Best lychee martini in town!!! I have been to many places and their’s is one of the best lychee martinis I have had. The clam chowder was delicious. I also had the mussels with butter and they were perfect and the bread that comes with it , is perfect. The tuna tartar is a must!! I can say the appetizers they were all delicious. Me and my friend order the pasta they serve in the wheel of cheese and we loved it. It was her birthday and they even offered a complementary dessert!! We have been coming here for years and I have to say the quality and service is as good as the first day. I really recommend them. If you can make reservations because it can get full

We were kindly invited back to Divieto Ristorante in Doral to make up for a previous experience, and we truly appreciate the restaurant for giving us the opportunity to return. I noticed a huge difference when you have a reservation, which we highly recommend making, as the restaurant gets quite busy. We were seated in the main dining area this time, and the service there felt noticeably more attentive and structured, which made a positive difference in our overall experience. We decided to try new dishes. The appetizers were absolutely amazing, flavorful, well presented, and definitely a highlight of the evening. The drinks were also excellent and very well crafted. We ordered new pasta dishes as well and learned that the pasta is traditionally served more al dente. If you prefer it less al dente, I would recommend specifying that to the kitchen when ordering. Some of my top dishes I really enjoyed at this restaurant were the spinach dip, grilled octopus, fried calamari, sea food pasta & tres leche dessert. All the drinks were amazing and recommended. Overall, we are grateful to the restaurant for welcoming us back. The food and flavors are very good, and you can tell there is care in the preparation. That said, I still find myself especially impressed by their appetizers and drinks, which continue to stand out the most for me. We had such a wonderful experience at Divieto Ristorante - Doral! The ambiance was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out perfectly. A special shoutout to our server, Kiliana — it was her very first day, and you would never have guessed! She was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire evening. She made sure we were comfortable, checked in at all the right times, and had such a warm, positive energy. Starting a new job can be overwhelming, but she handled it with so much confidence and grace.

Came here tonight with my mother for the first time. We had seen the restaurant get mentioned on Check, please! a couple years ago and have been looking forward to coming ever since. Everything was phenomenal. From atmosphere, to food, to overall vibes. Sacha was super attentive and exuded professionalism. Can’t wait to come back

Not a great place to celebrate a birthday. I made reservations to celebrate my friend’s birthday, so there wasn’t a wait time. I clearly notified while making reservations and to the waiter that night that we were here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Since we arrived, I felt rushed. We ordered martinis a bottle of wine, 2 appetizers and dinner for all. The drinks were good, not exceptional. The risotto was good, chicken parm dinner was tasty, although the sauce tasted like ragu sauce, and the fettuccini dishes were plentiful, hit again missed the mark. I think the part of the evening that hit me the hardest was when the waiter came over and handed the birthday girl a dessert without singing happy birthday and without giving her a birthday card, which they typically do on such occasions. It broke my heart since we heard Happy birthday being sung numerous times around the restaurant and we’re pleasantly anticipating the same treatment at our table. All in all, including tip, that disappointment cost us $304. Not going there again.

The restaurant has a beatiful, and comfortable environment. W2The waitresses are very sweets and profesional!! The food is good but I was expecting more!! It's a little expensive!!! the pasta Alfredo, is only pasta, if you want to add chicken is $9 or $10 and the portion served is poor for the price!! The lady that prepared the pasta in the cheese did not explain nothing and just do it next to one person in the table. Therefore, if another person ask for the same plate she just takes it to their seat, so the person sitting in the opposite corner saw nothing of the "show". If you table is big, more than 10 person if a waste of money because they only want to finish. Si fuistes con la idea de que te preparan tu pasta a tu lado ver el show q te expliquen algo de la pasta o del queso, te vas sin lograrlo porque ella es muda y ademas se para al lado de un solo, si no se paro a tu lado ni el queso grande ves. 'Matando y salando" I advice to buy only the pasta Alfredo without protein, or the pasta that come in the menu with some protein!!

Divieto always provides a wonderful ambiance with great service and delicious food. Everything on the menu is fantastic and the Chef Specials are always a nice twist. Its a great spot for families, date nights, or any other outing.

Last night was our second time dining at Divieto. Our first time was a few months ago and we enjoyed every aspect of it. Our second visit absolutely solidified our thoughts! Every employee we came across was so kind and welcoming, the pizza and pasta were fantastic and we were so grateful to celebrate our 7th anniversary with Divieto. Everyone made our night very special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to everyone! Thank you Divieto!!

