We were kindly invited back to Divieto Ristorante in Doral to make up for a previous experience, and we truly appreciate the restaurant for giving us the opportunity to return.
I noticed a huge difference when you have a reservation, which we highly recommend making, as the restaurant gets quite busy. We were seated in the main dining area this time, and the service there felt noticeably more attentive and structured, which made a positive difference in our overall experience.
We decided to try new dishes. The appetizers were absolutely amazing, flavorful, well presented, and definitely a highlight of the evening.
The drinks were also excellent and very well crafted. We ordered new pasta dishes as well and learned that the pasta is traditionally served more al dente. If you prefer it less al dente, I would recommend specifying that to the kitchen when ordering.
Some of my top dishes I really enjoyed at this restaurant were the spinach dip, grilled octopus, fried calamari, sea food pasta & tres leche dessert. All the drinks were amazing and recommended.
Overall, we are grateful to the restaurant for welcoming us back. The food and flavors are very good, and you can tell there is care in the preparation. That said, I still find myself especially impressed by their appetizers and drinks, which continue to stand out the most for me. Thank you again to the team for the hospitality and improved experience.
