All Star Music is the perfect spot if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel that still provides the magic of Disney Resorts. I was highly impressed with the quick service food options and that they were open until 11pm. The pools were clean and had unique details that bring that "magical" feel. There were lots of fun activities for kids including crafts and outdoor movies. The rooms are a bit tight for 3-4 adults but would be absolutely perfect for 1-2 adults with children. I highly recommend staying on this property and can't wait to come back!

If you are looking for a budget or value hotel at Disney, then you have found the right place! You won't find a better deal. There were 4 of us adults, all women, and we were able to make it work successfully for 5 nights in one room with 2 queen beds and one bathroom. You just need to be organized. The room has been updated but it could use a little more updating in the future. The beds are comfortable, the shower worked fine, and the room was clean. Disney has done a great job of providing affordable lodging for families on a budget. For example, our room had a Murphy bed also, which was a pull-out bed in the wall for an extra person or for storing luggage. We also enjoyed all of the musical characters decorating the Resort plus you could listen to all types of music every where you went. It's really a happy place. The cast members are so friendly and helpful. They aim to please the guests and make sure you have a great time. There are shuttles available to get you to the parks. Free parking for guests. Wheelchair accessability is observed. The Resort has restaurants, pools, and gift shops close by for your convenience.

Loved it. Family suite was perfect for 6 adults in a family - comfy beds, lovely bedding, great price. And one day the air conditioning wouldn’t go as low temp as the day before - we called the front desk and they IMMEDIATELY sent an air conditioning tech - he typed in some special code and we had our air turned down again perfectly. Also, needed fan noise to help sleep - they brought us a box fan. We even had Walmart + deliver us a few neck fans for the park. They delivered to bell desk and all was perfect. Used the free baggage shuttle service for our Southwest flight which meant we were able to give them all the checked bags we had the morning of our trip back home and then we checked out and just had our carry on items with us as we got to spend more time at Disney Springs until our night flight. Just a great experience.

Google
All-Star Music Resort is a nice value stay on Disney property. The teeming is fun and colorful. The food in the dining establishment was tasty. I enjoyed my stay! The only negative i did have was that our room was a little too warm for our liking when we arrived. We adjusted the thermostat and it cooled off after a while. I'd recommend checking in as early as you can and adjusting the thermostat and then go out and eat or visit the pool or something while it cools down. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would stay here again!

I felt a little deceived by the so called Disney Magic of this resort. Our room was not big enough to comfortably accommodate three women, on top of which we got the room (5432) furthest from the main building where the shuttles were located. I slept on the murphy bed fine, but the size of the room was much smaller than I imagined it would be. Also, the pictures from the website are misleading. I do want to add that the staff was beyond incredible with all our requests for extra towels, sheets, and pillows. They patiently wrote down all our needs, and answered all my initial questions about transportation (it wasn't their department, but they were knowledgeable). The options at the food court were decent, albeit a bit overpriced. Every single item was priced individually, except the main plates. The food court was also in the main building, a quick 10 minutes walk from out room. The walk provided an opportunity to see the other buildings in the resort, as well as the two music themed pools. Something for everyone. At night, right by our room, there was a loud screeching sound coming from the nearby stream/ canal. Not sure if it was birds or other wildlife, but we stayed in our rooms and did not investigate. The sound was gone by the morning and could not be heard inside the room. The parking lot does NOT have any shade. Be aware when visiting over the summer, or any other time in the Sunshine State. The resort does not provide complimentary water or breakfast. Nice resort for family or friends, but taking into consideration space and being in such close quarters after a long day at Disney.

The first time I stayed at the All Star Resorts, it was the Music Resort. Nice clean rooms. Plenty of towels, etc. I love the theme pools. Going to eat breakfast every morning before catching a park bus. A lot of entrees to choose from. Delicious. Friendly staff are always ready to help if you need them. We had a memorable stay. Thank you

We recently made a last-minute reservation for a trip to Disneyworld with our toddler and are seeking a hotel conveniently located near the parks. We were hoping for amenities that would enhance our son's Disney experience. Transportation to the parks was also a priority. Our son was particularly fond of the themed decor and the guitar-shaped pool. I appreciated the lifeguards' attentiveness. Our room was cleaned every other day and provided all the necessary features. They also offer connecting rooms for larger families. Fortunately, our family experienced no significant wait times for the buses, despite it being summertime. We really enjoyed our visit!

We had a 3 queen bed 2 bath suite. The bathrooms were large, and I loved the fact that you could close off the toilet/shower area to the dressing part. The bedroom was spacious but the 2 pull down queen beds in the living area were a little cramped and had to be pulled up in order to have a table and couch. The kitchenette was nice but it could have had extra trash bags, dish towels and dishwasher liquid. It was a convenient location and being on the first floor and near the parking area, pool and check in was nice. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend this resort and stay again.

Yelp
Always a good time at the All Star resorts. The child loves the Murphy Bed, saying it is like sleeping in a hidden cave. Transportation for the most part is great. Sometimes the buses arrive at different times as stated on the TV, but traffic around there is can be crazy so the delays are valid. Just be sure to plan accordingly if you are on a time crunch. We went to both pools while we were there. Kids probably do not care about this topic as much, but as an adult my toes were raw after an hour of swimming. The bottom of the pool in the back was not smooth. Not a huge thing, just be careful of your toes while swimming. 07.02.2025

