'm leaving this review because my card information was stolen from this hotel. I have unauthorized charges and when trying to contact the hotel they gave me the run around. Sending me to people who won't answer the calls or call back. For someone who is out of town and on vacation to have a card number stole is extremely stressful and to not want to help solve and answer the questions is extremely frustrating. It lead to many different charges around aspen that we're not made by myself. Please make sure you check ID before you take anyone's card. I wouldn't want anyone else to be charged something they did not pay for.

Summer and Winter, Spring and Fall love the Little Nell. They treat you like family here, amazing staff! Highly recommend.

Yelp
I didn't stay at the quietly luxurious Little Nell during my much-too-short (sniff) Aspen getaway, but I'm cutting corners now so that next time, I can. Located at the base of the gondola, the Nell is the premier location for ski-in, ski-out. Now I don't ski (very well, anyway) but I do Après Ski extremely well... ahh the art of comfortably sinking into a sofa as the fireplace roars whilst sipping on hot spiced cider and watching the snow blanket Aspen. Oh yes, it's just as dreamy as it sounds and it requires zero time on the slopes. The staff at the Nell is remarkably accommodating - I spent more time here than at my own hotel (the also lovely Hotel Jerome) because I simply couldn't get enough of the cozy confines. The complimentary candied nuts certainly didn't help matters... they're criminally addictive but a compulsory part of the experience. They're super dog friendly and if you've spent any stretch of time at the Nell, you've probably noticed the two almost-resident status English bulldogs, Pancake and Flash, lounging around. Come ready to make new friends (because you definitely will) and soak up all of that charming mountainside ambiance while you can.. make no mistake, the Nell is the place to be in Aspen!
