Great vibe and location, excellent service, food ready in good time. Our dishes were generally decent... As in, tasted good, but not amazing. We had fish and chips (probably top meal), poke, bang prawns, and a host of burgers (black and blue burger not recommended). There was a flower basket near us that was frequented by a hummingbird, which was magical. The live music was great and people were into it. The deck/patio was awesome. Would come back, nice way to end the day.

The beautiful view with great atmosphere in the upper balcony on a sunny day makes your day. If you go to Bowen Island, I think this is your first choice for a drink or a meal. The food is tasty with a reasonable price. The staff are all nice, welcoming and friendly. The whole restaurant is cozy and warm. If it's a chilly day, the indoor seating area is lovely. The building and the decorations looks great. I am happy that they keep the old look and decorations of the house after the renovation in 2023.

Nice location! It has a hidden little alley and it is close to the ferry. I had the halibut fish and chips and loved it. My friends ordered a burger and the rice & prawns plate(super cute presentation ☺️)…

Google
The fish was super fresh and we loved it. We ordered two pieces to share and it was more than enough. The fries were just the right amount and the Caesar salad was tasty too. Everything came on time and the service was great. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

Had dinner tonite at Doc Morgan's and enjoyed a number of shared appetizers followed by a "smash burger" style hamburger (yum) and some fish and chips. We enjoyed the different flavors with the burger being one of the best we can remember. Our server was very personable and th early June BC weather cooperated with a lovely evening and sunset. We moored in the marina and had a short walk to the pub. It was a great experience.

Google
The foods and drinks were pretty good. The cocktail I got was Dark and Stormy, and it's without a doubt got my stamp of approval. However, I think the amount of ice in the drink was more than expected. To anyone who wishes to get a cocktail, my advice is to ask them to put less ice in the glass or just get rid of it so that you get more drink. There were two ladies serving my table, and both of them were nice and caring. Would definitely want to come back and dine in again!

Google
The smell when we walked it was delicious! The waitress seemed like she had all the tables herself. She did an excellent job at knowing which tables sat first etc. And brought drinks and took orders as promptly as she could. Our meal was great! I especially liked my Dijon crusted Halibut. Would highly reccomend this pub! Best food/service I’ve had on Bowen 🙌🏼

Google
Came her for my birthday lunch with some family. I was going to get a burger but when at Doc Morgan's, have the fish. Delicious salad and focaccia and great service. I will definitely come back to try the 947 burger!

Yelp
I love that their patio is dog friendly! We stopped in after a hike for some grub, the chef was walking by and happened to overhear us and recommended the fish and chips and we were sold! They were hot fresh and delicious. We were sat next to a fire table so we stayed cozy and enjoyed the view. It was busy as usual but the service was great. Of course being right next to the water it would be popular, but the food and drinks stand up as well.

Yelp
Did not know what to expect for lunch on Bowen Island but am I so glad we came to Doc Morgan's. We were able to get outdoor seating and it was so nice out. Ordered the Doc Burger which was pretty average but still really good. The cup of chowder is probably the best chowder I've ever had which is so unfortunate because I'm from the US. The oysters were also super fresh and tasty. Overall, if I lived in the area I would come to eat here multiple times but since I don't, I'll need to figure out a trip just to eat their chowder. The staff was very nice and friendly. The food was a bit of a wait but it was so nice out I didn't mind. If possible I would recommend sitting outside if it's not to hot because it was very peaceful.

Yelp
It was an enjoyable experience. Highlights: --great service: server was around, very friendly and accommodating, great attitude, hard worker. --great vibe: cozy, friendly, homey. Pictures of the community around the restaurant makes you feel like they care about their place. --food: fish and chips were really good. Lightly battered, thick piece of fish. Homemade tartar sauce. Key lime pie was delicious. Improvement: -- Butter chicken was ok...tasted more like a spicy tomato soup. Will definitely return and recommend.