Yelp
As far as value resorts go for Disney World, it's good! We stay here often when we don't want to spend big bucks on a resort and it's good for the price. 4 stars because I feel like they could have built them a little better and more quiet...you can literally hear any loud talking from any neighbors and you can hear toilets flushing all day and night but that's my only complaint. The rooms are always clean but they are a bit small, if we were a family of 4, I'd feel like they were too small, however they do have good priced family suites here. The regular rooms have pretty good storage, the shower and toilet area is separate from the sink area so that's nice if numerous people are getting ready in the morning. The room comes with a few hangers for clothes, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a coffee maker (it's a pod coffee maker, not a K-cup coffee maker like the deluxe resorts have) and that comes with some coffees and tea (and you can request as many as you want). The room also has a little Disney Alexa device that's really nice if you need to ask for more towels or coffees or tea or really whatever! Very convenient. You can unplug it and not use it though if that's not your thing. The food is food court style, it's good food, just don't go expecting anything mind blowing and you'll enjoy it. Sometimes you can find a hidden gem like the braised beef baked Mac and cheese...the meatball subs are pretty good, the chicken parm Alfredo pasta is nice, I love trying each value resorts special cheeseburger. This one is a Blues burger wit blue cheese, caramelized onions, bacon and oh my gosh...so delicious. Also, the cost of a large pizza is the same as anywhere else so honestly...it's not extremely overpriced like you'd expect Disney to be. They usually have some fun seasonal desserts or holiday desserts, the cheesecakes are normally very good (special shout out to the banana cheesecake and the strawberry shortcake cheesecake) and they have an espresso cream filled croissant right now that's very yummy. The regular chocolate croissant is also delicious...way better than I expected it to be. The pools are great! We often do atleast one pool day on our trips and we get food from the food court and find a nice area, eat and swim. They have fun kids games going on near the front of the main pool...at night they have movies playing on certain days, sometimes they have crafts and such going on as well. Every night they have a campfire going to roast marshmallows as well right outside the front entrance to the main pool. The main pool has a baby pool in the back as well for the babies and toddlers that's nice and calm. The piano pool near the back of the resort is also nice, we typically just do a standard room so we are usually near that pool and prefer it unless we are wanting to see the night time movie or something like that Overall it's a great resort for the price, especially at Disney World. I highly recommend it if you're looking to save some money that you'd rather spend in the parks!

Yelp
All-Star Music Resort is a Disney "value" resort. Of all the on-property resorts, the value category is the least expensive option. The All-Star Music Resort has been updated in the past few years (we stayed in 2018 and the updates were noticeable). The rooms are very clean with smart uses of space (room for suitcases under the bed) and several places to plug in and charge devices. The bathroom area has plenty of space for storing toiletries. The included toiletries are hand soap and wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If your party is traveling with children, the value resort option is great. If you are traveling with a large group, this is also a great option. The amenities include an arcade (for a cost), playground, 2 pools, laundry facilities (for a cost), and Disney bus transportation. There is a food court with reasonably affordable, no-frills food. If you have time to be spent at the resort, it could be worth purchasing the refillable mug for drinks. The staff was amazing. Our shower was clogged, and we were able to use the My Disney Experience App to chat to let the hotel know. While we were in the parks, the shower was fixed! We arrived early on our check-in day...check-in is at 3pm, but our cast member was able to get us in a room at 11am!

Yelp
If I could give 3.5 star I would but I can't justify a 4 as this is essentially a glorified motel. It's a Disney property so it's well-themed, clean, etc but the rooms are nothing special. I'd rank it a 3, but the atmosphere bumps it half a point. Pros - clean, well-maintained, excellent theming and decor, friendly staff, and easy transportation to the parks. Pool areas looked nice but didn't use them. Cons - overpriced at times for the quality of rooms, huge property so buildings towards back are a LONG walk to the buses, small rooms, not a lot of bathroom space, not high quality inside, doors facing outdoors (motel style). The All Star properties are the cheapest of the Disney resorts. It's always nice to stay on property given the bus transportation but there are often MUCH nicer Orlando hotels for same price as this one. It comes down to personal preference whether you want to pay more for less just to be on Disney property. Having stayed at much nicer hotels, and not having young kids, I will probably entertain staying elsewhere next time as comfort is important to me especially if it's cheaper than Disney hotels.

Yelp
8 of my friends stayed here at our trip to Disney World. This hotel was reasonably priced compared to the other resorts, which drew us to this hotel. We got 2 rooms for the 8 of us. The hotel rooms were a bit small, but we made it work! It was nice that the hotel gave us conjoined rooms so the group didn't have to separate! The resort is definitely super kid and family friendly. A pool is available and they have a cute cafeteria-style restaurant. One of the perks of staying at a Disney hotel is the early entry to the parks. We were able to enter the parks 30 minutes before non-Disney hotel guests, which was super nice! Since we were there early, we were able to get in line on the rides that tend to get crowded later on. Another perk is the free shuttle. We were able to shuttle to all 4 parks, and there's a shuttle available that goes to Disney Springs! The shuttles are very organized and there are separate lines to each destination. Each resort has its own shuttle, so it's nice that the shuttle does not make stops in between and takes you straight to the destination. This also saved us money so that we didn't have to spend money on Ubers. Overall, would recommend!

Yelp
Is the theme-ing of the All Star Resorts kitschy and tacky, even by Disney standards? Yes. Is this resort extremely busy, especially around peak seasons? Absolutely. Have I always considered this to be one of the 'bad' Disney resorts? I have. BUT - after the latest room renovations, and as adults, my husband and I had a wonderful time here. We stayed for one night while attending a seasonal Disney holiday party, and really picked this because it was the cheapest option that provided us easy transportation to the park. The cast members at check-in and the gift shop were so friendly, and all the shared facilities were wonderfully clean. The Christmas decor was joyous, and the music and activities were appropriately festive. The bus services are frequent, friendly, and a major perk of staying on Disney property. As someone who is spoiled by the Monorails and Skyliner, I often forget just how nice and convenient Disney busses are! Our room was in the Country Fair area- which I loved, both as a country music fan, and because it's the furthest from the lobby and thus the least loud and crowded. Inside the room was clean, well-designed, sparingly themed but still felt appropriately Disney-fied. The food options are sparing, but not bad. We only got breakfast from the Intermission cafeteria in the morning, and I mobile ordered because it was SO dang busy. I did still have to wait a while for our food, but the CMs were as kind and efficient as they could be - and the food was satisfying and the perfect end to a short vacation. If you have- like me- previously written off the All-Star Resorts as less-than-desirable, I'd say All-Star Music is absolutely worth giving another chance. Or a first chance! It seems to be the perfect intersection of adult requirements (clean room, great bathroom, efficient services), and child preferences (big crazy theme-ing, decorations and music galore, so many cute and magical touches). We were so happily surprised!

