My husband and I along with family have been coming here January will be 22 years . This is our home away from home. We have met the most wonderful, loving and caring people. They have become family. We visit them when we come back to Aruba and stay in touch when we are home. One Happy Island truly describes Aruba perfectly. The food the weather the water is on point.|Sandra is one of the friendliest and happiest pool towels gal. Her smile shines like the sun. Mike Ronald JR I can go on and on. They are all the best and so special.

We’ve been coming to Aruba for years, and Divi Phoenix is our go-to resort. It never disappoints. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the beach access is unbeatable.||||On our most recent visit, we had a fantastic family trip — beautiful weather, plenty of relaxation, and we even had the chance to reconnect with longtime friends. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and made us feel right at home, as always.||||Aruba is a special place for us, and Divi Phoenix is a big part of that. Already looking forward to our next stay!

The resort is ok the rooms were supposed to be renovated but all I see is a fresh coat of paint and some new kitchen cabinets. The bathroom has not been updated the mold is still in between the tiles . The worst part of it is the other people that stay at the hotel they get up at 7am just to go to the pool and grab a palapa putting down towels and personal items just so that when they go to the pool 3-4 hours later they have it . They think they own the beach chairs and the hotel does nothing about it .

Best hotel in Aruba with an excelent beach. |Sandra Mira the girl at the towel hub has an excellent service. |We will come back the coming year.|To get better the bed of sofa cama. Is a little uncomfortable even when they try the best to make it soft

We loved our stay at the Divi Phoenix!! We enjoyed our daily walks to the town ( about an 15-20 min walk) and on the path by all the hotels! The staff were incredible. We had fun playing bingo, corn hole and happy hour was 2 for 1. We always got chairs on the beach and later by the pool. People mention the musty rooms and mold. Our room was completely fine, nothing fancy, but perfect for what we needed. They are doing a lot of updates so it will even be better!

We come to aruba every year and the trip|Is always wonderful. We’ve been staying at the phoenix for a while now and the community is great! The employees are always so kind and sweet. Julio, sandra from the towel hut, michelle and Jesus at concierge and all the bartenders at the pure beach are always the best!

Such a great hotel. Everyone is so lovely and kind! There are multiple amazing pools and the beach set up is beautiful. Always a good stay

The hotel rooms are great! Had an awesome ocean front room. Plenty of space to find chairs around pools or beach. Great location on the island.