Yelp
Chowder was awesome. Chicken sandwich was good but not to the OMG level. Can't beat the view. Service was very pleasant. I really liked the fries. Definitely a must if you are in Snug Harbor.

Karen S.

Yelp
The food is delicious. We ordered The Great Meatball and the Poke Dragon Bowl. Both items were fresh, elegant and generous. The server was a darling and kept our beverages brimming. Wonderful view from the upper deck. Two tables next to ours were crowing and raving over their entrees as well. Great spot and reasonable prices.

Jamie V.

Yelp
Excellent fish and chips. We stopped just for a snack while waiting for the ferry. Our server was great and helped make sure we received the bill quickly in order to catch our ferry.

Chris H.

Yelp
Excellent rock cod and chips.. I came here not expecting much for a very touristy area (next to the ferry) but the fish was plump and crispy, and the fries perfectly done. Service was a bit slow even though the place was only 1/3 full on a Friday late afternoon, it was about a half hour in by the time I received my drink, waiting 20 mins to order
google avatar

Nila S.

Yelp
Really average food but gets the job done. Located in a popular area so you'll see it busy but flavor and taste wise, meh

Kate B.

Yelp
Worst service... I phoned in advance to order take out.. I explained that we were catching the ferry to Vancouver... the woman who answered the phone said " no problem " pick up in 15 minutes. While my hubby and daughter waited in the car I ran in... sat at the bar paid for two burgers and fries and an order of chicken strips and fries right away plus a 20 percent tip... sat for 30 plus minutes... I asked the bartender about my food and she snapped at me... she was too busy to deal with me... she said she wished she could help me as she rolled her eyes.. my husband called me and said the ferry was was loading so I told her I had to go.. she said bye... I was furious walking down the stairs and bumped into the manager guy... I grumbled and he said the kitchen was slammed... I get that...but paying more than 80 bucks for food I never received was a serious piss off... the bartender did not offer to credit my card for the food I didn't get and got tipped.. I'll spend my money at any other food joint on Bowen for sure..ended up eating at McDonald's downtown which was gross but a way better experience... don't go to Doc's...I've been on Bowen for thirty years and Doc's has had its ups and downs... new managers new staff new owners etc... never had a worse experience than this one... Zero star

Yelp
Coming off the ferry, my fiancé and I felt transported to a different world. The thin fog and crisp afternoon chill gave the neighborhood a bit of a spooky, haunted island kind of vibe, but we were digging this quaint little town. After walking down a few blocks, we decided to hang out at Doc Morgan's and read books we had brought. It was a point in the afternoon that felt too early for beer, but coffee didn't fit the mood either. So beer it was. We were seated immediately on the outdoor patio, which provided a gorgeous view of the harbor. We got calamari and shrimp cocktail to share. Unfortunately the calamari was cold and soggy, and the shrimp still tasted frozen. This seems like a good spot for regulars, though my visit to the island might have been a one-time occasion, just to tour Vancouver. I'd be down to grab beers on the patio with friends and enjoy the friendly service but would just avoid the food.

Suzie M.

Yelp
The ambience is charming. The service is friendly. However, the food is subpar and extremely overpriced. I ordered mussels. I got exactly 12 overcooked mussels out of which 3 were bad. The mussels came in a too salty but otherwise flavorless broth accompanied by a minuscule slice of bread. My husband ordered the Friday night special - steak with Yorkshire pudding and green beans. The meat had gristle and the green beans were hard and tasteless. The mashed potatoes were just okay. I ordered creme brulee for dessert since I was still hungry after my 9 overcooked mussels. The burnt sugar crust was good but the custard looked slightly curdled and was heavy and tasteless. My husband's tiramisu claimed to be home made but looked and tasted like something from a budget grocery store. My lemonade was not bad. My husband's negroni passed muster. I am still hurting over the final bill.

