Yelp
A great place to spend some time, and indicative of used record stores in Japan in general - good quality stock, reasonably priced with a good range. There are a number of floors with different styles: rock & punk, rap and R&B, rock & pop international and local, and a rare groove floor in the basement. You'll definitely need a bit of time to go through everything, particularly if you have wide tastes. One thing to bear in mind is that you'll have to pay for your purchases on each floor, which isn't 100% clear.
There is a good range of stuff on offer, and there is enough good stuff there at decent prices, so you can quite easily eat into your Discogs wishlist, and your holiday spending budget. All of my purchases have looked to be in good condition, and most came with a plastic outer sleeve and a decent static free inner. Having all of the floors means that it's maybe not as easy to navigate than it's sister shop at Shimo-Kitazawa, but with Reco Fan so close by it's a good place to go for a 1-2 visit if you're only wanting to hit a couple of stores.
