Nice location in middle of the nature but the room is not acoustically isolated I can hear the noise of the elevator from my room

Giving one star cus you can’t give zero. Have back pain from the beds, bed light didn’t work, no power sockets in reachable distance of table or bed, dirty sheets. Location wasn’t the best to reach, to far away from everything (train station, city, etc.) overall bad experience mainly because of the bed

we had a two day conference at this lovely place last week. the rooms were very elegant and comfortable. food was great and the environment was lovely. the location is very scenic with a stream flowing behind and working in small groups outdoors was enchanting. loved my stay here.

Stayed here when concert was on at stadium, took ages to check in. Rooms super basic as expected for hostel. Price was crazy high for what you get.

Very BAD experience in this place. AVOID THIS PLACE ! Staff is very uneducated, unclassy and rude, and this is supposed to be Germany ? These people treat you like trash. They just do not have any idea of customers´ service. At the reception they just keep talking to each other about their accounting, and do not pay any attention to customers when they ask them about something. And when you very politely ask them about some issue they shout at you like if you were a child . They make the effort to make you feel not welcome at their place and country.

Wasn't informed we had to make our own beds and then take the sheets and towels to reception in the morning.....not cheep and I was a little disappointed to be honest

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly personal, good price, and at the end, as I left very early (5.30 pm) , I got a huge pocket full of meal. Thank you, highly recommended!

Very noisy corridors. Breakfasts were good. Showers need more equipment, like a hanger or a small shelf. Thanks
