We stayed here in three separate units as our family travelled from the north west. |The location to the Swan Valley, Guildford, Midland, Perth airport was great. |What we found disappointing during our stay was the lack of customer service at reception and around the park. Staff didn’t acknowledge us as we walked the park or used the playground. It was not friendly at all especially to non-English speaking guests. |We stayed for 7 nights and our linen/towels weren’t changed once. |There needs to be better maintenance of the units. For the price we paid for the week, it was not worth it. The bathroom door squeaked so much that we had to put butter on the hinges!! |There are laundry rooms around the park and washing machines cost $4 per load. We didn’t use the dryers as the weather was fine. |Be careful with your little kids around the park as some lunatics like to disobey speed limits and one way signs.

Staff are very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Thank you! Love staying here, so clean and fresh in the spacious cabins, separate, bedroom, bathroom and toilet...everything you need , for one night or several nights. Great value. Not forgetting, beautiful white and crisp linen.. Very comfortable for our stay.. Looking forward to our next stay.

What a beautiful place. The ladies at reception were so kind and sweet. Always putting in 110% when we needed assistance. Housekeeping were super friendly and bubbly and were super prompt when we needed new sheets. A massive shout out to Vaughan the park maintaince guru, we had a loose tap in the bathroom and he fixed it straight away with a smile. The playground was great, the pool was clean and overall it was a very idelic place. Loved our stay.

A well run, clean and tidy park. Great amenities. Pool area is really nice. Plenty of hot water and clean showers etc.||The park only has a few caravan sites with power and water, (and a small number with ensuite) the rest is chalets (many for permanent residents and lots for workers). Sites are a good size. Plenty of trees and well kept gardens. ||You will hear aircraft noise, but you do get used to it quite quickly. ||Terrific location if you want to spend time on the Swan Valley with everything just a short drive away. Plenty of nearby places to eat and sample wine, beer and spirits. Sadly, The Swan Valley does not have many impressive free picnic places, but there are plenty nearby along the river bank, and of course Whiteman Park is only a short drive away. Medium sized shopping centre 5 min drive has everything you need. Midland Gate is the nearest big centre, about 10 mins away.

We had a motorhome site and 2 bedroom cabin- both were great! The site was a good size and had a concrete pad with some grass. Amenities were great and clean. The cabin was very nice and had a big shower, bathroom with separate toilet- even had an oven. Staff were very nice and helpful- even when i stuffed up dates. Swan valley is a beautiful suburb not far from anything.

The quality of the 2 bedroom chalet was amazing. Very few park chalets meet the quality of this one door close and lock properly bed sheets were fresh clean not itchy. No marks holes or scratches anywhere. Oven clean. No rust stains. Secure windows great proper working air-conditioning. Great service. People staying were so friendly and well behaved. Honestly great location lots of food nearby and wonderful facilities. These guys deserve 5 stat's. Thanks will be back soon

Booked a two bedroom pet friendly cabin weeks before arrival, paid and received confirmation email and receipt. After a four hour trip to get there was told there was no booking and no two bedroom cabins left.|Was asked if I rung to confirm my booking which I asked why would I when I received confirmation. Asked how many people were travelling, there was two, so they said well we have one studio pet friendly cabin so that will suit you. Given that we booked a two bedroom cabin this was just a rude comment.|I was then told that sometimes it can happen when two people book at the same time online, but at the same time was told it had never happened before. Either way, you took my money and gave me a confirmation.|I was then told a few days later that the system had somehow cancelled the booking two days after it was confirmed, but no notification or money was given back.

Our daughter in law made a group booking for the weekend for my husband and I and our four adult children and some of their family. We had a booking for a powered campsite. On arrival the lady at reception was most unhelpful. I questioned the location of the rest of our group. She refused to give me any information. I questioned the location of the toilets, and there were none anywhere near the camp site. I told her that wasn’t suitable for us. She said she couldn’t do anything about that. She gave no further information just handed me a map to find the campsite. The campsite was totally unsuitable, too far from amenities and sandy and unappealing. We ended up camping with our son on the ensuite site that he had booked. The park layout is totally unsuitable for tents unless you are happy to have long walks during the night. I have given a fairly decent rating because despite not using the campsite booked, and the unhelpful reception lady our family enjoyed the weekend.