Yelp
For a value hotel brand, it's worth the money. The layout, similar to what I'd imagine looks like a motel or inn, but no drive up. All rooms are entered via outdoor corridors. Stairs on either side with elevators in the middle. The room itself had a Murphy bed which made a lot of sense. It gets cleaned every other day which is fine by me. The pools, pretty warm and large. While I was there they had games/activities for kids, movie nights and a couple lifeguard per pool. The rooms are updated with usb ports all over. The shower/toilet is separated from the vanity. There is a decent amount of store mage throughout. The lobby kinda smells weird, but it's OK. The checkin took long, not sure why. There is a cafeteria in the main building where the check in desk is ad well, this is a good idea. Overall, definitely worth the cost and a decent hotel. My room was a but far from the pools and lobby, but it's OK. It's a large piece of land.

Yelp
Clean room and check out was super easy and quick. The staff was great, very helpful and polite.

Yelp
We checked in 1/11/23 for one night. We haven't been to this resort since 2018, and the changes are minimal and great. You can now check in on the app, get your room number, and unlock your door with your phone or Magic band. You can also check out on the app, seeing all of your charges on the app. No more human interaction or paper. When we arrived at the security gate, we gave our name & the guard checked our ID. Prior to 1/10, parking was $15 a night - it had been free the many times we stayed here, but during and after CoVid, all resorts started to charge for parking. Now the parking fees are nonexistent, effective 1/10/23. We pulled up the map on our phone, found our building and parked. It was a short walk to our room on the second floor. This section looked new to us. Or staying in the front area so many times in years past, we didn't notice the buildings in the back (Rock, Broadway). The room was a good size for 2 people. In addition to our queen bed, we also had a Murphy bed. That's probably why we had 8 pillows! The flat screen was on, welcoming us to our room. When we switched it to TV channels, it had a multitude of channels, especially Disney channels. Our room had a table (base of Murphy bed), 2 chairs, hooks for jackets & hats, a coffee maker, a selection of coffees and teas with creamers and sugars, a small fridge, drawers, a closet, and an iron with ironing board. I have balance issues, so this bathroom had bars around the toilet and a seat in the walk in shower with bars on the wall. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap dispensers were on the wall. It had two shower heads - one on the wall and one hand held head. Hot water was good, but in the sink area, the hot side was barely warm. I liked the lighted makeup mirror (2 sides) and the nightlight built into the outlets. Bar soap, Kleenex, and a hair dryer were also provided. We had a comfortable sleep in the bed, with only minimal noise outside. A cheer event had a tent on site so we saw an abundance of young people on the property. Some of them didn't go to bed as early as we did, and we could barely hear them outside until around 1AM. The elevator and ice machine were around the corner from our room - very convenient. This is one of 3 budget hotels on Disney property, but it does not feel like it. We enjoyed our stay this time, as much as we had enjoyed our stays here the many times before.

Yelp
You can call me childish, but I still love the Disney All Star Resorts. I am volunteering at Give Kids the World Village tonight and needed a hotel for one night only. I haven't stayed at the All Star Resoets in about twenty years since my daughter was young, but I figured I would give it a try again. I am at All Star Music for the night and absolutely love the big music decorations and theming. I am in the country music building with the big banjos, guitars, and cowboy boots. The pool closest to me is shaped like a piano and very cute. The other pool is close to the main building where you check in. It has some cute Disney characters in the middle of it. The main building also has a food court style restaurant. For all-day dining they have pizzas, sandwiches, salads, entrees and dessert. There is also an arcade and an outdoor bar, as well as outdoor games like corn hole, ping pong, giant chess, and shuffleboard. A gift shop in the main building sells Disney souvenirs and snacks. The room is a little small but clean and cool.

Yelp
First of all, let me start by saying that as a Disney fan I've stayed in almost every hotel in the property and have avoided All stars like the plague, i stayed here in 2015 and was very disappointed. However, after covid Disney has taken the step to renovate every All stars resorts and that has made all the difference. This is my Second time staying at this hotel and I would give more stars if I could. As mentioned every room has been renovated and they are beautiful and very comfortable. Love the Murphy bed which can be folded and provide more space. The bathroom is pristine and so clean and modern, plus a small fridge and coffee are provided just want I need to get through a busy day at the park. In line with Disney hotels, the resort has plenty of activities for children to enjoy. Daily movies at the pool, s'mores at the camp fire and pool side activities. Did I say they have an insane arcade area? Gigantic pac man and space invaders game for when it's raining. The food court has decent food offered: salad, pasta, pizza, burgers and a couple of hot meals to choose from. I had the pot roast with mashed potatoes and green beans, it was a decent size and priced reasonably. Finally the staff at the hotel are rock starts, my room was kept clean, got new towels on the days of service. The pool and cafeteria area are always spotless and Pool towels are always available. Love the theming of the resort, is very Disney. This hotel is not fancy by any means, but solid. If you need a place to crash with Disney transport included, I will definitely recommend this place. I know my family enjoys it as much a deluxe resort.