Yelp
A few weeks ago, after a long day hiking around Bowen Island, my pals and I came here for some post-hike fuel and beverages. We were able to snag a big table on their patio right away, which was great seeing as how this seemed to be prime happy hour time and the patio was full (while socially distant). Seeing as how this spot is directly next to the ferry terminal, it gets busy quickly especially around ferry departing times. Their menu consists of a variety of pub fare: burgers, sandwiches, salads, etc. Everyone at my table decided to go for the fish and chips, while I myself dared to be different and got the beyond veggie burger and fries. I had been talking about getting a burger all day, so this hit the spot perfectly. Drink wise, I got the watermelon mojito, which was perfectly refreshing. It came garnished with a little watermelon on the side, which was a great touch. Our server was a superstar. It was a very hot day and she was running around between all the tables, all with a big smile on her face. If you're on Bowen Island, this is a great spot directly next to the ferry to get a bite to eat.

Yelp
The middle aged man with a beard treats the staff horribly. He was so condescending to our waitresses we almost left. He was short and rude with every customer, and made the overall experience unpleasant. He was seating all the guests and barking out orders at everyone around him. That being said, this is hands down the best restaurant on the island. All the other people working there are amazing and the food is always top shelf. Only leaving a one star review to draw attention to the post. Been there dozens of times and have not seen him before, but man he made it so unpleasant eating there. Listening to how he talks to the staff was very off putting. I feel bad for everyone working there.

Yelp
A must try for incredible west coasy clam chowder, nice touch with some old bay in it, lived the dill and touch of paprika. Would be nicer with a buttered crustini but hey pretty awesome! The wings were meary but a bit salty for me glad they came with blue cheese dip! Ser ice was fast and the waitress cheery and attentive. The view is amazing to wind down at after a dat of hiking trails or whatever you ha e been up to. So worth a try. i would imagine sunsets in the summer would be incredible looking out over the marina with a cold beer. The doc morgan is really good beer fyi!

Yelp
Really great patio up top with a nice little view of the harbor. I got the omg chicken burger and it was really good! The fries were very meh and my beer was a bit warm, otherwise it would have been 5 stars for sure. The service was really good and nice. Worth a visit for sure!

Yelp
Not too bad. For a couple of guys that just wanted a bite before getting on the ferry, we sure picked a delicious quick meal. Very good baked crispy cauliflower with spicy sauce for dipping, and bbq flavoured shrimp with garlic toast. So good. Great service. Great views. Fast and convenient.

Amelie F.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Service was great. It's a very friendly/ casual place. I ordered a glass of local Pinot gris . It wasn't tasty to me . The texture of Creme brûlée is almost like liquid but the waitress had no problem to change the order for us. We then had cheesecake. I'd like to come back for dinner again.

Yelp
A plate of stodge. I'm a local, and stick my head into Docs on occasion. I've always ordered the same meal, and it has never arrived in its advertised state twice, so despite the menu never changing, the kitchen cannot maintain a basic standard. The corollary is that staff turnover is practically 100% every other month, so as mentioned, all thoughts of consistency go out the window in such an environment. The interior is charming. Perfectly charming in fact. However, what let's it all down is incompetent management dragging the whole enterprise into the plug hole. I'll never forget ordering a Guinness, and having it opened-and poured-for me. It went everywhere, and then it was served dripping wet to the wrong person. Or the time I chose to have the Sunday Special Roast. It arrived in all its untrimmed gristle cold to the touch, and with sodden puddings. Really quite a negatively memorable experience. Don't pay too much heed to the tourist's high reviews, as they're too awestruck by Bowen, and can't be relied upon for an accurate assessment...of anything.

Yelp
We flew over here tonight and Docs was close by so we all dropped in hungry and thirsty. They have a great atmosphere inside and we are all having a good time. Of course great weather and lots of wine help too. I like their menu as my husband is low carbing and he ordered a bucket of shrimp and a steak with double vegetables. Some of us got wonderful creamy clam chowder. I am super picky and it was very good. They have a TV on the wall so you can look at sports when you want. The big kicker is they make their own desserts too. You can be assured of great service and fun when you go here.

