The resort is located in a great spot. It is 15 minutes from the airport. Visually it is nice but a recent fire near the lobby area had things a miss and a smell of burned items. I wish I could have given this resort a resounding great review but it wouldn’t be honest. Some employees were excellent but some are in the wrong profession. This was discouraging. This resort should have vetted its employees for excellent service as that is the backbone of any resort. The food was nothing special to speak on. Some buffet food items were horrible and some of the ala carte restaurants were decent. The drinks were nothing to brag on. Seemed water down, maybe that’s how all-inclusive are suppose to be so you don’t get too crazy from the drinks. To make a long story short I don’t see myself coming back here, I would have to try another resort in Aruba. The pools were nice.

The worse experience ever!! Went on a girls trip for memorial weekend and out of our 3 night stay we had to stay in 2 different rooms. One rooms was very dusty and dark, the shower sprayed out like an elephants trunk, there was a lizard and a roach on the floor. Second room flooded and wet up all my belongings. We mentioned to the front desk reps and made sure to tell them to put notes on the account. We were harassed by security multiple times and one of the security guard actually said her coworker sent her to harass us. No resolution on follow up. NOOOO SWIM UP BAR so be prepared to fall on your face from slipping coming from the bar to the pool. They don’t have any waters or liquor in your room. Just a water bottle that you fill up at water stations like an elementary school child. The food was mid. They reel you in with false advertisement with the photos. We paid too much to end up in the hood side in which they did not have any pictures on the site showing those rooms just the nice rooms. You don’t get a robe, not even a slipper. They also had us waiting at a bus stop for the jet ski company and they told us we would get into a jeep and it was actually a pick up truck. ANYONE COULD OF KIDNAPPED US at a bus stop in swimwear. Overall trip was a bust. Once we reached out to management to discuss all the notes and the experience they then lied and had the wrong notes on file. I am still currently going back and fourth with this resort..DO NOT DO IT!!!! Only reason it’s a 1 rating because I couldn’t post wit a “0”

You want a 100% honest review. Arrival: I booked a honeymoon package with my wife and didn’t expect much but at least something in the room like champagne or recognition. It stated booking the honeymoon package you have preference on room which nobody asked they put us in a 3rd floor ocean view room which I did pay more for. “Ocean View” I’ll save anyone the money now don’t do it you’ll see a sliver of the ocean if you chose to stay here book something on the 1st floor for convenience. The room: clean but not pretty gross floors, AC leaking, tile in the shower disgusting. Bed was comfy but the room itself just seemed run down. The food: it’s all inclusive so I’ll say I’ve never been to many AI where the food blew me away. This was average. Drinking Water? It’s like this place didn’t want you to have water. Unless you go to the bar order a cup of water or fill a water bottle at one of the stations around the resort it was insane they didn’t even offer water bottles in the room or anywhere around the resort unless you pay for them in the gift shop. It’s Aruba obviously the ocean and beach was beautiful but I wouldn’t stay here again. I explored other hotels including the high rises. I’d rather not do AI and stay at a much nicer hotel next time.

