"Families will find lots to love at this 241-room high-rise property on Palm Beach. Children under 12 stay and eat for free, and the Treasures of the Caribbean kids’ club—complimentary to guests—organizes supervised scavenger hunts and sand castle–building competitions by day and film screenings, complete with popcorn and Shirley Temples, in the evenings. There’s also loads of space for the whole gang to spread out: Even the lowest-tier studio suites are amply sized, featuring a full kitchen, a dining table, and a private deck or balcony. But Divi also offers plenty to keep adults occupied while the little ones play, including two pools (with a swim-up bar and cabanas), a full-service spa, and two beachside restaurants with tables situated just steps from the water’s edge."

The location is not ideal compared to others closer to shopping and restaurants. The beach area is not bad and the water is calm. The food is overpriced and meh at best. The interior space is decent and the kitchen came in handy multiple times. My main concern is disrepair and safety. Our balcony seemed very unsafe. They seem to have remolded 3 of the 4 matching buildings, but not the one we are in. The railing is missing any hardware attaching it to the vertical structure. Where the footers are attached, the tile is cracked and broken. This is very disconcerting. This will hopefully be addressed as I’ll inform the management today. There are many other options for the same money farther north, we’ll choose one of those in the future.

Absolutely awesome family vacation! We were celebrating my father’s 70th birthday! Very clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent facilities. A+++ experience! Very close to “strip”! It My absolute only wish was that there was shuttle service to strip and super foods! Would have definitely helped immensely especially with kids as facility is not all inclusive. Taxi’s were decent wait time depending on time of day. Even if they offered this for a nominal fee many would jump at chance to use shuttle. Airport transport would also be a plus as other hotels in area offer this! This still doesn’t deter me from giving them the fantastic review they deserve!! Thank you also to “Sandra M” at the towel station who always had a smile on her face! “ Muchos saludos de los portugueses”!

Divi Phoenix is making a solid effort for its guest. Remodeling and updating the property. Location is good. Pure Beach will certainly keep you from going hungry. And two daily Happy Hours at each bar is enjoyed by many. I do miss the third late Happy Hour. Always great to see JR and Andreas having fun and giving life to the bar. The staff is amazing. Sandra at the towel hut very special. Always smiling and helpful with resort information. The pool and beach guys start us off each day with a warm getting and chitchat.Joel, Julio, and Ariel take great care of us. They work endlessly to keep the pools and the ground clean and enjoyable. These wonderful people treat us like family.

The resort was nice and the staff was amazing. They really go above and beyond with the service! They had a water aerobics class and amazing access to the beach. The only reason I didn’t give this place a five star is because some of the room construction seemed faulty. More specifically, the ceiling fan short circuited, the shower water never got super hot, and I found mold on my day bed ( which they did clean and resolve that same day).

2 years in a row, love the staff... almost more then anything. But it gets better. The location is a 10 min walk from a great food area. Shopping area ext. Really get to anyway drive time within 15 mins at most. Maybe 20 if you're going pretty south. Rooms clean and cleaned well each day. Ac is cold as hell. And the beach is nice, they aren't to busy or cramped and do a good job clearing empty tables if towels and stuff so you can sit. Will continue to stay here until we buy a property.

My family and I visit Aruba every year, it’s a family tradition. We always stay at Divi. We have been going here for about 10 years now. The staff at Divi have become part of our family. They are so friendly so happy and they always make us feel welcomed. Sandra Mora, Julio, Andreas…we look forward to seeing them every year! Along with the rest of the staff. There’s a saying about if someone visits the same place each year there must be something magical about it. We love Aruba and cannot wait to come back next year.

Our 18th family beach trip but our first to Aruba and we were blown away. Divi Phoenix was better than we ever anticipated. The walk from the hotel to the beach was incredibly short. The access to the bars and food was convenient as we have ever had. The happy hours gave us the opportunity to meet so many great people. We played bingo, had pizza, used the Palapas daily, snorkeled and walked to town to eat on the incredible walking path. My daughter told me that I would love Aruba way more than Florida and she was right. My only regret is we didn't find Aruba 20 years ago. ONLY COMPLAINT-hotel room had musty smell...need to fix that. But no other complaints. Concierge was helpful. Front Desk also was welcoming. Bar staff friendly and accommodating. Free Parking, No Resort Fees, No beach chair fees. Almost seems hard to believe. If I could it give 6 STARS I would. All of our friends were raving about pictures. We will be back!

While the property is beachfront, it is worth noting that this particular stretch is the only area on the island where the water is noticeably cloudy an unfortunate surprise given our expectations. “Disappointing” doesn’t begin to capture our experience.||||Poolside service was essentially nonexistent during our stay. My wife mentioned that staff were supposed to be present from 12:00 to 4:00 PM, but I saw no sign of that. The resort activities were minimal at best, and an attempt to book an activity for our children resulted in a complete no-show from the staff, a particularly frustrating experience for a family-focused trip.||||Additionally, the resort becomes eerily quiet after 6:00 PM, with few guests lingering, and its location is far removed from the main restaurant and entertainment areas on the island.||||If you're looking for a more fulfilling vacation experience, I highly recommend spending a bit more to stay in the northern part of the island, where you'll find higher-quality accommodations, more vibrant beaches, and far better access to dining and amenities.
