I was long overdue for my first visit to this highly-touted addition to the dining scene of not only St. Catharines, but the entire Niagara region.

All I can say is that somehow my already sky-high expectations were well exceeded. My kids just loved the multi-layered flavours too, trying and raving about each dish (below).

Carnivore, vegetarian, vegan, no matter. There will be something mind-blowing for you here, accompanied by a varied and creative beverage selection (their wine list hits all of the notes I remember loving) both non-alcoholic and fully-leaded.

An innovative online ordering platform updates as you continue to order, making it easy to avoid surprises and eliminating the need to wait for l'addition when you're reluctantly ready to call it a night.

And, gratuity-inclusive pricing is always a welcome indicator of a properly compensated staff.

In case you couldn't tell, I *strongly* recommend Dispatch, including as being deceptively good value for money.