Yelp
Disneys all star music resort as the name suggests is a Disney world resort with a music theme. My family and I stayed at the music all star resort in a recent stay for our daughters cheer competition. They were one of the partnering Disney resorts and this was were we was chosen to stay when booking for a Disney resort partnered with the varsity competition. The resort is massive and has a very cool but dates looking setup and design. Unfortunately for us our hotel roll for whatever reason was all the way in the back of the resort and about a legit 5-7 minute walk from the hotel front where the canteen, gift shop and bus shuttles to the parks and airports were located. So that made for some long and stressful journeys with our family of 7. Especially when checking in and out with our luggage. The rooms are insanely tiny. We had to split into two rooms because max capacity is 5 and we honestly could of split into 3 rooms. You walk in and have a queen sized bed and Tv. Beside the entrance is a folding bed that is queen sized that folds up into the wall. When that is out moving around and space is complete gone. The rooms did feature a decent sized bathroom and the water remained hot. So that was nice. Situated between the two beds was tvs that features only Disney owned channels. No smart TVs. For the Price you pay you would think they would have at least the Disney plus app. The facility itself was very nice and more spacious. Featuring two nice and large swimming pools, an on-site arcade, gift shop and a canteen with great food options and choices. The resort had pretty much a cool event every night such as Disney under the stars movie theme and some You could pay extra for like s'more making. Overall it served its purpose. Offered us shuttle between our daughters competition site on Disney property, Disney springs and the big 4 Disney parks. I wish the rooms were bigger. For the price paid you could rent a massive condo/cabin/house most other places and have more space.

Laura H.

Yelp
We switched from Caribbean beach resort to an All Star Music family suite after quickly realizing a 2 queen bed would be too cramped for our family of four. To be honest, I was quite skeptical about this resort as I have seen so many negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of our room! It was well appointed, had two bathrooms, a king bedroom and two queen murphy beds in the front quarters. It even had a kitchenette with a full size fridge which was perfect for our family and the necessity of cleaning sippy cups and bottles. I didn't have high hopes for the Murphy beds but they were surprisingly comfortable and better than any pull out sofa I have previously slept on. The sheets were super soft and cool as well. Pillows were better than the ones I had at our Hilton property we stayed at earlier in the week. We didn't get a chance to use the transport to parks or check the resort out but I would 100% stay here again!

Aly W.

Yelp
The beds and especially the pillows were ridiculously comfortable. We always fell asleep within minutes. The rooms are clean. The shower head was high enough. Water pressure was good. The pools were never too crowded, and there were plenty of lounge chairs and towels. The food court had everything we needed for breakfast and our one meal outside the parks/Disney Springs. You can use amenities at the other two All Star resorts. Honestly, the only thing you miss out on at the value resorts is water slides and fine dining.

James S.

Yelp
Stayed here for a couple of days while visiting my daughter and it has definitely been up graded. I normally like to stay at the Coronado Springs or in the cabins at Fort Wilderness campgrounds since 1 was booked up and the other is getting at total refurbishing I decided to give the All Star a chance. Wasn't disappointed and it had a special. A great value and a good place to rest your head. Since I had a rental, I only rode the bus once and that was from Typhoon Lagoon back to the resort so I can only attest to the fact my wait time that 1 time was less than 5 minutes.

Gina F.

Yelp
We stayed 2 nights at All Star Music resort with our baby. The room was nice, nothing grand, but clean and we did like the Murphy bed that turns into a table with chairs. It was nice walking around the resort to look at the different themed areas!

Jeremy J.

Yelp
You were definitely paying for the Disney main while you're here. I will not stay at this resort again. You get off of your bus and you have a very long walk to your rooms and I don't exaggerate too much when I say a long walk, Hollyn bags and kids it's a journey I mean it's a good 15 minute walk carrying all your stuff from where you get dropped off at go to your room. And then when you go to your room it's expensive course because it's Disney and your room is tiny. Tiny does not probably even describe it until you're there. The bed is small. I didn't know where our other bed was it happened to be inside the wall hidden behind the table. Luckily we had that the shower was not good water pressure not good just overall you were paying for the Disney name and I will get a Marriott for much cheaper and sleep much better.

Ann F.

Yelp
The three of us adults stayed for seven nights at the preferred room paid and made reservations in advanced. At first it was ASmovies then when it opened they let us changed the place. I love the theme and photos in the lobby. They also have nice gift shop, arcade, pools, food court, and more! We arrived and checked in at 4:00pm to a very nice room at JazzInn area where we asked for quietest spot. Dining at the Intermission Food Court have some great choices for food and beverages and refilled mugs are worth it. Beds and pillows were comfortable and everything inside worked very well. Coffee machine is two cup with these circled pods. Housekeepers we're also great at empty and gave us more items. All CMs were very professional and we enjoyed our stay.

Jessica N.

Yelp
This place was super cute, I will 10000% stay at the Disney resorts for my next trip. The rooms are small but my daughter and I had plenty of space, we also had an extra hideaway bed so we were both able to sleep in our own bed. I did need to ask for extra blankets because the blankets on the bed are very thin and it got very cold in the room at night. Also, the rooms come with everything you need, an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, a mini fridge, and there is one microwave in the dining hall. All the staff on the property are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in on the Disney app so was able to go straight to my room and use my phone as a key to get in. Be sure to get some yummy mickey waffles in the morning from the dining hall. The pool is open all year round and heated to 70 degrees as well as other fun outside activities in the area. The other great bonus is that there are shuttles that will take you to and from the parks so it makes it so convenient getting around.

Priscilla T.

Yelp
Here the deal! If you like fancy and bougie this place is not for you! But if you like a nice place to sleep and rest your head then you have found the place ( because that's all you really use the room in Disney world anyways) When we arrived we were able to check in via our phone. Our bands ( that can be purchased on the Disney website) allowed us to open the doors. The rooms were average but cute in their own little way. We had a full on one side and the other side that looked like a table could be folded out to another bed. The room came equipped with a fridge and coffee maker which we took advantage of and the coffee was actually pretty good! We stayed in building four which was a bit of a walk but helped with the noise. This resort is known for being noisy but because we were towards the back it was helpful. They have two pools an adult pool that is in the shape of a piano and a bigger pool that has a kids little pool attached to it. They are simple nothing to it and there is nothing extravagant about the pool. The food: The first night we ordered chicken tenders, 3 slices of pizza, two beers and a soda and spent about 60$. We decided the food was not worth that much so we decided to order Uber eats which delivers to the front of the resort so you just have to go pick it up. The buses at the resort do a good job at constantly running to get you to and from the different parks! We had a good experience with every bus driver but one who seemed to be extremely rude! Other than that the bus ride is pretty good and fast! They have an arcade room that was definitely fun and had a variety of games. Overall our experience was good! We probably would stay here again just because it was convenient and fast!

