"Distrito Arcos Premium Outlet Center Once-abandoned railway sheds have been repurposed to create an open-air outlet mall in Palermo, one of the city’s buzziest neighborhoods. Clothes are expensive in Argentina so don’t expect rock-bottom prices, but you’ll appreciate discounts on local brands like Las Pepas. In addition to clothing retailers, there are several food carts, plus pop-up restaurants, here and there beneath a redbrick viaduct that supports the General San Martín commuter train. Large flowerbeds and the trains’ overhead comings and goings make Distrito Arcos a pretty spot for snacks or browsing the racks. By Travesías"

Arcos Open Mall Review Arcos Open Mall in Palermo is easily the best open mall and outlet in Argentina. With great discounts on top brands, stylish shops, and a cool vibe, it’s perfect for shopping and hanging out. The renovated railway setting adds charm, and the cafés and restaurants make it a great spot to relax. It can get busy, but it’s totally worth a visit! The bathrooms are not very clean and are smelly .

Beautiful place. Big venue. Several stores. Outdoor spaces. Prices from low to high, you'll find many options and sales. I believe is a space that must be visited at least once.

Big choice of clothes, nice atmosphere and some venues for food nearby. However for outlet it’s way too overpriced, it’s more like regular stores, has nothing to do with outlet whatsoever

Nice outlet mall. Empty on weekdays, busy in the weekends. Worth a visit. - 2023/08/15

Google
A very cool outlet mall. The distrito arcos is a clean and open space outlet mall. There are many stores of big brands. There are also many art installations. Overall a nice place to walk around and shop.

Cool open mall with good public restrooms, but not a lot of food and drink options. During sunny and hot days, it could have some more shaded areas though.

Not much of an outlet by North America standards. Everything is very expensive. Do not recommend wasting your limited tourist time here.

Nice shopping mall, no outlet prices.

Yelp
I found this place to be modern plenty of shops food options clean safe and modern strip mall. Plus it is very close half block to my hotel Palermo tower with a very convenient Starbucks :) there are many other coffee food pastries bread empanadas options. Clothes toys shoes and many other things you can shop around or just sit and people watch for a few hours. There is a nice amphitheater that may hold cool events. Also this strip mall hosts a great photo gallery with changing artists that I recommend very much as leisure activity.

Yelp
Distrito Arcos is supposed to be an outdoor outlet, a revolutionary idea since it's located in Palermo (so the idea of proper outlets in the area is a bit laughable) and because there aren't many proper outdoor malls that aren't fairs. Apart from a few 'promos', there's not much that can justify the 'outlet' label, but it certainly is a nice mall with a bunch of brands and some cafés. It's really well decorated, and when I visited (Friday evening) it wasn't crowded at all, which was a pleasant surprise. Pets are not allowed in, probably to preserve the cleanliness of the place. I'm not sure how popular this mall is when it's hot and sunny, or windy and rainy, but it's nice to have some variety in the city malls. There probably aren't a lot of great deals, but it's a nice place to spend a couple of hours. The architecture is really nice, and it seems quiet and safe. The San Martín 'Palermo' station is right next to it.