Yelp
The best place to eat on Bowen Island! Doc Morgan's is located close to the ferry docks so after a long day of hiking and exploring, you want to be close to the docks to be on time to cruise home. The food was pretty standard pub food and nothing stood out, but you definitely go for the location and view. My friends and I decided to have some beers and snacks on the patio. It was relaxing staring out at the boats under the sun. There are patio umbrellas as well in case you don't want the sun to be directly on your head.

Yelp
Popped in for a very late brunch on a Saturday in December, so the restaurant was practically empty except for a handful of people. We opted for the breakfast menu. I ordered the Benedict Florentine. Amazing! Perfectly poached eggs, flavourful hollandaise, spinach and tomato were fresh. The hashrowns were super flavourful too. I cleared the plate no problem. The service was great. Efficient and friendly. Only "issue", my husband had a cold so he saw the fruit bowl and was thrilled. When it came, we were both stumped. It was literally just canned fruit cocktail. Fortunately the waiter noticed he didn't eat it and we explained, so.it was taken off the bill. Lesson learned, we will always ask from now on if a menu means fresh fruit.

Yelp
Atmosphere: it's a put with lots of seating. Price: pub prices which are market value and obtainable. Customer service: super friendly and loved how they were joking about my hair. Food: i had the basic burger with side salad. burger was nice and juicy and no complaints about the salad.

Yelp
When you walk in it has a weird smell. We were at Bowen Island hiking on Sunday and there are hardly any restaurants open. I had a fish and chips and on the side there were coleslaw. The fish and chip was ok but i loved the coleslaw the most. Its different then any other coleslaws I had. The portion is pretty decent. But it was the cheapest thing on the menu. We sat on the balcony and it was nice and breezy. The waitress doesn't seem to be around when we need something.
google avatar

Celina Y.

Yelp
Wonderful meal. The fish & chips are wonderful with a light golden batter. The clam chowder is thick with lots of seafood. The linguine with clams has a great sauce with lots of garlic, well seasoned. But the must get is the prawns appetizer - they are cooked and chilled to perfection, sweet, not chewy and HUGE!
google avatar

Derek Q.

Yelp
Cheap specials available which kind of makes up for the mediocore food. Had much better food in the near Italian place, Tuscany at a similar price. Service is not bad yet clearly short of staffs. Server was professional and friednly but rushed on everyhing. Someone wrote here about local beer available - not true; only has imported beers and beers from different cities in BC. Would go here as a last resort but not as a first choice. Ambiance, atmosphere, all fell short.

Yelp
We visited on a Sunday in the summer and headed here like everyone else when the ferry arrived. As a result there was a long wait for food and the kitchen got backed up. They actually ran out of tartar sauce. We hoped to have a nice view of the water, but we were a bit away from the good view so we could stay in the shade. The husband REALLY liked the salmon sando. I had one, too, but thought it was only okay and didn't really dig the flavor of the salmon. Meanwhile he still reminisced about it the following day. The kids had fish and chips. The fish seemed like yer typical fish and chips. The chips were really good. One of the Yelp reviews said they were shoestring fries and frozen, but these were thick and perfect. The best part was the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream. The coating was a brown custard-like sauce which was slightly odd looking but tasted great. I loved every bite.
google avatar

David B.

Yelp
Great food spoiled a bit by service. These girls can do better. I asked for the chowder before the fish and chips (twice) but it came with the meal which was late. I say this because we waited an hour then had to wolf down some great food in 10 minutes and run to the ferry. Don't you hate that! Everyone around us got served and the waitress "who was too loud" said we were between two big orders so you got ignored, forgotten or something. This is a 4 star place but we got a 2 star meal.
google avatar

Roberta T.

