The hotel rooms were normal size and had kids bed available. The bathroom was clean and good. The balcony was huge and had beautiful views of mountains. The cleaning of rooms and the whole property was very well maintained. Breakfast was good and had good options with a very cute pancake machine. The place is convinient with 839 bus which google map does not show as it makes you walk up hill.

Recently, I spent a night at a hostel and would like to share my experience. Starting with the positives, the rooms in the hostel were genuinely clean, which is always nice. I was particularly impressed by the spacious backyard, which was a great place to relax. The hostel’s location was also very convenient, especially for cyclists, which is definitely a big plus. Unfortunately, there were more negative aspects. The shower cabins left much to be desired: they were not very clean, and there were no soap dispensers, which was inconvenient. A major downside was the lack of electrical outlets in the room. For eight people, there were only three outlets, which is clearly insufficient. Additionally, there were no outlets near the beds, which also caused inconvenience. Upon check-in, it was mandatory to purchase their membership. This is a strange requirement, especially for people who do not plan to stay there regularly. Although the hostel claims to have Wi-Fi, in reality, there was none in the room or the backyard, which was quite inconvenient. The breakfast menu was very limited, offering only muesli, boiled eggs, sandwiches, and pancakes. People following a specific diet would be better off bringing their own food. Overall, the hostel left an average impression. The price does not match the quality of the services provided.

The staff is kind and the room is not bad. The view of the room is good.But there are only few electric socket in 8 person room and the room doesn't have a lock, it's very unsafe. The bathroom and shower is mix beetween man and woman. The location is a nightmare for those wo use public transport. Also in day when I stay there is no boiled egg for breakfast. FYI ; in Berchtesgaden last public transport in 8 PM

I AM SO SHOCKED The place smells like an KFC kitchen I paid 20€ more than i should pay. No bed linen, i had to ask and go to the diferent building to take it. There is a kitchen, but they forgot to mention that the kitchen is in diferent building 50m away. Stay away

I really love this place today is my first day in this location and I already plan for next time with my family if you are with family or with friends so this place is really highly recommended 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

To be clear this is a youth hostel. If you stay here you will have to have a membership which then you can use at other hostels worldwide and you have to have the bed covers that you have to deal with yourself. This is not a normal Hotel. If you want a normal Hotel book a normal Hotel. My experience there was wonderful as expected in a youth hostel. The type of hotel it is is actually in the name. Just translate it it's not that hard people. They don't deserve all these bad reviews just because you're not paying attention to what you're doing. This is a youth hostel in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Rooms are decently sized, some even have a small balcony. The view from the rooms is beautiful as well. Building does need some upkeep. Breakfast ends earlier than it officially should. From half an hour before end of breakfast, kitchen workers simply do not refill any of the items and even start to empty the buffet. The WiFi connection only works in the lobby, and is, even then, often useless. A lot of work should be put into this house, because it does have potential.
