We had lunch at the Divinity restaurant mid of August. I booked a table two hours ahead, pointing out that I would like to stay at the "restaurant" or, if the weather permits, stay at the rooftop terrace.
When we arrived, the staff advised us that the restaurant was closed and lunch was being served in the bar area. Staying outside on the terrace was impossible, as no umbrellas were opened.
To make the point clear, during booking, the staff should have informed me correctly since having lunch at the bar is a different experience than staying at the restaurant. But, to be fair, the place is very stylish, and one has stunning views from the roof terrace.
Tasting Italian cuisine from all regions for over 40 years, I can judge that the dishes were good and well done, but nothing outstanding. On the other hand, the staff repeatedly pointed out that "pizza" is served each evening on the terrace. So, probably the restaurant considers its strength in offering pizza.
The service was professional and friendly. To sum up, this is a great place if the terrace or restaurant is open, but other restaurants may be more suitable if you are looking for particular dishes.