Summary|Overall, the beach is very nice and beautiful, but everything else is not so great. We think that the resort is overpriced and overrated with foods and services being quite below our expectations. We definitely would not go back to Divi and Tamarijn All Inclusives unless changes in foods and services are made in the future. ||Facilities:|Overall, everything was nice and clean and well maintained at the hotel. The best part of Divi All Inclusive is the beach. The beach is so nice, and very clean, and not crowded at all. They have a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas that we were always able to get one umbrella and chairs whenever we went out to the beach. There are showers stations throughout the beach that we could rinse off the sand before going to our rooms. The sunset is beautiful over the ocean on any days with less clouds, but the sunrise is not over the ocean though. We stayed in Lanai rooms, which are ocean front and just steps away from the beach. The rooms are a little bit small. One of our rooms was a bit smelly; we were not sure what that smell was. The bathrooms don’t have any ventilation or exhaust fans; as a result, we had to open the bathrooms’ windows to get more air circulation, but that was still not enough and it was always damp and smelly inside the bathrooms. They do not have iron and iron board in the room; so we had to request for one. TV is great with lots of US channels and easy to use. Having the key bracelets was very convenient as we’ve never had to worry about keys when going out. Wifi internet inside the rooms were very good, but there was no internet at all everywhere else including inside the gym or restaurants (the hotel Wifi signals were there but internet was just not working). The gym is nice and well equipped and has very great view of the ocean, but there was no internet for us to watch Netflix while running on the treadmill. Swimming pools are nice and clean with towels readily available. The hotel app is nice and easy to use, and we were able to use it for restaurant reservations and activities. Pickleball court is not available in either Divi or Tamarijn as described on their website. It is only available in Divi Village Golf or Divi Dutch Village, which is a bit further away. Around the resort within walking distance, there’s a casino very nearby but we didn’t go in. We went to the market place next to the casino, but there was not much there. We also went to Ling & Sons food market nearby and it was a grocery store like in the US. We took a taxi to downtown, which is about 2.5 miles away, and went around the flee market and gift stores.||Restaurants, Foods and Drinks|Overall, the foods were just ok to us, and definitely below our expectation. Having paid that much money for all inclusives, we expected the foods to be much better. The foods were average and there were not many selections in all restaurants, including the buffet Pelican Terrace. We were able to get reservations at Red Parrot, Pure Lime, and Ginger, but we were not able to get reservations at Paparazzi for some reason. Out of the three restaurants we went, we thought that Ginger was the best, and Pure Lime was the worst. The Pelican Terrace is supposed to be buffet style, but it is not really a buffet as there are many dishes that we had to order to be cooked (they gave us a pager to let us know when the order is ready). The fast foods at the bar were not good either. We often saw flies in the restaurants and bars, even indoors of the signature restaurant Red Parrot. The best thing we found at the Pelican Terrace was the fruit selections during breakfast as there were many types of fruits, including some exotic ones like dragon fruit and rambutan. The sushi was also good.||Drinks were really good. The menus at all the bars show about 6 frozen drinks and 6 cocktails, but we were actually able to order any drinks we wanted even if they were not on the menus. ||Staffs and Service ||We booked 2 lanai 2-queen-bed rooms 6 months in advance. When we booked, we asked to get the rooms closer together on the first floor. We were told that we would get rooms on the first floor for sure since 2-queen-bed rooms are all on the first floor and only king-bed rooms are on the second floor. But when we checked in, the receptionist told us that they didn’t have two rooms on the first floor, and we had to get one room on the first floor (room 616) and one room on the second floor (room 620). So it was not true that all 2-queen-bed rooms are on the first floor as we were told. Then, we were told to wait for the shuttle to get to our rooms. After waiting there for 10 minutes, a staff member told us that we had to walk to our rooms now since the shuttle had to go somewhere else to help other guests. We walked to our rooms and surprisingly found out that both of our rooms 616 and 620 were on the second floor. So this is the second time that we were misled by the staff. The receptionist actually looked at the room map and confirmed to us that 616 on first floor and 620 on second floor; we didn’t see how she could have missed that and felt that she purposely lied to us.||There were some staff members who were really nice and friendly during our stay. They were smiling all the time and served exceptionally well. However, there were some staff members who were really mean to us. Some cooking staff members were not very friendly at all and made us feel like we were getting free foods from them (even though we paid for the all inclusives) and just wanted us to go away. ||We ran into a very mean staff member at the smoothies station. I ordered two smoothies, one for me and one for my wife. Then when I came back to order two more smoothies for my kids, this staff member made her angry face and spoke some language that I didn’t understand (even though I knew that she could speak English from earlier order) and raised her two fingers; eventually she spoke English and told me that I could only order maximum of two smoothies and couldn’t order anymore. That was unbelievable!!! I told her that we paid for all inclusives, and it was just not right that an expensive all inclusive resort had a limit of two little smoothies (each glass is about 3-4 oz at most) per person; we could order as many drinks as we wanted and there was no way to have a limit of two smoothies. Eventually, she made two smoothies for me but was still very angry at me for some reason. I don’t know if she behaved like that toward all the guests or if she discriminated against only me because I am Asian. Either way, it was just extremely bad and unacceptable.||We also ran into a receptionist at the Red Parrot restaurant which was not friendly and helpful at all; in one night at around 7:15pm, we passed by Red Parrot and saw some empty tables so we thought that we could come in to order some coconut breaded shrimp that we liked; without looking at the scheduler on his computer, the receptionist immediately told us that there was no table available until 9pm; while going away, we looked up online on the app and saw quite a few tables for three available, including tables that were available now at 7:30pm; we booked one table for three at 7:30pm and came back to see the receptionist, and the receptionist reluctantly and embarrassingly took us to our table.||On our first night, we requested for an extra blanket (the room was cold because we could not set the thermostat higher than 70 degrees for some reason). The house keeper told us that they would bring it up in a few minutes. We waited for an hour but nobody showed up. We had to make the second call and eventually a staff member brought up the blanket before we could go to sleep. On our next to last night, we requested an iron and iron board, and it was brought up right away, and that was great.||On our departure day, the hotel staff somehow knew the time that we were leaving and checking out and sent a staff member with a golf cart to our room to help us with luggages. So that was really great.||Entertainments|There were nightly entertainments, but they were ok and not spectacular. The live band music was often late and took many breaks.||Conclusion||Overall, we don’t think that we got what we paid for. We think that the resort was overpriced and overrated, and it was quite below our expectations. We definitely would not go back to Divi and Tamarijn All Inclusives unless changes in foods and services are made in the future.