Gerry L.

Yelp
During our Disney World family vacation we booked our stay at the All Star Music Resort. Due to the quality and value this has become our to go resort every time we come to the theme parks. Here you will find fun designs with each section, Broadway, country, jazz, and classical. Our room comes with one queen bed and a Murphy queen size bed. The beds and pillow were very comfortable and rooms were newly furnished. The resort has two pools and a cafeteria where you get any type of food. Unless we see an increase in our lodging budget we will make a return to All Star!

Yelp
I've seen a lot of negativity online for this hotel, so I wasn't going in thinking this would be pleasant but it was very budget friendly! (Since I mainly only stay at a hotel to sleep at night I would rather spend my money at the parks or at restaurants so spending a lot for a place to lay my head doesn't make sense to me) Low and behold this place was more charming than I thought! ... my expectations were low. Yet, the room was very clean and looked like it had newly been renovated. Nice cool tile floors, marble countertops, a clean and very private bathroom, and very easy to use fold down beds. It was also super convenient that the food hall was open so late as we arrived later than expected, and the food was also surprisingly good. There were two different pools to choose from, one large one close to the entrance with a nice bar close by with yummy drinks. The other a little closer to the hotels but smaller and perfect for small children. All heated which made the chiller days still very much SUMMER! Honestly the biggest complaint I have is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (housekeeping and bartenders were so kind and helpful, no complaint there) I've been going to Disney since I was a tiny little girl all the way into my adult life as I am a resident. Ever since Covid it hasn't felt magical anymore, and honestly I blame most of these negative changes on the new CEO of Disney (Bob Chapek) for lowering their standards, education of customer service and better choice in who they staff. It become a place of greed. Was my time there magical? No. Should it have been? Yes! Was the price worth it? Again, yes. This isn't a 5 star hotel but it was clean, had great amenities and was affordable

Yelp
We had a very disappointing experience at this location. 1. We did not know if we passed on housekeeping they reserve the right to enter your room 2. While my husband was napping housekeeping knocked on the door and insisted they had to check the room. They said they do this to make sure guests were ok. I could not understand the point of entering and found this disagreeable. Asked for a supervisor who insisted they had to check the room since we passed on housekeeping. 3. A supervisor returned to the room long story short we made her uncomfortable and she called her manager. We came out to find 5 other employees along with security. I asked if we had to leave and was told they wanted to check the room. This was absurd. 4. Manager came through the room and said it was fine and we didn't have to leave. But we had made the supervisor uncomfortable. 5. This made me extremely incomfortabke I had never experienced something so horrifying especially at a Disney property. We decided we would not be staying this had caused a lot of stress. 6. We went to the desk and the manager was there he we explained we would leave in the morning earlier than our reservation. He said as long as we checked out by 11 it would be no problem. 7. Following morning we tried to check out online but it didn't work. We went to the front desk and the woman told us we were already checked out. We asked for a printed receipt. It still showed a charge for that night. She said it would come off later. 8. It did not come off later we were charged. We got notified the next morning we were checked out that day. So check out at the desk didn't happen. We had to call and be questioned. That person went to see if we had accessed the room with our key. This was crazy we were finally credited. The whole experience was shocking. We will not stay here anytime soon or likely again. We come to Orlando once a month or so. I've never been treated so horribly and hope this is not normal.

Yelp
Quietest resort of the value resorts. This resort does offer family suites which is a plus. Bus system was on time. Pool area and dining areas also clean.

Yelp
If you stay here, you NEED to make sure you get a room close to the lobby. We somehow have the furthest room in the furthest building. It's seriously a .4 mile one way walk from room to lobby, absolutely exhausting with our baby. It also makes the $20 unlimited refill mugs a little less valuable when you can only fill it up coming and going. The buses to the resort are great and why it's worth staying here over other properties. Other hotels will say they have shuttles, but 99% of the time they have super limited times or only 1 park a day. Here you can go to any park and shuttles keep coming all day every 15-20 minutes. The app has a page with estimated arrival times and I found it was never right and never showed the same times as the screens out by the bus pickup. Rooms are recently remodeled and fine. Nothing amazing, but they work great. Just make sure to get one at the front...I'm dead just thinking about making this walk another dozen times before our trip is over.

Yelp
This is a value priced resort. The prices will vary on the dates and demand. We have stayed here a number of times and this is our favorite resort. They took Stevie Ray Vaughan off of the wall of musicians but it's still a Great Wall. The gift shop has a good variety of items. They only have one holiday ornament this year so if you need an ornament to mark your stay, I would suggest going to Disney Springs for the Christmas store. There are a few different themed buildings. We always choose Calypso since it is the closest to the lobby. When All Stars Movie and All Stars Sports are open, you can walk between them. There are a few pools to choose from also.

Danielle B.

Yelp
The hotel has everything that you need. Most Disney hotels are extremely overpriced, but if you're looking for a more budget friendly Disney option, this is perfect! The hotel has 2 pools, a bar by the pool, events each day, a gift shop, a large restaurant, and an arcade. The greatest feature is the shuttles that pick you up for free every few minutes to bring you to the parks or Disney springs. My friend and I weren't at the hotel much so we didn't use many of the amenities the hotel had to offer, but the time that we did spend there we enjoyed! It's definitely a little bit of a dated hotel and the rooms are nothing fancy, but the beds were comfortable and we didn't expect anything over the top, so we enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great experience!

Yelp
We paid for a preferred room which is costly on weekends and I thought it would be looking out at the pool or a nice garden. Instead, Disney's preferred room locations are what determines preferred unlike their other resorts which means you could be facing a pool or like me construction equipment at the same price. Seems unfair? You bet it does. It's like paying for front row seats at an event and getting the last row in the same section. Disney needs to open another category her like preferred pool view and charge appropriate rates. Also, lots of teen kids groups put here and the lobby was blocked to the point you could not get through to enter a gift shop until these tours cleared out which took about 45 minutes.

