Yelp
Came here for the first time with my family a some friends. I was impressed. I found it to be lots of fun. This entertainment and culinary district is right next to the Convention Center, which is near where the cruise ships dock and near the San Juan Marina (where you can rent kayaks and paddle boards). It opened last year and has a similar vibe to Universal City Walk. There is a nice mix of food and entertainment. You have several restaurants and bars, a concert venue, a VIP cinema, and a an urban park with ziplining and arcades, among a few other stuff. There is even a boutique hotel, Aloft.
IN the middle is Popular Plaza, a courtyard with a few chairs. It's a nice area to hang out, have a drink, watch the kids run around, and listen to live music (there is a stage). You can even watch zipliners zip above you. great place for kids. They will love Toro Verde. It is probably best to bring them during the day. I haven't been at night, but I can imagine it gets pretty crazy with all the bars open.
Worth checking out whether you are a local or visiting. Tons of parking with validation and even a valet parking. Across the district is the Convention Center, Sheraton hotel, a casino, Texas de Brazil steakhouse, and Metropol Restaurant. It appears a beer garden is set to open too.
