District Burger: Jenks Riverwalk
District Burger – Sigma Burger Review
The Sigma Burger at District Burger is a thoughtfully crafted, indulgent take on the classic burger. It features two perfectly cooked smash patties topped with American cheese, crisp lettuce, mayo, shoulder bacon, a flawless over-easy egg, and caramelized onions. The locally sourced beef is cooked just right, delivering a rich, savory flavor, while the locally sourced bun is fresh, sturdy, and complements the burger without overpowering it.
The over-easy egg is a standout addition—its runny yolk pairs exceptionally well with the smoky bacon and adds an extra layer of richness to every bite. The balance of textures and flavors makes this burger both satisfying and memorable.
The fries deserve special mention, as all fried items at District Burger are cooked in beef tallow, resulting in fries that are crisp, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. For dipping, the jalapeño ranch or chipotle sauce are both excellent choices and elevate the experience even further.
Service was also a highlight. Emily, my bartender, was knowledgeable and helpful, offering great insight into both the beer selection and the menu, which added to an already enjoyable visit.
