Master of the distillery, preserving the authentic heritage and sharing his passion, I spent a sublime afternoon in the company of the owner, Mr. Antoine. After a tour of the premises and a detailed explanation of the rum-making process, followed by a tasting. A unique experience with a passionate craftsman who showcases Vietnamese culture and local products. Bravo for the initiative and the result achieved. Don't miss it if you visit Hoi An. Merci

Lovely visit with a very friendly guide that talked us through the entire process of making their Rhum agricole and their newest addition a rum based on molasses. The host was friendly and had nice English capabilities. We had the tour and tasting of 5 (actually 6) rums which was priced at 500.000 VND roughly 20 usd per person. If you are interested in local spirits with locally sourced ingredients and an enthusiastic staff I think it is definitely worth a visit.

This was an incredible experience. The very knowledgeable Hortense met us at the gate and gave us a tour. She was so hospitable and answered all our questions. The fermentation and distillation is done with so much care in every step of the process--from the local family farms that grow the cane to the distiller shipped from Italy and the owner's dedication (even sleeping next to the machines so he can take care of the brew overnight). Hortense was incredibly kind and this was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks!

Highly recommended. Good place for basic education in distillery. Really nice Rhums. I bought 2 bottles back. And finally, a big thank you to Fiona (hope I get the spelling right)

A must visit slightly hidden in Hoi an. The tour starts with a refreshing cocktail. It was very educational, nice to see the several processes of the craft. Afterwards you get a taste of several rums they make.