Yelp
This was my first time staying at a value resort in Disney. I was surprised when we got to our room that it looked exactly like the higher end resort we were used to staying in. The room was nice and clean, the front desk was very helpful and loved that we could park near our room. There were two pools you could use that were open til 10pm. There was a bit of a walk to get to the buses and to the main dining hall. Although there was a bit of a walk it was worth it because food was served until midnight. I highly recommend the dining plan and it comes with a refillable mug. I would still recommend getting one even if you do not have the dining plan. You can refill 3 times an hour. I guess this is to prevent sharing. There were separate buses for all the All Star Resorts. If you are trying to plan a trip to Disney, I would definitely stay here, after-all you are not really in the room but to shower & sleep. FYI- they now have body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispensers in the bathroom, I love this idea to cut down on waste & plastic.

Yelp
We had made plant for a trip to Disney, and after looking for days I finally settled on this resort. Pricing wise, this is the cheapest resort at Disney. To begin, the check in process can be done entirely over the phone, which is fantastic, super easy to do, tells you exactly where your room is, you still have the option to do it in person. There is a ton of parking, however, I was in the one building that wasn't marked for parking, my building was in the middle of two other ones, so it got confusing at the time of parking. The room is a decent size, if you have more than 4 people you may want to consider a different option. We got the basic room, it had two queens , fridge, and a ton of towels. I had some small issues with the room, the ac literally was blowing into the side of a shelf, it never made it across the room. You flush the toilet, it sounded like a black holes closing on itself, you could here the people up stairs flush their toilet. The shower had a ton of pressure though, room was clean, updated well. Since we didn't get preferred room, we were all the way in the back. It was about a 5-8 min walk to the busses/food court. There were 2 pools close by. Overall, it's a good budget hotel. A little pricey for budget but still good.

Yelp
Every year we take my daughter to a different Disney resort for her birthday and this year it was All-Star music. We've been busy, so I didn't book the room until the night before. I thought it was going to be expensive, but we received a really great deal! You have the option of checking in online, which is a MUST to avoid the line of tourist. When checking in you can request new magic bands or use ones you already have from being a passholder. You can also choose the location of the room and what time you'll be arriving. You'll receive a text message when the room is ready. We arrived around 10am and our room wasn't ready so we went straight to the pool. They're two pools, the main one and a smaller one. Compared to the other resorts the two pools are very close to each other and since we stayed in the Broadway section of the resort they were super close (Calypso is the closest, but Broadway is so much cooler). Like at all Disney resorts the staff are super nice and accommodating. They put my daughter's birthday cake in a fridge until the room was ready, gave my daughter a special birthday pin and had birthday balloons waiting in the room. They have pool games for the kids all day up to 6pm and on select nights they play movies by the pool. Also, on Monday and Thursday nights they have food trucks that park outside the Broadway rooms. There's a McDonald's right outside the guard gate, which is a great option if you don't want to pay Disney food prices. The room we stayed in last year was a lot nicer. It had hardwood floors etc., but this is a value resort. This is definitely a more kid friendly option and we enjoyed it just as much as the more expensive resorts we've stayed at.

Yelp
As a little girl I would always stay at this resort. Now that I have a little one. I had to come back and relieve my memories. A plus is they have. Bus transportation. For all the Disney parks and Disney springs . They also have a gift shop that basically all the theme parks have and you can use your season pass. A food court with a bunch of options of foods snacks drinks. Desserts and more a refillable cup. For your stay it's worth it if you stay a few days. A bunch of fun pools for kids and adults. The room is a little small with a fridge but it's a great size . You have elevator and stare access . The parking Can be a bit far from your car but they also have carts for your outage . Activities for the kids early access to the parks . Great friendly staff. I felt so welcomed. The said they do things for your first visit but we didn't receive anything but that's ok we still found a pin . You can't use your season pass in the food courts. For a discount . They have a bar outside. and so much more.

Yelp
This was our 3rd time in a Disney's hotel, 2nd in the All-Star and we simply enjoyed it. Disney's customer experience is simply at a different level. I won't list them all, I'll only highlight the once that made my stay different to other times. Starting with their Disney World app that has everything you need at your fingertips...and your Magic Band! From checking in to your room without having to go through the lobby, mobile food order, bus ride times, dining plan tracker, room charges, friendly hosts, helpful personnel. Anything we needed we simply asked and they deliver! I will definitely come back just because it makes your vacation planning go easy. Nothing to worry about...and if you forgot something, or are not feeling well, they have an store that offers everything from small gifts to medicine. They were refurbishing a couple of the buildings, but we were not even bothered.

Fran C.

Yelp
We stayed here for 9 nites. We got the preferred (Calypso) room bottom floor, which was close to the parking lot. 2min to the front lobby, food court, pool and store. Cast members was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The beds were super comfortable. Reasonable price. To me the food was tasty. The price what would be reasonable for Disney I would stay here again and again and again

Yelp
It's hard to walk to the cafeteria, Not much Restaurant to choose from . Elevators not adjacent to our rooms! It's too far to walk and I'm handicapped !