Yelp
Decent food, great location with a nice patio, and very friendly staff. We ended up in this place duo to the nice location by the water. I had a salmon burger with green salad and it was a very decent dish. The salmon was very good. As dessert, I had a chocolate cake with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream. The dessert wasn't in the menu, but the waiter told us that it was something close to $6 (i don't really remember the exact value). We ordered and it was delicious. But we had a surprise when the waiter brought the bill. They charged separately the ice cream that came with the chocolate cake ($4 more)! I don't mind paying for that at all, but nobody told us about that or asked us if we wanted to add the ice cream. Weird. Except this small surprise, it is a good place for a lunch.

Yelp
We go to Doc Morgan's on Bowen Island frequently and have always loved the service and food. We most recently went there for dinner and dancing on New Year's eve and had one of the nicest New Year's eve dinners we had ever had. The food was incredible and the presentation and friendliness and intimacy of the staff and setting was among the best we had experienced. Afterwards there was dancing and champagne and we brought in the new year I with a beautiful intimate ambiance overlooking a most gorgeous marina. Can't speak highly enough about the dinner itself which was gourmet and a fair price. It's one of our favorite places. lisa shatzky and don maclean

Yelp
Came here because we missed the ferry and needed to wait for two hours. I didn't expect much of the restaurant but I was surprised! Although it was crowed, we didn't wait a lot for a table and even then, all the staff was friendly, reminds us that they were rushing to arrange a place to seat for us. We.orderd the chicken fingers and the southern shrimp. Everything was delicious! I would eat more but we had to head back to the ferry. Definitely I will stop here again on my next visit to the island.

Yelp
This is a pub restaurant done right! Cute marine style decor with beach views from the patio. More importantly the food did not disappoint. I'm surprised it only has a three star rating. It was hard to choose what to order. We shared the 1/2 lb bucket of shrimp to start and then ordered the cilantro lime chicken salad and chicken club. Everything tasted great and hit the spot for pub grub, will come back to try the fish and chips!

Yelp
We had a really nice lunch here; table on the upper patio overlooking the park, friendly service, and tasty fresh food. We're glad we stopped here for sure!

Maria M.

Yelp
Disappointing. We've had lunch at Doc Morgan's several times and always loved it, but last night our Valentine's dinner was a saddening experience. We both ordered the rack of lamb, which looked beautiful but once cut into proved to be completely raw. We sent it back and were eventually served properly-cooked meals. Mistakes happen. We get it. This was an item that's not on the regular menu. But what was really disheartening was the service. Our server did not engage with us, avoided eye-contact, and it seemed that she couldn't get away from our table fast enough. She chatted easily with locals at other tables, but didn't even tell us her name. We felt unwelcome and rushed, as if she wanted to be rid of us. Very unpleasant.
google avatar

Yelp
The upper patio is where it's at! Such a breathtaking view! The first day we ate wings and spicy seared tuna- The wings are out of this world! The tuna was refreshing, and the cucumber salad was delightful! The second day we ate lunch we ordered the 1lb bucket of tiger prawns - the cocktail sauce had some definite kick (plenty of horse radish). The local patrons were awesome- Was so nice to make some new friends! The only complaint I really have is the servers are pretty slow at bussing their own tables... Lunch

Junko S.

Yelp
Decided to try this place on recommendation of friends that had been. It was St Patrick's Day and knew we couldn't get outside on patio. Food took a while to come out and when they did the fries were like warm on my plate so I requested warmer fries. There were a couple of other tables unhappy around us. It may not have been a good day due to it being busy.

Yelp
Worth a boat trip for Fish and Chips. I had halibut for fish which was perfectly cooked, not greasy, light, flavorful, and fresh. The Oil used is changed daily so the coating does not come out in the oily orange/brown you see at many places - instead, here it's light, fluffy. Two pieces with cole slaw and fries are the way to go for about $25. A bit expensive but worth it, and the service was friendly and fairly efficient. I tasted my friend's cod too, but the halibut was such an eye-opener. With the fresh cider, we had incredible lunch. If there are a better fish-and-chips in Vancouver area, please let me know because I feel like this is the best one I had that's worth writing for.

