The resort is beautiful. It was wonderful being able to enjoy all of the pools and all of the restaurants. The buffet was hit or miss. The restaurants that you have to make a reservations were amazing (except Red Parrot, it was just okay) The restaurants had delicious, quality, appetizers, entrées, and cocktails. The service was exceptional! Speaking of service, the service at the resorts; Divi & Tam was also hit or miss, mainly miss. Most of the staff obviously did not enjoy their job nor did they understand (or care about) customer service. They would talk to each other in a normal manner and then barely give the customer the time of day, almost as if we were bothering them.
This included the staff at the buffets, the front desk, the bartenders, & the concierge in both resorts. There were a 2 of concierges, 1 girl that made omelets, 2 bartenders & the housekeepers that were very pleasant. We made sure and tipped them often and let them know how much they were appreciated.
To sum it up, the resort is nice & the beaches were beautiful, would I go back? No, because of lack of service & friendliness.