Yelp
Five stars for being Allstars with value, convenience and service. I was able to find a fantastic deal of $89 a night in January through Hotels.com. You cant beat that deal especially since its a Disney hotel. Total bang for your bucks. Convenience is key, literally. The hotel is within 4 miles of all Disney theme parks. They also offer free shuttles to the parks that run every 20-30 min. Also guests can check in as early as 7am. If your room is not ready, you can leave your bags with front desk and when it becomes available they will take it to your room. They also text you to let you know your room is available and you can go straight in and enter with your Magic band. How cool is that! Customer service is what was expected at a Disney property, nothing but the best. 5 star treatment even at a value resort. The only hiccup was trying to order room service late night. No one picked up the phone when I called and when they did it was a 45 min wait for the food which we ended up not ordering. Btw, you can get food delivered but has to be picked up at front desk, I'm assuming for safety purposes. The rooms have some wear and tear but they were extremely clean and we'll kept. Lots of bright colors and hidden Mickey's in there. We booked a standard 2 queen bed room which is spacious enough for a family of 4-5. The property is well kept of course and the Music themed decorations were too cute. We were in the Country music building that has a giant boot statue. Every building has a different music genre theme; Jazz, Pop, Caribbean, Rock etc. There are two pools, one bigger than the other. The main one is by the bar/cafeteria area where parents can have drinks and lounge while the kids enjoy the pool. The cocktails were in the $10-$15 range. The food court area had many options. There are also lots of Disney foodie items to take pictures of. I bought a delicious Mickey celebration cupcake that had surprise sprinkles inside, $5.50. I saw an arcade and gift shop but unfortunately my stay was short and I wasn't able to explore the hotel more in depth. I will defitnately consider coming back. Parking was free and hotel felt safe.

Yelp
My daughter's dance team was invited to perform at Disney World and our package included accommodations for a 5-day stay here. (There's All Star Music, All Star Movies and All Star Sports). Included was the Magic Express shuttle to and from the airport, which was nice. They show videos coming and going. I purchased the meal plan which provided pre-paid meal coupons (lunch and dinner only) that were accepted in the food court in the hotel, and also at select restaurants at all of the parks. The food in the food court was ok, although selection was limited and if paying out of pocket it was a bit pricey. So the coupons came in handy and may have saved us a few dollars. (You can inquire about the meal plan in the gift shop and buy a package there.) They have brochures with maps of all the parks in the lobby, and the bell stand in front will hold your bags at no charge when you're coming or going. The day we arrived I requested and was hoping for an early check in since our flight arrived early. They said they would text us, but it didn't happen so we hung out at one of the two pools until our room was ready. They are nice and large, although I was disappointed that there was no hot tub. Liked the music theme and the bar by the pool. They also have an arcade for kids. Our room was basic; a bit on the small side, but clean. There's a privacy curtain separating the sink area from the bedroom, which is nice if someone is changing and needs privacy. The property is huge and spread out, and our building was all the way in the back, so we did A LOT of walking. The room had a small fridge, yet I was disappointed again in no coffee maker. Why?? I'm a morning person and need my coffee, so I had to trek over to the food court every morning, which was annoying. We were able to use our Magic Bands to open the room door, which was very convenient. We also liked the H2O bath products that are nailed into the wall in the shower. The gift shop keeps late hours and is great if you've forgotten any toiletries, need snacks, or last minute souvenirs. All in all it was a nice stay and I gave 4 stars instead of 3 due to our last two experiences with the staff: 1) I left my iPhone by the baked goods in the food court and a worker turned it in to the front desk and 2) My daughter dropped her beloved stuffed dog that she's had since birth on the sidewalk just downstairs from our room. I called when we realized it, and the next day I got a callback stating that they had found it...and were UPSing it right out to us. Both experiences were indicative of the friendly and helpful employees we experienced during our stay and the staff really made it more enjoyable.

Yelp
Had to wait from 12:30 to 5 just to get a room clean and we booked side by side rooms. Way to make my little have a bad first impression

Yelp
FIVE STAR FOR VALUE. The price we paid at this resort was comparable to any budget hotel we would typically stay at, like Homewood Suites or Double Tree. But it comes with way more perks! Just walking around the resort, you can enjoy all the nostalgic music-themed icons - so fun to look at! The rooms were small & plain, but that's totally fine. We were there for the theme parks. We only needed a clean, comfortable place to stay, and we were on a budget. Disney's All-Star Music Resort served us well. They provide free transportation to all the theme parks, and even to the airport at the end of our stay. We were able to check our baggage in at the resort, and they provided us our boarding passes. We didn't see our luggage until we landed at home - total convenience! I LOVED it! They gave us joining rooms so we can stay together as a family. They even gave us a late check out. I didn't expect much from the food court because I know hotel food, but the food was surprisingly good. I had the chicken dinner with mashed potatoes, and the chicken was moist and delicious. I tasted the spaghetti and meatballs, and that was good too. We had one incident, however, that wasn't Disney at all! The manager in the food court refused to sell my 28-year old daughter a Blood Mary. My daughter realized she forgot her ID in the room when she went to pay, so she walked all the way back to our room in the heat to get it. After she presented her government-issued drivers license, the manager had an attitude with her and refused to sell her the drink. Come on now! Other than that one Disney cast member, our stay at this resort was pleasant. Five stars for VALUE on a budget.

Yelp
First let me say I'm a Disney fanatic and have been a pass-holder for over 20 years. I hardly ever book Disney properties for my hotel stays because other than convenience, the rooms and properties are really nothing special and I can get a luxury resort off property for the cost of a Disney "value resort" on property. Any-who recently I stayed at this resort for runDisney weekend. WHAT. A. DISAPPOINTMENT. I paid $219/night. The rooms are really small. I don't know how a family of four could comfortably stay there. My biggest beef, housekeeping. When I checked in I saw a disclosure that housekeeping service would only be provided every other day. OK, not thrilled with that, but OK. So my second day of stay we left in the morning for a day of Disney fun, came back to room expecting room to have been tidied up, clean towels, trash dumped, beds made. It was 430 pm. Nope nothing happened. We called housekeeping and were told they could bring us some new towels and gather the trash. Huh? After complaining they finally agreed to service our room. Begrudgingly. Ugh. I learned my lesson. I know this is a first world problem, but I expected a little more from Disney. Also, for the price I could have stayed at a 4/4-1/2 star resort in the area. The value was JUST not there. Lesson learned!

Gail C.

