Dixie Outlet Mall

A decent outlet mall with a good mix of stores, but nothing exceptional. Dixie Outlet Mall has a variety of shops where you can usually find reasonable deals, especially on clothing and everyday essentials. The place is fairly big, though some areas feel a bit old and could use renovation. Parking is convenient and there are always spots available, which is a plus. Overall, it’s a practical place for quick shopping trips, but not somewhere you’d go for a premium outlet experience.

It's a mid mall with a few sports outlets. It's has a Nike, Adidas and Puma outlet. It also houses a Boathouse, Guess and a Carters, so quite a few brand stores. Let me not forget Winners. It is always quiet when I go there, which is mostly during the week. The foot court has a few good selections as well

Decent mall with some good brands. Plenty of free parking and a bus hub. A lot of good food inside and nicely designed food court. Clean mall. Clean washrooms. Kids paid play area available. Grocery store adjacent. No access from the mall. Free WiFi is hit or miss. Seems a bit rundown in some places. Many empty storefronts.

Dixie Outlet Mall is a great place for shopping near Toronto. There’s plenty of parking, clean amenities, and a nice food court. The highlight for me is the Nike Outlet Store — it’s perfect for families and has great options for kids. Overall, a clean, friendly, and convenient mall for everyone!

Very decent sized mall with brand shops that had good offers during my visit. The Nike clearance store had great bargains on their trainers. Winners also had a very good array of clothes and accessories on sale too. Bought quite a few nice outfits at great prices.

Dixie Mall will be your best shopping destination in Mississauga if you’re looking for outlet deals. It’s not the fanciest mall, but it gets the job done, especially if you’re more interested in savings than aesthetics. If you’re into sneakers, athletic wear, or casual kicks, Dixie Mall is a great spot to score deals — especially at the Nike, Puma and Urban Planet outlets. I had a good experience at Dixie Outlet Mall. It’s a convenient place to shop with a variety of stores offering great deals and outlet prices. I like to come here once in a while to see what's good although it's a pretty far drive. The mall is not that big. They have stores like Nike, Winners, La Vie En Rose, Treasure hunt. Every time I come here, I would leave with something. I would usually be able to find good deals. The food court is kind of small, there aren't a lot of options for food.

You can find great deals in this mall, from time to time. It has good selection of sportswear. Shoe shops, department store and womenswear. Winners, Puma, Nike, Tommy, Aldo, CK, Guess are some the most famous stores here. There are many local shops that you can find great deals in. The food court has also made it easier for shoppers to spend the whole day here. Lol Although they don't have the variety that other large outlet malls offer, Dixie Outlet is more accessible and closer to the western area of Toronto.

Shopping Mall [Mississauga, ON Canada] This is my first time shopping at an enclosed outlet shopping mall. Most of our Outlet malls in California are outdoor open-air malls. The mall (in general) is not one of my favorite places to go to. With the online-shopping trend not a lot of people want to shop at malls anymore. We came on Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't completely dead (I've seen worse). We only came because we wanted to stop by the NIKE Clearance Store. Purchased shoes at the NIKE store and a couple of boba drinks at Kin Kin Bakery. We didn't really look around. I don't recognize many of the shops. Appearance doesn't look the best... not appealing (to me) and looks dated both inside and outside. Lots of parking spaces. Dixie Mall is located just a short drive from Downtown Toronto. My last review wasn't that nice... but it was 2 stars! The mall has completely DECLINED in recent years; known stores/retailers are VANISHING. Left with a lot of horrible indie shops, with bad art, cheap clothing or the depressing Treasure Hunt (big store). There is a NIKE, but it's overpriced, go to Buffalo or Niagara Falls NY. All that stuff is WAY cheaper and better selection. I feel for MALLS, it ain't easy with a world that prefers to shop online. And I'd choose online any day over this mall.

