Wow, what an incredible experience! The food was outstanding, great taste and an excellent selection for brunch. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was perfect. We were impressed by the living wage concept, which adds to the charm. We've been here before, but this visit was truly exceptional. The chef has taken things to a whole new level. Very well priced too. We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely LOVED our experience there, and will be enthusiastically recommending Dispatch to our family and friends! The food was very tasty and innovative, with the flavours spot-on. including the dessert. We each had the apple crumble with Gorgonzola-thyme ice cream. Our server was very attentive and personable, without being obtrusive.

We've been for cocktails, dinner, and brunch. Everything is amazing and some of the food is truly mind-blowing. The eggs benedict is phenomenal, highly recommend. We also got the croque madame and were stuffed - in a good way! The staff are so kind and energetic. The cocktails are unique and delicious. Honestly, no complaints!

What a great find on a weekend out in wine country! Jake was our server and was so so kind, and had some great local recommendations for us to check out. The food from the kitchen and the drinks from the bar were so lovely - fun and engaging food that was interesting and filling! Cool takes on really nicely technically-executed dishes that were fun to share. Super cool that they’re a living wage employer, too. The value was shocking when we got the bill. Great job, Dispatch!

Popped in for a late afternoon Sunday brunch - place was empty but service was great. The food - we had the Fries, Calamari, and Baked Brie - was unreal. Very easily sharable or edible on your own. The seaweed Fries was one of the most unique things I have had in ages. Lots of very small unique craft brews as well - not your run of the mill 'major craft' beers - lots of different stuff here. All in all, great and highly recommended.

Dispatch is by far one of the best restaurants in all of the Niagara Region. Every dish & cocktail we had was made with great care & expertise and that came through in the flavours. Also, get the cheesecake, it’s the best I’ve had. As someone who eats out a fair bit, this should be top of your list.

Amazing dinner. I wasn’t expecting the dining experience that we had. The flavours, presentation and preparation were perfect. We took a few recommendations from our server that turned out to be perfect. A hidden gem, perfect for a night out, or dinner before a show. The espresso martini and the cheese cake are to die for.

My wife and I came here on our visit to St. Catherine's during the winter holidays; located in downtown St. Catherine's, this restaurant is located in the first suite on the main floor. Their sign is hard to read at night in the photos, but is well designed with a nice logo. Being in downtown, parking may be hard to find; there is paid metered parking, but parking is free on the weekends and free after 6pm on weekdays. We were greeted by a staff member who was not wearing any uniform but in casual clothing. None of the staff had uniforms but looked very relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere was very welcoming with little lighting but definitely enough to light up the place and to provide great ambiance. The staff were very friendly and even sparks conversations with customers. One thing our waiter pointed out was that they do not take tips/gratuities which was a bit different than what most North Americans are used to. My wife and I got fried olives, Thai popcorn, smoked salmon cones (comes in three), one duck bao, and one lamb slider. Out of what we ordered, I recommend the smoked salmon cones, duck bao, and lamb slider. The smoked salmon cones came in a bowl of black beans (not edible but decorative); the shells were delicate and broke easily when bites but tasted pretty good. The duck bao was a bit bigger than the lamb slider but both were fairly small. Even though they were small, they were very flavourful. Even though we didn't get a "main" dish, I find this place more fitting for casual get-togethers than a full meal. The digital menu is rather small, with the drink portion bigger than the food portion. Since the menu is so small, I think a well-designed physical menu might be more practical or appealing. Having said that, their prices are fair and the food is not too bad. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try. With the exceptional service and heart-warming atmosphere, this will definitely be a highlight to any trip made to St. Catherine's, whether if you are a local or from out of town.