Beautiful beach and wonderful stay. Found the hotel in perfect location not far to take taxi to and from Palm beach, airport Renaissance. For all inclusive I found the food to be pretty good. The best part is the location beautiful beach. Never had to fight for a chair or palapa, very relaxing. The resort is spread out which I prefer over Palm Beach. We definitely will be returning !

We stayed here July 2025 for 5 nights for our honeymoon. Overall, it was ok. I definitely think it was overpriced. Room: Our room was great! We stayed in Vista I which is one of the renovated buildings. It was beautiful. We were steps away from the pool, beach, bar, coffee shop. The only thing that wasn’t great about our room was the bed and noise. The bed was rock hard and we heard every little noise in the hall/from upstairs. We woke up every day between 7-7:30 because of noise from the hall/outside. Food: The food was probably our least favorite part. It tasted like a step down from a college dining hall. The drinks were hit or miss - it depended on who was serving you. We had dinner at the Divi & Tam a few nights then decided to go off the resort for real food after our stomachs were off the first few days. From seeing how the food/drinks were made at the snack bar, it did not seem very cleanly or hygienic. We did have a really great experience at Club Margot. Our waitress Alexandra was one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had and the view was amazing! Beach: Amazing!!!!! Our favorite part. We loved having the palapas but it was very crowded and getting one was a hassle. If you weren’t out there by 9:30 AM, good luck getting one. That was ok though because the beach was amazing. Not a single seashell, seaweed, etc. Pools: Very crowded and not very clean. We never got to go in the main pool because it was so over crowded. We were surprised because they said this was part of their slow season. I can’t imagine was it’s like during busy season. We always went to one of the smaller pools which was fine because it was quieter and had its own bar. The pools itself weren’t the cleanest, lots of stuff floating in it. Staff: Most of the staff were great! We were disappointed that both times we went to the concierge in hopes of booking some activities, we were only talked to about the timeshare and going to a meeting for that. We left both times with no information about what we wanted to do and only information packets about their properties. Felt more like a salesperson and less like a concierge to help. The bell men/golf cart drivers were so awesome and helpful! Anytime we needed a taxi, we were helped in minutes. Very kind and helpful. Be careful, we were approached by a man at night on our patio asking us to buy drugs from him. We told security who seemed to have heard about this man before. Overall, our time at the Divi All Inclusive was ok. Not sure we would return to this resort.

How can you not love being in Aruba?! This location is right on the most beautiful beach just a short 20 min walk to Eagle Beach. There are 3 nice sized pools and plenty of bars for beverages and quick eats. The buffet has convenient hours, many selections of delicious food and great service. Most of the nicer restaurants are at the sister property which was easy to access with the shuttles that circled every 5 minutes. Just make sure you have reservations set up for as many days as you can when you first arrive at the property. Ms Shirley Ann is wonderful and very knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are nice and newly remodeled. The downside is that you can hear EVERYTHING while in your room. Your neighbors, kids in the hallway in the morning and people returning to their rooms in my night. The excursions are pricey and the concierge will try to convince you to do the "vacation ownership" tour for a discounted rate. The 2 gift shops on property were nice and fully stocked with anything you might've forgotten at home. Again, pricey but what vacation spot isn't?! There's nightly entertainment and a surprisingly lively crowd. Overall, I would recommend this place for someone going there but think if I ever return, I'd try another resort

My husband and I stayed here for the first half of our honeymoon in June 2025. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality of our room as well as the rest of the resort! The food was actually really good quality- better than other all inclusives we've stayed at and there was plenty to do there during our stay. Being able to dine at the restaurants at the Tamarjin next door was a great addition as well! We even got a welcome gift of prosecco, champagne flutes, a picture frame, and 2 T-shirts as part of the honeymoon package.
