Diter Hotel

This hotel is nicely placed close to the center of Sofia. The staff is nice and friendly. It's a great hotel for a short stay. But there is for example no breakfast and the rooms have seen vetter days.

Hands-down, the absolutely kindest people in Sofia! Every single person here works hard to make sure you're comfortable. Rooms are huge, vintage yet well-kept. A quiet location nearby everything. Absolutely wonderful.

Very friendly front desk, invariably friendly for the three people we've encountered during our stay. Rooms are fine, material used makes one feel like it's dirty or old, but actually it's just that the material isn't a modern or trendy one. Everything's well for a stay, in a family type of hotel.

Great little hotel in the heart of Sofia, everywhere was in walking distance, owner really friendly he recommended fabulous restaurant next door that did not disappoint. The hotel rooms were very roomy with a nice seating area, Rooms quiet and coffee making facilities available 24 hours in the reception.

I came in late, looking for a friendly place to stay the night and was warmly welcomed. Everything was clean and cozy. The location is superb, you can explore downtown on foot yet it is a very quiet street at night. Would come back any time.

Great little hotel, very friendly staff, they are extremely helpful and very polite! Location is great, walking distance to many of the great sights! The metro station is only a short walk away so if you're travelling further there is easy access that way. The bed is very comfortable, room is a good size, everything works, no issues at all! No coffee/tea facilities in the room, however there is free coffee/tea in the lobby, which is 24hrs, we were on the top floor but it was still very easy and convenient to get a cup of coffee in the morning! Absolutely nothing bad to say at all about this place! I also highly recommend the restaurant next door!

The shower is extremely hot with water pressure that is better than in my own house. The bathroom was extremely clean. Both of our rooms were big. Pretty views on both sides of the building. There is a heater and air conditioner in every room that works well. There is a TV with some local channels to watch. And there is a big desk and good wifi so I was able to take a work call here. Nice helpful people working at the hotel front desk too. Location is perfect. Very good place I would definitely stay here again. You do need to pay a tax when you arrive but it’s normal, I think it was about 1% so very small. This is normal in Europe and it says this when you book that you have to pay the city tax when you arrive so I don’t think the reviews complaining about that are fair. The only change I would make is to get bigger duvets. I’m not sure if the one in my room was a summer duvet but it was thin. However I had the heater to use if I wanted it.

Nice little hotel is the center of Sofia. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was nice and soft, the bathroom was clean and the shower worked properly. The front desk was nice and helpful.
