The laundry prices were the most expensive in any RV park I’ve ever been in for old washers and dryers and I’ve been in many! 3.25 for washer, 4.25 for dryers..😮Your neighbor’s picnic tables, sewer and water hookups are in the same spot as yours. You walk out of your door and you’re sitting there with another RV in your picnic area that you pay for……never saw this before either. It was quiet and somewhat clean. My husband hooked up two sewer lines by mistake and we were called to move our line while we were out sightseeing at Zion National Park while half the park was empty and there were plenty of other spots open.

BEWARE!!! I had the worst night of my life at this campground. Bikers were staying in the cabin next to us and came back from the bar at 12 am midnight revving their engines. Then they got in a HUGE LOUD fight screaming obscenities. The fight ended with a woman committing suicide by shooting herself and the bullet came out of the cabin and went right past our camper with my two kids inside. We left the next morning and NOBODY from the campground ever reached out to us to see if we were ok! Unbelievable! When I asked for a refund they said no and were VERY RUDE!! This is my second review because somehow they deleted the first one! They still have never reached out to us and we have horrible PTSD from this situation!! This campground and the people who run it are horrible people!!! BEWARE!!

The facilities were decently clean, although the for jam on the men's room was broken. The staff were friendly enough. They call it a "resort," but I wouldn't use the word "resort" to describe this RV park.

Everything about this RV Resort was exceptional. The space we had, 48E, was perfect. The bathrooms were emaculate! We will recommend this RV resort to everybody we see who will pass through southern Utah. 👍👍👍

The new owners have truly put the work into this place. Nice grounds, trees and sites. They have a swimming pool but it's about 81 degrees a tad cool for me. They have tent sites, RV sites and cabins. Prices are reasonable, I would definitely stay here again.

Stopped by after hours while traveling thru and the lady in charge came over and registered us and had a great tent site ..... very clean bathrooms and hot showers made morning great.... definitely would stay again..

Sehr zu empfehlen!! Die Anlage ist top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Trotz der Hauptstraße ist es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Der kleine Shop auf dem Gelände bietet alle kleinen Dinge die man so braucht zu fairen Preisen. Der kleine beschauliche Ort mit Restaurants und Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben im September 50 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt, was vergleichsweise für die Region und die Ausstattung eher günstig ist.