Hubby and I walked in with a reservation. The wait was not long at all The service at first was excellent we order a bottle of wine and appetizers a red pepper soup and hubby order mussels in white sauce. ( it wasn't that great the white sauce could use more garlic. The wait for our main dinner was 20 minutes and actually we had to ask " where is our dinner" The manager and stated that he was very sorry for the lateness and offered us free desert. Overall after trying different Restaurant in the area we can give them 4 star. I must say Manager was nice and so our waiter/waitress, they were very polite and attentive.

I see why this place is such a popular treasure. I had been here for drinks before, but it was nice to go for dinner. If you like a good old fashioned, their smoked one is superb. And I'm not a big fan of octopus unless it's really good. This one was REALLY GOOD. It was tender and savory, served with fingerling potatoes, microgreens, onions and red bell pepper. The sea bass is firm and flavorful. The ribeye had a good seasoned flavor and was cooked perfectly. Dessert was tasty, as was the espresso. The service was very attentive and spot on. This is a place you can't miss. The atmosphere is upscale but not stuffy. Casual enough to enjoy yourself, but smart and nice enough to enjoy the experience.

Love coming here with the family, it is close to home, and amazing food. Everytime we celebrate a birthday here they offer us a cake and a coupon for next time which is absolutely don't mind.

Came here on a Sunday night for dinner. Didn't have a reservation but was sat right away. Out waiter mark was excellent. I ordered the salmon pasta in a brandy cream sauce. And a side Cesar salad. We also ordered the lentil soup on bruschetta. Everything was just ok. It wasn't to our liking. Not saying it wasn't good, just wasn't to our liking. We then ordered the creme brulee and milk cake. Both were just ok as well.

The ambience was great The service was awesome. We were a big group on the patio, but it didn't seem to hinder the service at all. For the most part, the bar drinks were good. For me what was lacking was the food It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't spectacular either.I would say mediocre at best. For the prices that they charge you would expect better. My husband and I have been coming to divieto since we were 14 and we are now 21 about to turn 22. Thank you Jesus for these memories and thank you divieto for making every occasion so special. Today was extra special as I just married my high school sweetheart and wouldn't have chosen any other place. Thank you divieto for always outdoing yourself! Food as always is soooo delicious every single thing is made with love and passion. The ambiance is always top notch during the day as well as night, you wouldn't notice the difference. Came by myself and the place was packed. Perfect place for a romantic diner and they have great drinks- now I only tried one --La Passione | Casamigos Tequila, curaçao, passion fruit, Hellfire habanero bitters, and lime juice.-- but it was delicious and i took an awesome photo. Had the Alfredo made on a huge cheese ball and it was fantastic -- love the theatrics of it all and all by your table. Even though I was alone- I had fun. It was ofcourse delicious .. especially the breaded chicken Great service - this was in 2024 Im only writing the review a year later

Exceptional. The beef carpaccio is probably the best appetizer we've had here. This time around we got the fruiti di mari, honestly out of all the dishes I've tasted, I would probably go back to the fioche di pera but it was still a tasty dish. It was our anniversary and they gave us free champagne and flowers. Our server Sasha was amazing as well. Will definitely return.

Great Italian place located in a small plaza in Doral. If your able to have dinner early, go for it as the place gets packed as the evening gets later. We had dinner at 6:30 and it was great. The ambiance is really nice, dim lighting, open kitchen concept and the service was excellent. Our waitress made some made recommendations and allowed add ons for pasta. The fettuccine Alfredo is delicious, specifically the one made in their bowl on the spot, it can also be ordered as a side if you decide. I went with a skirt steak in a sweet sauce and a side of their famous pasta. Delicious and would go back to try new dishes. Loved their dessert .. specifically one that was like a tres leches, had walnuts in it and condensed milk. I would've ordered 2 of them if I wasn't full.

Reliable Favorite, Though a Bit Pricey - 4/5 I've dined at Divieto many times, and it's usually great. This visit, I had the arugula salad with shrimp, clam chowder, and a mocktail. The salad was fresh and flavorful with quality shrimp--definitely the highlight. The clam chowder was bland, and the bread wasn't as good as I remember. A bit pricey overall and no Lunch Menu options, but I'll be back.

We decided to try this place for my sister's birthday and it was a hit. We were a party of 11 and got seated in a separate area, kind of private even, and I really liked that. It definitely played a part in having a nice experience. Now when it comes to the dishes we tried and liked: -bruschetta siciliana -lasagna alla bolognese -carbonara Now, the main reason why I was eyeing this place is the "RUOTA DI PARMIGIANO". I basically call it cheese-wheel pasta. You get fettuccine Alfredo pasta tossed in a Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese wheel. This was rich in flavor, and I personally didn't need protein but we ordered one with chicken and the other with shrimp and it was delicious. Service was great in the beginning but it did slow down quite a bit after our main course. We ended up waiting a good while for desserts and to pay the bill. Either way it was an experience I'd gladly repeat.

