Car got Broken into at 2am. Did not feel safe here at all. No Cameras. No Safety Beams. Notes everywhere saying lock everything up. The pool area was very lovely though! Kids really enjoyed the pool. The safety aspect just was no good. And also you can't drive your van up the rows as everyones boats are sticking all out on the verges so extremely hard to park the caravan.

Found the park nice and quiet at night. Close to IGA. Swimming pool is refreshing but could do with more shade around it and some extra deck chairs. Found permanent residents kids took over the pool and that wasn’t very relaxing.||The studio room itself was a reasonable size but not huge. Not sure about other units but ours had outdated cabinetry and gas cooktop. The old wall air conditioner was very loud and struggled in the heat.||Not sure I’d stay here again. Would depend what else was available

Very clean and tidy park and staff friendly. Pool area was great and given all the red dirt they did a good job of trying to keep shower and toilet areas clean! Could do with another playground as we have younger kids but for a place to stay when travelling the area worthwhile location and felt very safe

Terrible location. Walking distance to nothing worth seeing. You need a car. The pool is great but there are only 3 lounges on offer for a 188 site caravan park. Really???? Get up early to get those rare commodities. The sites are generous but incredibly overpriced. In 6 months of travelling, Karratha is THE most expensive park. Toilets/showers are clean and lots of them but there were 2 Occasions where there was NO toilet paper at all. If you don’t need to stay in Karratha, go to Pount Samson Cove Caravan Park, $20 Cheaper a night, right on the beach, a beautiful vibe. Pick up your game. This place is not worth it.

I stayed 2 nights in a cabin. Clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. Well designed kitchen and good room ammenities. Bed was not great. No wifi, which is something I need for work purposes, so I had to hotspot off my phone. TV only had access to local channels and took some working out to access as the default screen only shows paid internet channels. Some light switches, taps and fittings were noticeably loose. It’s not cheap, but Karratha is an expensive town to stay in. I would expect better internet facilities for the price. Staff were friendly. You need to drive slowly and carefully as there were plenty of children on bikes and e-scooters on the main thoroughfares during the day. I think this place would be great for families.

We had two ensuite caravan bays . The park itself caters more for cabins than caravans but there is sufficient bays. |The ensuites themselves are stuck in a time warp back to the early 80’s. I remember this park back in 1983 and this part hasn’t changed. This is where some money needs to be spent . Apart from that the stay here was nice and close to shops etc and great for a couple of nights .

We booked the campsite for 4 nights, at checking not much info was given… here’s a map the camping area is over there beside the car park and up the back of the grass area was about as much info as we got. We had a trailer with our tent and gear inside, our tent weighs around 40kg. I reversed our trailer up to the back of the grass area to unload, one of the reception girls with dark hair approached us and said “you can’t drive on here”. I responded by saying “our tent is very heavy, how do we get it up the back of the camping area?” She responded quite abruptly saying “eh, you carry it”. She then said “move your car” She was very rude, very unpleasant and definitely not the kind of person that should be working in hospitality. I went back to the reception to get more info, I explained that there is no signage to say that we can’t unload our vehicle on the grass and that our tent is quite heavy and would be difficult to carry all the way to the back of the camping area. The helpful fella at the reception took the time to explain that we could actually set up camp right on the edge of the car park area on the grass, this suited us perfectly as we could reverse the trailer up to the grass area and unload. Why couldn’t the female have been nice and helpful and told us this instead of being rude and just telling us to move? Overall, the facility’s are ok and the campsite is peaceful in the evening. Great having the pool next to the campsite, the kids really liked that. This review is marked down solely on the female receptionists attitude and lack of customer service skills.

Location was ok and staff we spoke to over our time there were friendly. The problem was the park has no holiday feel to it as park is mostly full of full time mining families and a lot of sites have 2 cars and or boats so very tight getting around. The ensuite sites are very dated and worn out.
