Jerusalem's Best Bars and Nightlife - AFAR

"The ritzy, members-only counterpart to the market’s casual spots, this pricey, Machneyuda Group–owned club hides behind a discreet entrance and opens into a chic speakeasy-style cocktail bar where exclusivity and stylish cocktails are the draw. Entry requires a membership card (or access via a provided number), photography is prohibited, and the menu can include luxury items—an oyster can cost more than a full casual meal elsewhere—reinforcing its upscale, clubby vibe." - Diana Spechler

If you have other options, do yourself a favor and skip this place. I really wanted to give this place a high score and a good review but unfortunately I came back home hungry 😭 The chala was dry, the T bone was hard and raw, I couldn’t eat it but my bf did 🤢also it came out of the kitchen cold, maybe they forgot to cook it? 🤷🏻‍♀️ They gave us an extra desert which was nice but at the end, the waiter dropped a glass on my feet that shattered & it took forever to get the check . Also they are very pricey. only 2 good things there were: they really try to please the customer so the service is good and polite and also they make great cocktails.

The closest thing to a Michelin star restaurant I ever had The amazing staff, highest level of service, styling and ambiance The food was amazing, AMAZING, it felt so authentic, thoughtful, beautifully delicious and truly artful. We had an unforgettable night and of course we ate way to much! Stopping was impossible Words cannot describe and the pictures are only half as impressive as seeing it up close Definitely will come back This place surpassed my wildest expectations Respect

Love that place! During midweek it is one of the nicest place Jerusalem has to offer - excellent food, Fab vibe, great alcohol. The music is local and happy, service is always professional and friendly. On Friday morning-noon the place changes a bit, you can hop in and buy the food to take away ("home" /Mum's food), or you can sit and be served with good Arak and whatever the Chef has cooked. Definitely one of the best places in the city, with good value for money. Highly recommend.

Nice surprise! We went here as the suggested alternative to their elder brother machneyuda through reservation. High quality food and presentation. We tried lamb and beef - amazing. The best pork I had in years. A bit unusual to have it in Jerusalem. Very quick and attentive, super friendly service! Cosy atmosphere, the music could have been tuned down a bit. Location is awkward in my view. You can only go there is you know where you are going. Be prepared to pay a lot, but it was worth it. Recommended!

Worthy of every praise and 5 star review recieved. We had the tasting menu and all dishes were very good. The restaurant offers a great interpretation on local, Jerusalem and Mediterranean flavors and food. It is a top notch restaurant without the pretentious atmosphere and attitude.

Great place, great food, great hospitality. Food is good both for locals and tourists. The "Sabzi Croquettes" and the "Liver Crepalach" were our favourites, the "Zaatar and honey panacotta" was also great. The "Serious" cocktail was my favorite.

Assaf granite. This name says it all. There is not one restaurant of his that I went to and it wasn’t freaking amazing. Starting with the managers, bartenders, waitresses, atmosphere, alcohol and OF Course the most important the food. Recently I was there for Friday lunch, the service was amazing, the food was incredible. Every dish is to die for. The polenta is MY FAVORITE. Definitely a must go place. Totally worth it