Yelp
This is the worst experience I've had with anything that has the Disney brand on it. I understand that it is on the lower end of their resorts, but for what I'm paying for, and given that it has the Disney name, I still expected a lot more. I've never, in my years of traveling, been to a place that didn't offer lotions, and I definitely didn't expect it to happen at a Disney resort. I thought maybe they just missed that detail, but even after I called the front desk, they confirmed that they don't have it. I also requested to have my sheets changed after my third night, and the front desk told me that housekeeping would come around 11am. When I called back around 5pm because they hadn't come yet, the woman told me that they don't offer that anymore but they can drop off some linen and take out the garbage and used towels. I understood, since many places do that because of Covid. However, when I came back in the evening, they didn't even do what they said they would do! I'm extremely disappointed and don't plan to stay here ever again. If any Disney customer reps are reading this, I hope you make some changes because this is ruining the great customer service reputation that you have.

Logan K.

Yelp
If you're going to Disney to go to the parks, then there is no reason to look beyond All-Star resorts! The food court was so good, and the pool was so nice! The room was perfect for my small group, and we never felt crowded in the room. We had a very enjoyable stay here and we would come again! It definitely has a different vibe from when we came in 2019, but I enjoy the improvements!

Yelp
Renovate, please. Upon booking my trip to Disney World, I chose the value resorts because they were the most affordable. But they were still expensive ($169/night). Especially for what you get. Many have compared these resorts to Motel 6's...I say it's very close to a Ramada. It's all the same. The photos on the website are pretty accurate. I knew just by looking at them, even if they were professionally taken, that this would be a long week. First, the design is tragically outdated. The furniture feels old school. And it's the type of dirty that no matter how hard you try to clean it, it will always be dirty. The bed did a number on my back by the end of the week. So uncomfortable. The biggest mistake in the design was having carpeted floors, when one of the main attractions at the resort is the swimming pool. Years of grime built up within the carpets, I'm sure. Second, a lot of things were broken/breaking. After activating our magic bands and checking-in, we walked to our room and the door was already open. My thought is that the cleaning crew didn't realize that it needed that extra tug. And we found that if we didn't give it that extra tug as well, we would still be able to get in without having to use our magic band keys. Our bath tub also started to flood with black residue randomly. It was not in use. Although maintenance came by rather quickly, it was still shocking to see black water bubbling from the drain while on the toilet. It was explained to us that the room adjacent to us was getting work done and it caused a chain reaction since our pipes are connected. Third, my goodness the distance between where they placed me and the lobby was such a long walk! It was always a joy having to go that extra mile or two after walking all. day. long. I wish we were able to choose which rooms we got to stay in. Not sure it would have made a huge difference, but I booked the trip well in advance and still got placed in the very back. I will say that the staff was probably the most enjoyable part of our stay. We always got someone helpful, friendly and polite. We had loads of questions, too, so I felt like they accommodated us the best they could. The store connected to this value resort was pretty awesome as well. You can find pretty much all the souvenirs you'd need in this store alone. Who needs to shop on the parks? They had everything from convenience items (bottled water, toiletries, sunscreen and more) and such a huge variety of pins, disney branded foods, clothing, and other cool knick knacks! Checking-in was also pretty seamless. Minus the fact that my magic band didn't connect at first. Conclusion: Staying at a Disney Resort makes things easier, but this wasn't worth it. Transportation to and from the parks are included in your total cost. You also get a coach ride to and from the airport should you choose to use it. And the ease of a magic band to get into the parks, your hotel room and even purchasing items makes the desire to stay at the resort that much stronger. But I'd consider spending a little more or even less (off the park) and renting a car, if it meant that I'd have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bill W.

Yelp
You get what you pay for I guess, a bed and a bathroom. No housekeeping for the 4 days we were there. Prices at the bar are obscene.

Noel C.

Yelp
I was completely blown away! The new remodel makes this place 100 times better than the photos of old!

Teresa W.

Yelp
I had payed for a 3 day vacation package and when we arrived they had to send us to another Disney resort because they couldn't accommodate us. Although the resort they bumped us up to was nicer it was still a hassle and wasted one whole day.

Amy K.

Yelp
I had a friend visiting from out of town who wanted to spend a couple of days in the Disney area and would only agree to staying on Disney property. I am a Florida resident so I searched around for deals since it was peak season (end of June). The All-Star Music Resort was going for $100 per night which was surprisingly inexpensive compared to generic hotels on International Drive. I had never been before so I figured we may as well book it since we really only planned to sleep there. We ended up with a room on the first floor (there are 3 stories) and it was located close to one of the pools. It was very very clean...maybe the cleanest sheets I've ever seen in a hotel! The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were pretty clean, although somewhat outdated. The room came with a mini fridge but no microwave so don't plan on heating up leftovers. I was surprised that there was not a lamp with an outlet between the beds like most hotels, but there are plenty of other outlets in the room in case you need to charge your phone. The room was cleaned daily and the staff did a wonderful job. There is also room service (late night as well) if you want to order something and hang out in the room. Not too expensive either in my opinion. If you'd like something to eat, head to the Intermission Food Court. This is the only dining you will find anywhere nearby. The menu is nothing exciting. Pizzas, sandwiches, ice cream. I really loved the salmon salad that I had during regular dining hours. It was around $12 and was well worth it for the portion. During late night hours, your only option is the pizza/sandwich place on the right side of the food court. But the pizza was pretty tasty. The staff all around this resort was amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. The pools seemed clean as well although I didn't get to visit. There's a bar by the pool/food court and a gaming area for the kids within the main building. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone on a budget who appreciates clean sheets! The shuttle to the parks is free and there is not resort or parking fee. I had a good time!

Cindy A.

Yelp
Rooms are clean though, when entering there was an overwhelming smell of clorox which gave me a headache. There are no restaurants on sight, only a food court with minimal choices. I disliked the fact that they were playing loud music at one of the pools until midnight, it woke up my granddaughter. I would have to say the pool is nice and the gift shop but, I probably won't be staying here again since they don't consider that people need to set sleep after being at the amusement park all day and again on the next day!