Since I hadn't been here in YEARS, I agreed to accompany a friend who needed to check out one of the stores this mall had. Almost instantly, I regretted my decision. I have so many childhood memories of coming here with my family and those were all shattered after this unnecessary trip. Not sure if this mall is a victim of the pandemic &/or just a sign of the times, but if they keep on going without making any changes, this will surely be bulldozed in favour of a bunch of condos/high density housing. Soo many stores have shut down! No Bulk Barn, Levi's Outlet, Sears or anything else worth checking out. The only other store that was worth anything, Winners was pretty crappy. Aldo, for some reason, wasn't open. It would be GREAT if they transformed this into a Vaughan Mills of Mississauga. Otherwise, the person whose job it is to recruit stores is doing a major disservice to the remaining tenants. Sad state of affairs. May this be a warning to you!

What a poor example of an outlet mall. The place is very dated inside, like you're back to 1970. Lots of parking around the mall, it's a pretty big place. But, lots of junky looking stores. Even the Nike Clearance Store is a waste of time with very old Merchandise that many shoppers never wanted--5 years ago.

The parking lot is not safe with drivers speeding around There's no security watching these wreck less drivers It feels unsafe while shopping throughout the evening since mall management is not responsible for theft that might occur in the parking lot

In the neighbourhood so I decided to walk around this value outlet mall. There are so many vendor choices from mobile service to clothing, from eateries to gadget stores. Remember, the brand name stores are supplying products for the price point of this area and location. It is not high end quality but the goal is to trigger a purchase...which occurred! Stopped by the food court before heading out. Choices from KFC, A&W, Jimmy the Greek, Manchu Wok, New York Fries, Thai Express and Select Grill to name a few.

This place is the Triple-D of Malls, Divey, Dingy and Deal friendly. There are bright spots throughout for sure with a really great Chinese bakery, the Nike Outlet, Levi's and even a few other key anchors, but hot damn if this place isn't the pits. Dixie is the kind of place you go to because you have to, not because you necessarily want to. For our wedding it was crucial as we needed a) cheap vacation clothes, b) a throw-away outfit for an underwater shoot, and c) screen printing on t-shirts. We were able to do all this in one stop and on budget. It's sort of like getting a shot, you know you ain't gonna like it but when you leave you feel better (for not breaking you bank account) and as long as you wash your hands you won't get sick. PRO TIP: Insanely packed on the weekends, so do you deal searching on weekdays. Final thoughts: Honestly, it's NOT THAT bad, and I love a good deal. So I'll give this place an A-OK on the basis of being a good mall for the everyday, with no frills but decent deals

I have to update my review because many of the stores I mentioned in my original review have closed down. However, Dixie Outlet Mall is still super cool in my opinion. It's a fully covered, indoor outlet mall, which I love, as most outlet malls are actually plazas, where you have to go outside to go from store to store (I'm not a huge fan of this, especially in the winter). They have a Spanner Outlet now (I love Canadian brands!). The Laura/Melanie Lyne outlet is still there, as is Naturalizer and Rockport. There's an Ecco now as well. Mexx, Jacob and Sears are all gone though. The Sears is now a Treasure Hunt. Winners is still there. Don't go expecting Coach, Michael Kors or Kate Spade. If you want those brands, you'll need to go to Vaughan Mills, which is a much bigger and grander outlet mall. Dixie Mall is a much more modest mall (also much dingier), but still pretty cool in my opinion. It's much less busy than Vaughan Mills, so if you hate crowds, Dixie Mall is great, lol. There's an Asian Bakery that's new from my last review, it's called Kin-Kin and they sell pastries and bubble tea. There's also a Real Fruit bubble tea place in the food court. A Bar Burrito also opened up in their food court now. The Bulk Barn across from the food court is gone.

