"Families will find lots to love at this 241-room high-rise property on Palm Beach. Children under 12 stay and eat for free, and the Treasures of the Caribbean kids’ club—complimentary to guests—organizes supervised scavenger hunts and sand castle–building competitions by day and film screenings, complete with popcorn and Shirley Temples, in the evenings. There’s also loads of space for the whole gang to spread out: Even the lowest-tier studio suites are amply sized, featuring a full kitchen, a dining table, and a private deck or balcony. But Divi also offers plenty to keep adults occupied while the little ones play, including two pools (with a swim-up bar and cabanas), a full-service spa, and two beachside restaurants with tables situated just steps from the water’s edge."

We love the Divi Phoenix Aruba Resort. We stayed a glorious two weeks in heaven. We love everything about this condo…the bed, the pillows, the bathtub, shower nice and hot, the kitchen is perfect, the washer and dryer in the unit, the microwave, the living room, the T.V., the patio, the view, the cove and beach. The water is divine. The sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. Pure Ocean has excellent food and putting our feet in the sand. The DJ was good, Joyride band was good, Karokoe is so much fun. Dino serves us with a smile at the bar and keeps us laughing. Joel gets us the chairs at 7 am, but wish he was there at 6 am. Sauces Miro was always so pleasant and happy. The women who cleaned our room were wonderful. Always smiling and pleasant. Corinne gave the best aerobic classes and her playlist was the best🙏🏽 we traveled 9 hours from Los Angeles, CA to get to Aruba, but it is worth it! We met so many nice people from the East coast and will remain friends with them forever. We will book in October 2035 to come back in September 2026. I still feel like I am floating on the beautiful waters of Aruba. We were sad to leave and wish we could live there forever!!!

Staying here for a second time. The management did a phenomenal job with a surprise for my birthday. Great room in the renovated building. Amazing staff! Thank you! You helped us make some great family memories. Property grounds were clean and the restaurants were good. Beach was great and walking distance to the hot spots. Very safe.

We returned to Aruba for another great vacation. My wife and I stayed at the Divi Phoenix seven years ago and came back here again this year for another wonderful stay. Friendly staff, awesome rooms with spectacular views and great food make it still our favorite resort on the island and the new renovations make it even better than ever. |The Frazier’s

The resort was fabulous. Water, beach, pools and food. All the employees seemed happy to help. Bartenders were fantastic. Great drinks with a bit of dancing and singing. Make you feel relaxed and comfortable. |The only disappointing part of the trip was checking in and receiving the correct room assignment. The people at the front desk need help. Waited 20 minutes to check in only to be given the wrong room. I was supposed to get an ocean view, but was given a kiddy pool view. I opened the door to see the kiddy pool. No ocean view. |Went back to front deck and waited again! I was told the room was the same category as the ocean view! Are you kidding me! After about another 30 minutes i finally got a room that could see ocean. I had to empty the dehumidifier twice a day so the room wouldn’t feel damp. But compared to the kiddy pool I think it was better.

This is NOT a hotel. This is a time share apartment building. Booked an all inclusive, upon arrival, was told that they not only do not have any all inclusive packages, which we paid for, they also gave away the upgraded room we paid for. No apologies, no options but to take the downgrade and they will send an email to corporate on Monday (this is Saturday) to see if they can refund the difference. No water bottles available. No greetings with refreshments in the lobby, as most resorts do... The room we ended in was musty and damp, we had to air it out for a few hours. Very rude staff. Top manager on site offered no help. More interested in criticizing U.S. hotels rather than make up for their shortcomings. So many negatives. Stay away. Update: Went to ask a question of Ms. Charlotte (time shares) who inquired about our stay. She got involved and made everything as right as it could be, under the circumstances. She is a star and saved the day!!

My overall experience was horrible! It was my first time in Aruba and having picked this resort was the worse decision I made! I will never stay at this resort! First, they gave me a room where the temperature didn’t go lower than 78 degrees and they knew that because when I first reported it to the front desk the morning after check in. They immediately offered to switch room. As if they knew and thought we would tolerate the room being hot like that. I spoke to a housekeeper who told me that they know about the problem because the lady that was there before us reported the same issue and they changed her. So it’s as if they continue to put people in that room in hopes they don’t complain without fixing the issue with the AC. Second, most of the staff needs more customer service training! I noticed that they catered more to their regulars/timeshare owners. Third, the most outrageous thing that happened to us is that one housekeeper went inside my room with the Do Not Disturb sign on. We were at the pool and my son forgot to bring snacks for himself. He went upstairs and caught the guy inside our room. He came down fast and told me why is the housekeeper in the room. I immediately got up from the lounge chair and asked if he’s still there. He said no and immediately went to the front desk and spoke to Yvette (front desk manager) I believe that’s her name. She called the housekeeper manager (Chido) He came up to my room and said that the guy had said that we had asked for towels and garbage bags and that’s a lie because number one we travel with our personal bath towels and second we had already asked before we left to the pool if he had a garbage bag for the kitchen container. He gave it to me and I put it in the container. I also asked him where can I put the garbage bag at and he grabbed it from me put it in garbage pail he had. And that was it. I didn’t ask for no room service that day and no other day before that. We never ask for service because we don’t like when anyone comes inside our room. That’s why we always stay in room with full kitchen and washer machine and dryer. If we need garbage bags, hand towels etc we’ll just call and have them bring it to room while we’re there. The Do Not Disturb sign always stays up! This was unacceptable and I won’t stay there again and don’t recommend it either! Be careful to ask concierge one question because they’ll going to try to pressure you to go to a timeshare presentation..

I'd never heard of the Divi resort but it was an amazing time. The staff was great, especially the bar staff of Dino and Simone. Everything was super accessible and easy to get to (beach, pool, etc).||We would definitely return.

We always look forward to seeing Sandra at the towel hut at Divi Phoenix Aruba! She’s so sweet and welcoming every single day, greeting us with a genuine smile that makes our vacation even better. Sandra goes above and beyond to make everyone feel special, and her friendly personality truly stands out. She’s definitely one of the resort’s star employees!
