Review of Hub21 Summer Camp at Divan Bodrum We recently attended the Hub21 Summer Camp held at Divan Bodrum, and it was a fantastic experience for both my daughters, aged 8 and 5. The camp was exceptionally well-organized, with engaging activities that kept the children excited and happy throughout. The staff was caring, attentive, and professional, ensuring that the kids were not only learning but also having a lot of fun. Both of my girls came home with new skills, great memories, and new friendships — it was truly a rewarding experience for them and for us as parents. However, I have to mention that the hotel’s cleaning standards did not meet expectations. While the setting and facilities were beautiful, the housekeeping could certainly be improved to match the overall quality of the camp and the hotel’s reputation. Overall, I would highly recommend the Hub21 Summer Camp for families looking for a creative and educational experience for their children. I do hope the hotel management addresses the cleanliness issue for an even better stay next time.

I have been coming to Divan every year for the past four years. I believe it is a great hotel with an excellent location and, in the past, amazing service. However, this year I was very disappointed for several reasons. Normally, check-in is at 2:00 pm, but we didn’t get our room until 4:20 pm. We were offered complimentary drinks, but only after we complained about the long wait. The breakfast service was chaotic — many guests were waiting for tables, and the hostesses were unable to organize seating in an orderly and efficient way. It feels like nothing gets done in the hotel unless there is a complaint; the staff does not seem able to offer solutions proactively before problems arise. Housekeeping was also below expectations. One day, we had to request our room to be cleaned at least three times before it was done. Overall, the quality and attention to detail have declined significantly, while prices continue to rise. Unfortunately, Divan has stopped being one of my favorite hotels in Bodrum, and I don’t think I will be returning.

My experience at Divan Bodrum was deeply disappointing. I live in the United States and chose this hotel hoping to spend a special summer vacation with my mother. We picked Divan Bodrum because it is marketed as one of the most prestigious hotels in Türkbükü. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a major mistake.||||We arrived at the hotel at noon, but were told our room was not ready. We accepted this politely and checked in with the front desk every 30 minutes. Despite our repeated inquiries, we were left waiting for nearly two hours in the lobby and restaurant area under the July heat. During that entire time, we were not offered a single glass of water, no welcome gesture, and absolutely no effort was made to make us feel acknowledged or comfortable. At 2:05 PM, we were finally allowed into our room. I travel internationally often for work and I have never been checked into a room this late without any form of hospitality or explanation.||||Once inside, no one gave us any guidance or information about the hotel. No mention of the gym, spa, restaurants, or even where anything was located. For a hotel that charges over 500 dollars per night, this level of disorganization and indifference is simply unacceptable.||||I shared my disappointment with the front desk, and a man named Hasan, who I was told is the manager, sent a bottle of wine to our room. That gesture felt like an empty attempt to smooth things over rather than a meaningful response. A professional manager would have taken the time to speak with us directly, acknowledge the mistake, and offer a sincere apology.||||This hotel may carry the “Divan” name, but it clearly is not managed with the professionalism or standards one would expect from an institution associated with the Koç Group. The service felt careless and disconnected from the values that brand name is supposed to represent.||||Think twice before booking this place. Behind the polished branding is a hotel that fails to deliver even the basics of proper hospitality, despite being one of the most expensive options in Bodrum.

This hotel was recommended by friends and we were pleasantly surprised after disappointing experiences in the past with vacation hotels on the southern coast in the past. Came mid June and a perfect place to enjoy family with no stress about where we were with kind service with a smile and delicious food. Excellent kitchen at Divan hotel. We will be back.

We stayed in Divan Bodrum from Mar 30 to Apr 3. We were warmly welcomed by a front desk staff, Ms. Damia (sorry, forgot how to spell her name correctly) who escorted us to our room after checking-in to ensure we were fine with everything. Room was clean and spacious. Every staff we encountered was very friendly and polite including waiters and waitresses from the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was good with variety of choices. They even had different dishes every day. Yet we rented a car during our stay in Bodrum, we still found the location of the hotel was perfect. Only 5- to 10-min to restaurants and shops. In fact, you can walk to a nearby restaurant, ATILAY, that was recommended by Mandarin Oriental concierge. We had dinner there 2 nights straight.

Absolutely LOVED Divan hotel during our stay with our young children and other family members. The only disappointment I faced was having to leave after 1 week as we wish we stayed 2 weeks! The grounds of the hotel were exceptional, clean, and just beautiful. The beach itself is small and not too much sand but it was just fine for us as the sea was clean, calm and beautiful. The pool was gorgeous, not crowded and very large. My kids were absolutely obsessed. |The food quality was phenomenal and especially the breakfast. We were blown away. The staff were all so wonderful and attentive. Filiz hanim was exceptionally wonderful. She always greeted you with a warm smile and was there to help with whatever you needed. She also prepared us a “to go breakfast “ the day of our departure which was so incredibly kind and generous. We will miss her!! |Figen, another female server was also very wonderful and attentive. The servers were all wonderful! |Elif, the pastry chef was phenomenal, her breakfast spread was one to remember! |We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you, Divan hotel and staff!

Started with very friendly welcome by the reception staff and 15minutes later we entered the room which was very comfortable and enough space to put everything into the wardrobe. A nice balcony with a sitting garnitur rounded up our room.|Everything very very clean. If you need anything just call the reception or room service and within minutes a friendly and smiling staff is knocking to your door - fantastic service. What should we say about the breakfast: it is simply fantastic and you receive an individual service from the friendly staff and you feel like you are the|only guest - thanks to the BREAKFAST team ! It is in a buffet style but somehow with the service together it is much more individuell as the normal known hotel breakfast buffets.|We enjoyed daily early morning swimming and it is marveless as it is quite and you enjoy the sea and atmosphere. If you go out of the water a staff was bringing already a towel to dry up - SUPER. The staff at the beach (ISKELE) was from the morning up to evening helpful, smiling which is absolut not easy at that temperature if you have to work.|THANKS beach (ISKELE) team. We enjoyed our days at Divan Palmira very much and we will come for sure again|Anna Maria + Richard

On Friday evening, after dinner, we visited Divan Turkbuku for dessert. Divan Turkbuku had long been synonymous with quality, but unfortunately, this reputation has changed. The service was exceptionally poor, a stark contrast to what I have experienced in the past. The issues began with a lack of napkins—three napkins for four people, two of which were identical and one different. To my astonishment, one napkin had two spoons placed on it, and of the four spoons provided, two were mismatched. This was surprising and unacceptable. When I brought these concerns to the hostess, explaining that Divan represents quality and inquiring about the issues at our table, she summoned the waiter. To my shock, the waiter informed us that they had no ice cream spoons available. This level of service is profoundly disappointing and falls far below the standards one would expect from a restaurant of Divan's caliber. After all these conversations we had four napkins and different ice cream spoons. It was an extremely disheartening experience.

Booked on Expedia, staying here off season ( October) yet the stay is perfectly enjoyable. The hotel is open year round and offers excellent accommodation and direct beach access with lounge chairs and service. Breakfast buffet is excellent! Lokanta and room service food is ok, with limited options. Spa is definitely worth visiting! Mary's massage is top! Sauna is great! Wish the outdoor pool was heated, and the music from Miam restaurant would not blast, otherwise perfect stay!

My family and I did not stay here but I would like to on my next trip. We visited Golturkbuku and stumbled across this hotel and decided to venture in. It is right on the water and has a designated beach/sun bathing area. The service and food was great. We went to eat here two days in a row because it was the nicest place we saw in all of Golturkbuku. Not sure if we came here during the off season but it was pretty quiet.
