I went to the grocer to get the authentic Italian ingredients for carbonara and the lady there was exceedingly helpful. Afterwards I went to the restaurant next door to sit down for a meal. Now I like al fresco dining so I sat outside but Lygon Street is an older neighborhood with a whole lot of restaurants so I actually saw mice running around. Therefore I would suggest all diners to sit inside the restaurant in this district. The food was great, I had my mocktail and a porcini parpadelle, with a black coffee at the end and it was soooo wonderful.