Divieto is by far one of the best restaurants in Doral. The food is really good and special, from pasta, to steak, to salads, to seafood and chicken; not to mention the desserts and cocktails. The service is outstanding and there is always a great atmosphere; a reservation is a must because it is always full. It is well located in Doral and there's a lot of parking area as well.

I came to Doral to have the carpaccio which is my favorite and it is rare to find here in South Miami, I was not disappointed! It was perfection!. Service by Wilfredo was on point! I was so happy to meet both Managers came to say hello that was a great surprise Maximo and Andrea, they are very involved in the quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, they have a huge parking! Come by and try it by yourself!

I have passed by DiVieto Ristorante many times but never been there. I had the pleasure of meeting Alfredo Cedeño as the restaurant is a supporter of Ronald McDonald House Charities. I went with my family and from the moment you enter you feel a presence of elegance and distinction of the Gatsby era. The servers are dressed impecable and they are all well trained with excellent service. Our server was Sasha, she has so much knowledge and grace in her service techniques. She provided great input on the chefs specials which makes you want to order them. The restaurant was packed and alive on a Friday night and lots of couples. We had a bottle of Prosecco for the table. Perfect pairing for what we ordered. For appetizers we ordered the Eggplant Burrata, delicious and worth trying. For main dishes we had the SeaBass with mushroom risotto, Fruti DiMare, Lasagna and Chicken Marsala. All the dishes were delicious but the SeaBass was my favorite. One of the favorite plates is the Fettuccine that is served in the big Parmesan wheel. We did not had it but heard is amazing. After dinner they offered after drinks in a beautiful wooden cart with many options. For dessert we had the traditional Tiramisu which was very fluffy and worth trying. They had other options as well such as a chocolate cake with fudge. The restaurant is excellent for groups and family activities. They have two separate rooms for meetings or activities. I want to thank DiVieto for a great night with my family and now it's one of our favorite Italian restaurants. Congratulations to the owners and the entire team. You can tell they are all treated like family.

Another excellent dinner at divieto. I've been here every year in my birthday for 3 years, and it never disappoints. Tonight we had the lentil soup, pear salad, carbonara with shrimp, and the veal marsala. All excellent. The drinks were great as well; key lime martini and an old fashioned. The service was great as well. We had Ricardo and Diego taking care of us and had food and drinks almost immediately. Make a reservation. This place is always busy for dinner when I go. It's a cool vibe, so it's been popular for a while. Save the wait time by planning ahead. Will be back soon.

Came here for a great friend's graduation party, and I I tried the Cesar salad, fettuccini Alfredo, and the dessert. First of all we came on a Friday afternoon so it was extremely packed, we were seated quickly, the ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful very relaxing, everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. I personally was not impressed with the fettuccine Alfredo but it was a pretty good dish overall, the shrimp was cooked to perfection, the dessert was actually really good, I'm not much into sweets but i ate the whole thing. I'll definitely come back and try something different next time from the menu.

Can't believe I've never been to Divieto despite living in Doral for years. It was an amazing experience! We walked in for a late lunch on a Wednesday and were seated immediately. Our server was extremely kind and on top of the whole service. The food was top notch. Nothing to complain about at all. Burrata with prosciutto: 10/10 - delicious! I loved the bread pieces it came with. Eggplant parmigiana: 10000/10 - soooooo flavorful. Perfect amount of seasoning in each bite. I would return for this dish. Chicken Piccata: 100/10 - soooo delicious!! I do wish there was a bit more capellini pasta with the dish but it was phenomenal anyway. Crème brûlée: 8/10 - pretty standard, good flavor. I will absolutely be coming back :)

Discovered this lovely restaurant from previous Yelp reviews and it certainly didn't disappoint! We didn't have a reservation so we decided to sit at the bar. The ambiance gives off a very chic and sophisticated vibe. We had such a great time interacting with the bartenders and other patrons that we decided to forego our table and eat at the bar. We ordered the bruschetta topped with prosciutto and the fettuccini Alfredo- both were outstanding! The portions are huge and definitely shareable. I'm a sucker for a cheese wheel and it's a fun experience for anyone who hasn't done it. This restaurant is a little on the pricier side with the average cocktail being $16+ and entree around $30+ but it's definitely worth the price. I do recommend that you make a reservation if you prefer a sit down dinner. I've also checked out their new Coral Springs location and it is beautiful! I only went for cocktails, but will absolutely be back to taste more of their delicious menu.

