"Families will find lots to love at this 241-room high-rise property on Palm Beach. Children under 12 stay and eat for free, and the Treasures of the Caribbean kids’ club—complimentary to guests—organizes supervised scavenger hunts and sand castle–building competitions by day and film screenings, complete with popcorn and Shirley Temples, in the evenings. There’s also loads of space for the whole gang to spread out: Even the lowest-tier studio suites are amply sized, featuring a full kitchen, a dining table, and a private deck or balcony. But Divi also offers plenty to keep adults occupied while the little ones play, including two pools (with a swim-up bar and cabanas), a full-service spa, and two beachside restaurants with tables situated just steps from the water’s edge."

Staying here for a second time. The management did a phenomenal job with a surprise for my birthday. Great room in the renovated building. Amazing staff! Thank you! You helped us make some great family memories. Property grounds were clean and the restaurants were good. Beach was great and walking distance to the hot spots. Very safe.

Wonderful place to stay at!! My mom has a timeshare here and I've been going here for a few years now and no complaints. Service is OUTRAGEOUS especially Julio and the pool attendants, they are wonderful! I love going back every year. Everyone there at the Divi Phoenix and on the Island are very friendly!

From the start of your day in the morning, you were greeted by the beach staff Joel Julio and Ariel. They were friendly welcoming the staff the towel hut We’re also very friendly. In the afternoon we enjoyed an adult beverage with our favorite Bartender Jay R. The resort is clean and beautiful

The location is not ideal compared to others closer to shopping and restaurants. The beach area is not bad and the water is calm. The food is overpriced and meh at best. The interior space is decent and the kitchen came in handy multiple times. My main concern is disrepair and safety. Our balcony seemed very unsafe. They seem to have remolded 3 of the 4 matching buildings, but not the one we are in. The railing is missing any hardware attaching it to the vertical structure. Where the footers are attached, the tile is cracked and broken. This is very disconcerting. This will hopefully be addressed as I’ll inform the management today. There are many other options for the same money farther north, we’ll choose one of those in the future.

My husband is an owner. We were visiting the island for several weeks. During one of our non-Divi weeks we attempted to have a meal at Pure Beach. We sat at the bar. There were 4-5 bartenders behind the bar, all of which were too busy looking at their phones to ask if we would like to order. The truth was, we weren't wearing divi wrist bands. Before greeting us, the female Hispanic bartender needed to announce loudly that we couldn't use the room charge system or cash and that they only take credit cards. This is a known process, it's common sense, it's posted prominently on a sign. We started with water, but also wanted to order drinks. Bartender grabbed the menu from me before I had made a decision on what to order. We eventually ordered an App. Bartender never took our drink order, which should be the next step. We ended up walking out. I would give a zero if I could. This isn't poor service it's non-existent service. This isn't the first time we've had an issue at Pure Beach. The most recent visit was a hopeful attempt at a better experience. It's just a very sad, it's a beautiful property. Bar Manager attempted to get our business back, but the damage was done. Will not return.

The resort was nice and the staff was amazing. They really go above and beyond with the service! They had a water aerobics class and amazing access to the beach. The only reason I didn’t give this place a five star is because some of the room construction seemed faulty. More specifically, the ceiling fan short circuited, the shower water never got super hot, and I found mold on my day bed ( which they did clean and resolve that same day).

2 years in a row, love the staff... almost more then anything. But it gets better. The location is a 10 min walk from a great food area. Shopping area ext. Really get to anyway drive time within 15 mins at most. Maybe 20 if you're going pretty south. Rooms clean and cleaned well each day. Ac is cold as hell. And the beach is nice, they aren't to busy or cramped and do a good job clearing empty tables if towels and stuff so you can sit. Will continue to stay here until we buy a property.

This place has ZERO security personnel. Any one can walk right in from any entrance and go where ever the like. The "renovated" rooms look like a they hired the cheapest labor they could find. One shower I had would not turn off, the other shower had zero hot water. The staff at first seemed nice, but when things came up during my stay it took them 3 days to correct it. I spoke to a manager about an employee making passes at my wife, then when I met the employee he tried playing Mr.Nice guy and he was just being friendly!! Bullshit!!! Keep it professional, you don't know me don't make statements then back talk them!! The food isn't good and over priced. The place has NO night time entertainment. One bar by the pool which is terrible. Check out time is earlier than every other resort. They are still doing construction, even at 8:15pm on 8-28-25 I can hear someone using a grinder or cut off wheel in the building that is blocked by plywood. I would never stay here again! Pay a little more and go to the Barcelo' ... also, if you do stay here and decide to book any tours at the front desk MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE PRICES!!!!! The women at the desk overcharged us $62 and when we questioned it, she was baffled and told us sorry it was a mistake by adding up the cents, she said you know 30cents here on this tour 50cents here sorry it happens time to time. WHAT!?!!?!? How does 3 transactions at a fixed price go up in "cents" that added up to $62!!!!!! Be aware DONT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN.