Oh dixie mall... I have such fond memories of you.. Starting at being a child and going to the flea market back when you had to ''pay'' to get in.. imagine that! Now this mall has always been a dive mall, since forever. If you wanted a classier mall, sherway was your way to go, but dixie was the place to be to hang out, not really buy anything except lunch. I actually met my spouse at dixie mall on a blind double date, so this mall will always have fond memories for me. I even worked at the mall for about 6 years! The fact that most of the anchor stores (Michaels, Sears) were given the boot only goes to show this mall ain't up to snuff. The mall is literally a giant shoe store and cell phone kiosk. IMHO. Yes there are some actual outlet stores, and some decent clothing stores. Along with winners and dollarama. The food court is decent, and I've yet to see this mall empty on a weekend... but like fellow reviewers state, it's just a ''Meh'' mall! I come for the flea market, and winners but that's about it. However dixie mall will always have special memories for me. 4/5

GO for grilled chicken at the food court in between Greek And Thai all the times. I mean all the time. It's that good. Also i get all my loose pepperoni sticks there. Like 30 for under $20. Best value ever, it's so good I crave it all the time. Both deals are suberb in quantiy and quality not.

Used to be a great shopping designer OUTLET mall..Not anymore...Its lost its PIZAZZ!! I have shopped at the the mall for over 25 years...Just not the same mall..Many of the original stores are gone...

as a kid, my family would make the drive to this mall to get my back to school stuff, and I was given a spending allowance for anything else, which usually went to candies, video games, or music(back when music world was still around) if you come to this location now a days, its purely clothing, niche products, perfumes, appliances, and some other really weird stores in-between, decent food court, a no frills that is attached to the mall, but only by the outside? lots of parking, and a very clean mall. if you have a chance to visit on the weekend, the basement of this mall actually doubles as a flea market, which has a lot of cool stuff down there! one of the better outlet malls I've been to!

I had a great time. I had not been there in years and I was amazed at the newest version of the area. There is some good stores here where you can get some pretty good deals. All in one place: super market, restaurants, clothing and more

Guys, this mall doesn't look the best or well maintained but it actually has really good deals. It also doesn't give off a vibe that you would get from much larger malls. Honestly, it feels more like a market. It does have chain stores that have cheap things. Albeit, most stores don't carry anything trendy or old merchandise but there's bound to be something you like. In big malls, shirts usually cost around $50-$100 but here you can easily find clothes for under $20. Definitely a place to go if you don't want to break the bank.

Really neat outlet mall with stores like Laura, Tip Top Tailors, Foot Locker, Blue Notes, Lids, Puma, Dynamite, Payless ShoesSource, Quilts Inc., Tommy Hilfiger and the Sears Outlet. Have purchased really nice dress shirts from Tip Top (Grafton Brand) usually $40-50 in stores, here 2/$30.00!! Came across a slick Daniel Hechter blue dress jacket with the pants on clearance for only $35.00, I didn't buy it (yes I'm an idiot) the jacket fit perfectly, but the pants were 2 pants sizes too big and they were unable to give me a 34" size. From Lids: A Nike winter toque for $6.00! And a Blue Jays toque for the same price. Sears Outlet: Picked up 2 dress jackets one Van Heusen and the other Boulevard Club for $25.00-$30.00 each T-Shirts from Foot Locker for $3.00, 100% cotton. Warm hoodies from one of the stores beside the food court for $20.00 each, picked up 2. Maybe I got lucky with these deals, but this mall is a dream for bargain hunters.

This Dixie Outlets Mall has been opened in Mississauga since ages and is off QEW. There are always some decent sales as being an outlet mall. Lets get one thing out of the way. This is a closed mall so in winter it would be easy for people with kids to go store by store you will not have to step outside. There is a food court in at one of the ends near winners and has plenty of seating. I tired New york fries and KFC which were great and service was good too. Middle-of-the-road in virtually every aspect. That's not really a bad thing. Dixie Mall has always existed as a mid-range out-of-the-way option for people looking to score good deals on clothing. Geographically plonked between Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke and Square One in the Mississauga City Centre, it's been a safe, reliable alternative to visit when you need something quick or cheap. The dingy exterior of the mall and parking lot that's seen better days betrays a modern, clean interior. If you're looking for deals on brand-name items, the mall is filled with retailers that offer end-of-season items for big discounts. Couple that with the usual mom-and-pop speciality shops and a handful of anchor stores (No Frills, Michael's, Winners) and you have a place that's about as non-offensive as it gets. You really need to keep your expectations in check when you visit this place. While there can be good deals to be found on household or clothing items, you can't shake the feeling that a lot of the retailers are desperate for business. The exception to that rule is the flea market that's open on weekends, a sprawling mini-city under the mall that offers some insane deals if you know what you're looking for and like to haggle. The food court is the standard affair - lots of greasy options like KFC and New York Fries coupled with a handful of decen choices like Sukiyaki, Jimmy the Greek and another sushi restaurant (right by Winners) that offers free samples and evening discounts on multi-pack purchases. Dixie is more of a place you'd stop at on your way somewhere else to kill time or try your hand at finding a good deal in one of the clearance stores. While there is potential for some great items to be discovered, the mall just as often leaves you with a weird, empty feeling as you contemplate why you visited in the first place.