Came in with a friend for happy hour. The happy hour is Monday - Friday from 4-7pm. We sat at the bar. Francisco was our bartender and made the most DELICIOUS Smokey old fashion. Omg! The best I've ever had. The presentation and the taste were phenomenal. We also ordered the lentil soup and fresh mozzarella salad. Everything was delicious, I just wish it was bigger portions. The ambiance is very romantic and relaxing. Thank you Francisco for our delicious Old Fashions.

We visited Divieto's on Sat 12/6. Got there around 7ish. We were told maybe 30-40 min wait. But they said the bar area was first come. We grabbed a high top. Service was prompt. Our server Wilfredo was very nice and knowledgeable. We had mussels (one of his recs) as an app and they were delish. He gave us a few more recs for our main courses. Chicken parm and a Mascarpone pasta - both were delicious and plentiful. Finished with a smoked old fashioned which was excellent. The food was great , service even better. Managers walking and asking if all was ok. Runners were funny and polite as well. The place is well run. We will be back.

I went for the pasta in the parmesean cheese wheel. Kept seeing it on social media and was intrigued. What a disappointment.. it tasted like milk and pasta. I dont think they seasoned it enough and whatever milk they used was very overpowering. Even the alfredo from olive garden is better.

The food was at best okay. The service, although the wait staff was pleasant, timing of providing service was off. The ambiance was nice, but, noisey. Been there twice and cannot say I saw or tasted a difference between the 2 visits.

The experience here is lovely! The service was amazing, our server Jonathan was extremely attentive. He presented us an entire backstory regarding a drink that I enjoyed called the Assassin's Pot. Their espresso martinis are delicious, they're made with Kettle One Vodka. As an appetizer we indulged in a recommendation from our server. It was a baked Brie cheese with prosciutto and garlic bread that was crispy. It melts in your mouth, very good. As an entree I enjoyed the Ruota di Parmigiana with chicken. They bring out a cheese wheel and toss your pasta right in front of your eyes. It's wonderful! The only thing is that my chicken wasn't hot when it was served. It was cooked well but just room temperature. My friend enjoyed the pesto gnocchi, I had a bite and it was good. We shared an order of truffle fries, they were perfect! I ate every last one. Overall the experience was very nice. I do recommend you check this spot out. It's romantic and dim, a great date spot.

I went with my family for dinner here Saturday about 6 PM sat outside. They brought the appetizers and then brought the main meal. I was halfway through the main meal when an older darkest skin Latin male acting like the manager came to see our table and said that the hostess had made a mistake sitting us in a table for six instead of 4 and if we could move to one of the tables for four because they had a party waiting. I told him we were halfway through dinner and we will be done in about 15 minutes. He insisted that we move even though I suggested to put two of the empty four person's table together he said he will be losing two spots at our table. I was trying to have a nice holiday dinner with my family and he completely ruined it after I asked him to leave us alone that I was not moving he continued to insist. Our bill was $185.00 so not cheap. I live next-door and have been coming here for years. I will never go to Divieto or recommend no one else go.

This is probably our new favorite spot in Doral. Beautiful restaurant, we decided to sit at the bar, and our bartender eas super fast and nice. The drinks were delicious but the FOOD I mean best best carpaccio I ever had. Great portion and super fair price. We spent $80 for wine, beer, a cocktail, a huge individual pizza and the amazing carpaccio! I think that's more than fair. I can't wait to come back!!!

Last Saturday, to celebrate our granddaughter's confirmation , her parents chose Divieto Ristorante to have the luncheon. As always it was a great choice as this restaurant never disappoints. The food, ambience , and service are equally high quality. We were a party of ten and were able to reserve the private room. Satisfying a large group is not easy... not this group, we loved it all ... Cocktails ( Lychee martini) appetizers ( Antipasto Misto), entrees ( Ruota di Parmigiano), Pizza ( Margherita) these were just a few of our delicious choices. Thank you also to our professional and courteous server, and Valentina who made sure everything was being handled appropriately. There are many good restaurants in Miami. When you choose to go to Divieto, whether for a family celebration or just a date night you're choosing excellence.

Get the sea bass and risotto This is my second time having it and it was excellent both times! The service is always great. Little to no waiting time. The table side pasta is not only really good (yes there is a difference in taste from the other pasta) it adds nicely to the ambiance of an Italian restaurant.