Yelp
I'm not one for throwing around the big 5 stars, but this place has got everything going for it! The ambiance when walking in and being greeted by the cheerful happy to be their staff is refreshing. We wanted to try something different and we did! We tried the Bahn Mi sandwich and the KFC( Korean fried chicken). All the food was amazing and made in house, even down to the delicious bun for the Bahn mi. The KFC was the best I have ever tried, and I've tried a lot! The toppings on top were so good. We split a bottle of wine from Tawse and it didn't disappoint. Did I mention that they brought a little macaron and candle out for my GF's birthday. Such a nice touch. The chef came out and thanked us for coming in. Again. Can't say a bad thing about this place. So happy to have this place in my Hometown!

Yelp
We had their mezze tasting menu and it did not disappoint. They are environmentally conscious, and community-minded, creating their menu with local produce and reducing waste by up-cycling ingredients though fermentation and other preservation methods. The chef personally explained all our courses, making it a more intimate experience. When we were ready to pay they explained to us that they do not accept tips as their team is paid fair wages. Instead we could make a donation to a local charity if we wished. Overall a wonderful experience

Yelp
Had dropped off some records at Niagara Records when I struck up a conversation with the owner. He had mentioned the restaurant across the the street (Dispatch), how good it was. I said I have to give it a try. My only regret was I didn't try it sooner. Adam came over to our table to welcome us and begin to explain how to order through the app. Ange had the Beef tortellini and I had the Pork Parm. She loved the sauce that came with the Tortellini and the Tortellini was wonderful. The Pork Parm was well beyond my expectations of my meal. To say that the pork itself was the defining part of the meal would be incorrect; with out the smoke mozzarella and the zing hot honey as well as the pickled onions with the dill side made it a complete Orchestra. So yes I highly recommend you go now and enjoy what Dispatch has to offer you.

Yelp
Very eclectic flavours. Not for everyone but if you want something different. Definitely try this place. Lots of vegetarian options. Service was exceptional. Will eat here again. And would recommend it to try.

Yelp
Incredible meal and experience all around. They do an amazing job bringing in flavors from many different places they know personally (Mediterranean/Turkish, Nigerian, Latin, Asian, etc.). Everything was delicious but if I was to pick favorites it was the ceviche Nigerian fried chicken. Drinks were fantastic, I was able to tell the bartender what I felt like and he put together a few things that all exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to go back...

Yelp
What an experience!!!! I have never been to such a special restaurant before, and cannot recommend it highly enough!! Dispatch is a gem, in all that it offers and represents, it is hard to even know where to start. The food was incredible: the flavours were so complex, the ingredients so fresh, the attention to detail. We got to meet chef Gizem who was making the food that night, and she is just lovely and beyond talented and gifted at what she does. The drinks were so special and unique!!!! Again, the flavours were so complex, the ingredients so fresh, and the attention to detail!!! They were drinks to be sipped and savoured, they made you slow down and be mindful. I have never before experienced drinks like these, they were one of a kind! And desert!!!! Oh man, I'm salivating just thinking about it!!!! The people, they are lovely beyond lovely, and the word that just keeps coming up for me is special. Adam and Mike were so nice to speak to, they are so talented, passionate, and genuinely amazing people. This restaurant is so much more than just amazing food and staff, it supports the community, doing what they can to help others. How awesome is that!? And for a restaurant to still be doing whatever they can to spread goodness after enduring through a pandemic, which we are still enduring through the ripple effects. Dispatch is a living wage employer, being brave and doing something different from the majority of the industry, doing the right thing!! In addition to the restaurant, they also have a beautiful store inside that sells gourmet food and drink items from around the world and creations made by Dispatch. They also had some really special items to support local and to support other businesses who are also doing what they can to make the world a better place. For example, Adam told us about these awesome t-shirts that support a local artist, Chance Mutuku, and these shirts have a great message! Or the amazing Mafia Tote Bags or Upcycled Market Tote Bags! The inside restaurant and the patio are lovely, the time and thought given to creating the space is so evident. The restaurant is aesthetically stunning, and the vibe of the restaurant is so comfortable!!!! It was the finest dining experience I have ever had, while also the most relaxed. Thank you guys for such a nice night out! Wish so much that we lived closer, but whenever we are anywhere near the St. Catharines area, we will 100% be coming in and so excited to come back:)