One of our hangouts, there are specific stores we especially go for great discounts. Best part is it's easily accessible in Mississauga as well. Especially check out Tommy Hilfiger, it's the best out here with upto 75% off and recently got a jeans for only $15. I used to love the Mexx here, bought many shirts for under $20. There is a Winners here as well for overall discounts. Call it Spring most of the times has Extra 50% discounts on already reduced pricing, it may be surprising but I have purchased shoes from here for $20 and sandals for $10. Many a times you will get very good deals at Ardene and Bentley as well. There is a Fruits and Passion, Aldo, Carters Oshkosh and Guess as well. Recently Forever 21 opened up replacing Aeropostale, bought summer pants for only $9.99. There was once where my wife purchased Tights from Urban Planet for only $2, Puma has discounts and you can get great shoes at 70% off. There are many Cell Phone providers including Rogers, Wind and Bell. Sad part is there is no Body Shop, Calvin Klien and Gap Factory Store. Food Court wise, the options are really limited with the main being KFC. There is Cinnabon and Baskin Robbins for desserts. Very much recommend this mall, you never know what good deals you may get !

Well I remember this mall being better back in the day And that's funny to say cause malls usually get better over the years with upgrades or better stores etc. Not in this case I guess ....I was pretty disappointed With my last visit ....I mean I know it's a outlet mall so most of the stores are stocked with older stuff not sold in regular stores but come on .....total garbage . Maybe I remember it being ok when I was younger cause I didn't have much money or choice ..but now that I'm in my 30s and can afford stuff maybe I'll stick to sherway ....jesus .....what a mess this place is . It's like value village mixed with a mall ... No thanks

This mall is a great place to shop if your looking for some bargain deals. I can't really recommend the quality on some of the stuff the shops sells, but we all know the saying, " You get what you pay for ". The mall isn't that very big and it's not as confusing as the stores in Square One Mall or Sherway Gardens Mall.. so it's easy to navigate. They have stores like Winners, Urban Behaviour, Naturalizer, Coles (bookstore), Costa Blanca, Footlocker, Baskin Robins, Bentley, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess, American Eagle, Blue notes, Aldo, Jacobs, Peoples (jewelry), Mexx, Dollar Store, La Vie En Rose, Urban Planet, Laura..etc. There is also a flea market (entrance next to Aldo, but you have to take the stairs down) which is located at the basement. It's a little bit poor ventilated in there so good luck during the summer season. Dixie Mall has gotten better over the years so I suggest you visit when your down the area. I mainly go there for Winners, Footlocker (for my hubby), and the Bel-Air Salon (their beside an entrance/exit). Before I forget, the mall has 8 (as I could remember) entrances/exit and they are marked with a specific type of color so people can easily remember which exit to go to whether their getting in or out. I think it's rather clever if am picking up something really quick and I don't want to park far away.. I could always try to park near that specific marked entrance so I don't have to waste time walking. And, this is also good for people who are calling a taxi, you can always tell that driver to pick you up at the (for example) yellow entrance or the purple entrance instead of saying a bunch of things they probably wouldn't know. On most week days, they have a pretty decent crowd at the mall (lovely quiet crowd I might add) and weekends is obviously traffic (screaming kids, yelling parents etc) and it gets crowded to a point that you cannot walk inside that mall without bumping into someone. So I suggest going there on a off day. Do visit this mall if your in Mississauga, it's not as big as the other malls (nor as impressive) but you can always find a great deal while your in here. The parking lot is pretty big around this mall so your never without a parking spot.

