Stayed in my caravan late Jan. Great location 700m from train station and bus stop. All amenities were very clean Lovely big site. Only downside was if the winds from the south it’s on the flight path for the N/S runway.

Love this park Staff were fantastic, they do so much to keep the place clean & if you need anything it's not too much trouble. We had powered sites & were right across from the shower block which was great with a little 2 y.o granddaughter to get showered every day. The only thing I would love to have seen was a rail on the pools for people like me with knee problems. Apart that I can't find any fault at all with this park. My boys have stayed here few years ago & it will definitely be our go to park when we come back to Sydney & will recommend you to family & friends 👍

Sharon was amazing, she really helped us out in a sticky situation where we had to re-arrange our Sydney stay. Kudos to her for being so helpful and friendly throughout the process. other lady at reception is very unpleasant to deal with however, crazy attitude (not only towards us) and to be honest a sadly a bit rude... Otherwise amazing park, good cabins and grounds look good :)

Great location in Lane Cove national park, but yet very close to the CBD for sightseeing. Sites were fine, just average. Facilities are dated, but clean though. It’s all the planes that make this 3 stars. It’s right under the approach to Sydney airport! That means a plane passes over pretty low every few minutes. Wakes you up at 6am and will not stop until 10pm!!

I recently stayed at Lane Cove, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The master bedroom in the cabin had a strong, unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. The location is also quite challenging – you’re surrounded by a construction site, they are rebuilding the park, and on the other side, there’s a large cemetery. On the positive side, the cockatoos and turkeys were fun to watch and definitely added some charm to the area. Another downside was the lack of a baby bath in the toilet facilities, which was inconvenient. Even though there were only two cabins occupied during my stay, they didn’t offer us a late check-out, even though our flight wasn’t until 5 PM. Considering how many things didn’t live up to expectations, I was disappointed by this lack of flexibility.

Nice location backing onto national park 3.5 stars at best. Powered site was nice and shady. Bins far away. Camp kitchen one of the most basic we've seen. Female shower block had low water pressure so went and used other shower block which was better. $98 a night with discount for 2A 2C is pricey. Guess that's with school holiday tax. 20 min walk to station and 20 min train to city. Should be good when new renovations completed but I still wouldn't want to be paying over $100 a night for a powered site

Stayed here for 3 nights, checked in after hours so everything was in lockbox waiting for us on arrival. Staff were excellent from the booking process right through to departure. Amenities were clean and there was plenty around. The only thing I would say that could be updated or modified is that the laundry accepts more than just 1 dollar coins. This however doesn't lower the rating I give this park. Thanks for your hospitality.

We were on a long road trip, we checked in to get out of the truck stops and away from the sound of traffic for a night. We thought going onto the edge of a national park would be quiet. The plane traffic over heard was worse than the trucks on the freeway, we were yelling at each other to speak. So glad they stopped after 10pm. We are a family of 5, in 4 swags, no unpowered sites were available - fair enough we didn't book ahead. So we paid $100 for a powered site. The site was so small we were peg to peg and couldn't park the car probably. The showers overflowed into the "dry" area of the cubicle. I was left standing in a puddle of water while trying to get myself and our young daughter dry. I ended up getting out of the cubicle to finish getting dressed. As I couldn't manage it without having to get the bottom of my pant legs wet. (I'm in my 30s and with no mobility issues, leaving this comment as I hate for a grey nomad to have to struggle). We didn't use any other amenities due to it being a very short overnight stay for us.
