What a fantastic place for lunch in the Dallas Arts District! The new menu is amazing! You can tell that there are some talented chefs in the kitchen.
There is even a full bar menu with wines and signature cocktails.

Very disappointed of the service at the cafe on Sunday. The matcha late was disgustingly sweet after I asked for non sugary one when I ordered. I was not offered a refund or adequate replacement either.

Every time I'm in Dallas I HAVE to eat here. Everything they have is amazing. Specially that pumping soup. Great atmosphere. Excellent service.

The barista and the cashier are horrible at their job. Took the wrong order and took their sweet time to make customer wait for the slow service and a chocolate coffee latte instead of strawberry matcha latte.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a vanilla latte from the HOT beverage section of their menu. The staff were nice, but they were clearly overwhelmed, disorganized, and had communication issues with each other. I saw multiple customers come up to the counter and complain about their order taking a long time or being incorrect. When they handed me my drink, it was stone cold. Didn’t even bother asking for them to remake it because I knew they would probably mess it up. The seating area is in the atrium of the art museum and has several art pieces on the walls which was at least nice to look at while I sipped my drink.

In just a couple of weeks in Barcelona I got used to having a nice espresso in the middle of a day at an art museum, and what do I find to my surprise at the Dallas Museum of Art's cafe but an excellent cup of espresso served up in a proper ceramic cup and saucer by a barista who speaks two languages. The cafe is spacious, clean, with (not surprisingly) good art. It's also got a wonderful outdoor area. Closes half an hour before the museum closes.