My parents recently moved close by this mall where we quite enjoy the convenience of this mall. This mall has been around for decades with a variety of stores to shop at. Recently we went to grab last minute wedding stuff. The stores to chose from were good where we were able to shop for shoes, costly items and specific wedding needs. The parking has never been a problem as long you know what part of the mall you want to enter there is always spots close by. The hours are convenient to shop on a busy schedule. The good thing about this mall is the No frills located at the outer side. If you need a few last minute groceries, Dixie mall is a perfect stop to get all your last minute items including groceries. Overall, this mall is great for deals in the shopping seasons and great for convenience in a regular shopping day.

I wish this were a brand outlet... it isn't. But you'll still find some of the best prices at Guess, some of the best finds at Winners and some of cheapest rave clothes at Urban Planet and the likes. More plus points? 1. Laura Secord Outlet = cheap chocolates, woop! 2. Nice versatile food court... a Tim Hortons and Burger King outside the mall. 3. Bulkbarn and Dollarama! 4. No Frills 5. And totally cheaper than anywhere else in Mississauga.

I always find deals here! There are several entrances which makes it very accessible. It's an outlet mall, so it's not very modern. Mostly cheap outlet stores and flea market on weekends. However, they have a few high end stores such as Tommy, Rockport, Mexx and Puma. Rockport is just a normal outlet, but Mexx has some decent deals. Designer Depot also recently opened up and they used to be own by Hudson Bay, but are now owned by International Clothiers and sell the exact same stuff. Not very good quality, just a re-branding of the same poor quality stuff from International Clothiers (i.e. shirts get the cotton puffy thingy's after 2-3 washes.

It was my first time and LAST time coming here.. Selection of stores -not so good. Food court -even worse. I had Jimmy the Greek (which i absolutely love eating at square one, erin mills, etc.) but here it was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like it was days old and the food was cold!!! Same with the ice cream at Dairy Queen, it tasted bad, and it wasn't even fresh/cold. I felt sick after my visit here. All of the stores have discounted items.. yes. But stores like Garage -all the clothes are ripped, torn, stained, etc. I mean come on! how are you going to sell that to people if they are in that condition? the only good thing they had were tank tops (in new condition) on sale.. You would expect this mall to be better and upgrade a bit. But no. it looks really old and nothing looks good here..

Oh Dixie Outlet Mall, a.k.a. Dixie Value Mall, a.k.a. Dixie Dirt Mall...what am I to make of you? On the one hand you are the major shopping centre located most closely to where I live and on the other hand... Okay, let's go over the positives, the big one being that it's pretty close to me but I don't think that proximity should really factor into a review. Just because I'm too lazy / agitated to brave Mississauga's ever worsening traffic and drive to either Square One or Sherway Gardens that doesn't give DOM a free pass. So what else is there? They have a Michael's and that was pretty important leading up to my wedding and probably will be again seeing as my wife is in school to be an educator. And, uh...there's a Stitch-It location there? Came in handy when I needed a zipper repaired? And a serviceable food court that I would only go to because I'm in here already and need something to eat? And...okay, that's it I've pretty much run out of selling features. There is a Winners which is sort of nice but to be fair, I don't think I've found anything worthwhile in that location in quite a while (not that I check that often but still). Then there's this other large clothing discount store called Designer Depot that has to be the crappiest discount clothing store I've ever been in. Seriously, I walked through the rather large space in about sixty seconds and could easily tell that there was absolutely nothing worth even looking at. And also a whole bunch of other discount / outlet clothing stores that I pretty much walk right past as I try to remember why I came to the mall in the first place and why am I still here? At least it's a lot cleaner than it used to be. So I guess it's sort of okay and there may be some decent things at decent prices if I really cared enough to look closely but I don't really. Again, why am I in here? I've grown to hate shopping malls. Oh right, the zipper on my jacket.

This place is a rip off. They sell things they don't stand behind. i have been told if the item doesn't work bring it back. when you do they don't honor it. You would be better off taking a chance at value village and hoping it works (lot cheaper too.) should have listened to the reviews who said how bad this place is. place also smells of rodents which is a total turn off if your purchasing any personal items. the pictures they use is of the mall not the flea market which would show how dirty it is. Place should be closed down.

Average pretty well describes this. However, it is cleaner and generally nicer on the inside that it appears from the outside. There are a good selection of stores, outlet stores and kiosk vendors here. Deals can be found, but you may need to look.

Looking for deals on last Season clothes and shoes n stuff? This is the place. Good discounts and has most of the decent stores like, Aldo, Tommy, Garage, Levi, Puma n all. with addition of Big stores such as Sears, Micheals, Urban Planet etc. Mall has lot of cell phone stores also providing good deals such as Tbooth, Wirelesswave, Rogers. No Telus though keep in mind. food court is Blah! Only good place is TJ Meats for good sandwiches. Also Tim hortons is not in the mall but out side the mall towards the Bus Terminal.

** 2.5 stars ** I can't give a mall a 2 star because, as a girly girl, it seems a carnal sin! This place supports my mom's mantra that you never have to pay full price in Mississauga. And this joint is no different. Throughout my voyages, I found a pair of Naturalizer shoes for $13 (tres adorable, but I resisted in fear my closet may burst) and a blazer at Costa Blanca for $15. The mall is also chalkful of crap, pardon my francais! When a store spells "trendy" as "Trendi", its simply just a shake my head kind of moment. Skip the junk stores (trust me, its obvious which ones these are) and hit up the "name brand" stores for discounted finds and discontinued fashions. On a weekday, the mall is pretty dead, so its leisurely but eerie. Going in the Christmas season is the equivalent of shopping suicide- c'mon Bargain Warriors, this should be a no-brainer!

I like the mall.. winners is nice. Has good selection. The sushi place has samples..most of the good stores are closer to the food area.. And they have a whole floor of flea market on the underground level.

I am giving this place 4 stars because it has a great little food court, it has two very good health food stores with competitive pricing, a Dollar Store that has an extended product line, lots of clothing and shoe stores and a 'As seen on T.V Showcase store'. Even though this place is busy on weekends, its easy to find parking (try near the Tim Hortons), as there are always spots located on this side of the mall. This is definitely a true outlet mall where you will get discounted pricing on a wide range of items. The anchor stores here are the Sears Outlet Store (which I believe is closing) and Winners. There is of course, the famous Dixie Mall Flea Market which has been here forever, and is open on weekends. There are also several pop up style stores in this mall as well. Personally I think this mall appeals more to guys than women, but that is just my humble opinion.

Classic old school 'sauga. tons of crap, but some great finds, basement flea market. I've been frequenting Dixie Mall since it was called Dixie Value Mall (now, in its recent incarnation and push to delude non-locals of its cruddy origins, deemed an "outlet mall"). These were the days when the biggest anchors were a Sears Refurbished center, and a Knob Hill Farms (anyone out there remember Knob Hill Farms?). Those are days of yore. Now there's a Scotia Bank, a Winner's, a Footlocker, and a Payless Shoes that bring in most of the traffic. Not many business have lasted the decades. Baskin Robbins and Laura Secord being some exceptions. The addition of a Cinnabon in the early 2000s has since made the entire mall smell like processed corn syrup and shortening (which always makes my mouth water). The Sam the Record Man and the Second Cup were short lived, and in their place, more hat and jersey shops! There are at least 8 discount shoe stores, and tons of discount business attire outlets. In the corridors of this mall are local vendors, where you can actually get some great food... esp. the sausage and cured meats stand - excellent quality meats for a good price. The flea market in the basement (yes! there's a basement to this mall!), which runs on the weekend, is always filled with expensive garbage, but once in a blue moon, you can run off with a great haul if you know your prices. If you are still hunting down original NES game cartridges, this is your place.

Good place for interesting finds. Casual wear and reasonably priced gift items. Tommy Hilfiger is good! Basement Dollarama is huge. Bulk Barn has a wide variety of food and ingredients. Huge free parking! Food court needs a face lift. It's looks a bit damp.

This is an OK mall, some outlets are from reputable retailers however there are lots of counterfeit or look alike stuff as well.

Secret confession..I love this mall for cheap shopping. It has some really seedy 'outlets' (the Bag Depot, the Ali Baba Shoe Outlet, the McGregor Sock Outlet..just the names crack me up) but also a great selection of stores you'd find at a normal mall, Jacob, Guess, Aldo, Costa Blanca, etc. which all have items at huge discounts. The negatives are that the staff tend to be rude (from my experience) and it's not exactly an attractive mall, but it's worth it for the prices in my opinion. Also they have lockers which is really nice if you're doing a lot of shopping.

We have been coming here for years.....it totally fulfills the paupers shopping fantasy. If you gotta take some out of country people shopping its usually a big hit because there are lots of outlet and cheapy stores and its all indoors.....during the 90's it had a pretty crappy dry spell but I think its totally kicked it up with a Winners, MEXX outlet, Thyme maternity outlet etc....

It is a very reasonable mall. I always find good deals at Levis, La Vie En Rose, Labelsz, and Revlon outlet store.There is a perfume outlet store located in this mall as well... the guy has a very decent personality and carries 1000 different perfumes. He has perfumes from main stream brands and some very unique French designers that you may have never heard of. Horrible food court with no real food choices that's why I took one star away.

I find this better than any other malls in Toronto, they have everything here you're looking for. Since this is an outlet, you get the best deals here.

I went to Winners on Dec 6th, 2017 to purchase 2 winter jackets for gifts and the lady at register convinced me to get the TAX card so that it extends my return power by 60 days instead of 10 and as my jackets were gifts. I love this winners and my family and i go there often and find gems. I went to return the jackets on Jan 22, 2018 and this being my first return at winners I was shocked to find out the return was good for 30 days only and I can get my money credited on a winners card. I asked to speak to the manager to explain i was given wrong information about time line but she very abruptly and loudly tolled me she will not honor the refund as the date had past 30 day mark and walked off. I was so upset and embarrassed that I agreed to the card. I lost over $315 and even though I loved that winners I will not shop there again. I wanted my money back not feel belittled and trapped to shop there. It was not my fault Nd they should have assumed responsibility for their mistake and train their employees better.

I really only come here for Michaels, winners and the bulk barn. It's nice to stop in at Payless once in awhile. Over all it's a nice mall.

Overpriced stores for an outlet mall. I got better deals in Square One compared to this place. Had to visit a second time to return the items I purchased but got better deals elsewhere.

Just because this mall is an outlet mall, it does not mean that the stores are cheap. It helps to know the average price range of the stores in there. Some stores still sell it at the regular retail rate. Sometimes, you may be able to find a deal! The mall is decently clean and has a really delicious smelling meat stand in the middle. Tip: The Mississauga bus stop also connects you to Sherway Gardens Mall in Etobicoke!

2nd time at the mall and we had a good walk around, though we didn't buy much but we weren't looking for anything specific.

If you're here during your lunch breaks like me, forget the food court. Sausages and cured meats at TJ meats is where its at - cheap quick and you don't gotta look for a Canadian tire for the street meat. The mall sucks, floor plan is ridiculous. Why would anyone create a mall that doesn't end where the beginning starts? You walk all the way down but all that is there to surprise you is a dead end. But hey, $5 passport photos at the convenience store, who knew right? You're welcome.

I would be very careful thinking of buying any appliance at the Dixie store. Last time I was in I could buy the same thing brand new at the home store for $10.00 more. I have found that there is no explanation as to where the pricing comes from. But the discounts of the appliances are bogus be careful shop carefully in that store.

Dixie Mall is a great place to shop for bargains.Specially with Christmas deals you need not think twice before choosing a place to buy your gifts. There are a few dodgy shops though which are good to be avoided. Flea market at lower level .... not so sure about that one yet.