Yelp
Loved the atmosphere, awesome service, tasty food and a great space to go relax after a hike. Love the fireplace too. Will go back for sure :)

Yelp
Finally ~ fish and chips done properly! A friend and I made the venture to Bowen Island for the first time last weekend. We wandered around the Artisan Village until we were quite hungry and needed to sit and relax. Being close to the harbour, and having a nice view appealed so we went in. We were quickly seated, despite the place being full ~ a Saturday and also St. Patrick's day. I'm from Vancouver Island, and I'm really tough to please on fish and chips. What most restaurants serve is edible, but has way too much batter, is still half frozen in the middle and is totally flavourless. Sigh... I decided to order the cod and chips, my friend ordered the mushroom risotto ~ we enjoyed the view from our table at the very front of this restaurant. Our meals did not disappoint. My fish was light, still flaky, very moist with just the perfect dusting of light batter covering the pieces. Nice flavour and texture ~ this for me is hard to find. My friend loved her risotto and agreed my fish was much better cooked than most places. The fries were overcooked and just average ~ but the tartar sauce was homemade, full of dill and excellent. We shared a chocolate explosion cake with ice cream~ delicious. Our server was very busy but made a great effort to be attentive and there were other staff scurrying around delivering food and cleaning tables. It appears that have improved their service standards from previous negative reviews from others. This pub has a nice celtic theme with lots of windows and the ambience here is classy but relaxed feeling. Walking distance to the docks and ferry and nice view of the harbour. Yes, I'd return again from my experience here.

Elle C.

Yelp
Great location and patio but that's about it. Terrible wings and scattered, inattentive service. Wouldn't come here again. The Bowen Pub is infinitely better.
google avatar

Reena M.

Yelp
Mmmmm nice honey pale ale. I didn't get what company brewed it though. It was on tap. The scenery is nice and it's really close to the ferry docks so it's great for grabbing a quick pint before you get on the ferry to Vancouver. Service was pretty quick too. They have all sorts of seating arrangements: outside on upstairs patio, outside on downstairs patio, inside upstairs, and inside downstairs. It's pretty big. I'll be back the next time I'm on Bowen Island.

Yelp
We came here mid-May on a lovely Sunday day trip to Bowen Island and were looking forward to sitting outside and enjoying some oysters which were being promoted on their chalkboard. We walk in and ask for an outside table. We're told to just wait a few minutes, and someone would get a table ready for us. From where were were standing, we could see a table that was available. We waited nearly 10 minutes for that table and finally asked again if we could just be seated. This time our response was -- yes, I think your table is ready. Okay... Nothing had happened to "ready" the table in the time we'd been waiting for it. But okay... So then we sat down. No one came by with menus or water. We looked around at all the other tables and noticed no one had food. A lot of grumbling was taking place about the lack of service. How strange since inside, there were several waitstaff just standing around the bar talking to each other. Finally someone comes by and we ask for water and menus. We're told there is no menu as it was being created still -- a new chef had just started THAT day. The server said he'd be back to let us know what the options are and asked one of the girls standing around to give us water. We heard from the table next to us that the options were limited to a few things which were basically burger, fish and chips, etc. No salads, no oysters, nothing that we really felt was worth sitting around and waiting for. I can't rate the food as I never got any. We decided to leave. At that point, we had already wasted 25 minutes and gotten nowhere. I understand it was a new chef -- but was the management and waitstaff new also? What's with the lack of service? No thanks -- I won't be coming back here.

Yelp
My wife, myself an our little daughter enjoyed a great meal at Doc's this past Saturday night. We've been coming here for years and in the past 3 years the high prices and mediocre service has turned us away - our experience Saturday was very different. The place had it's old energy back with a neat mix of locals and visiting boaters and a warm and cozy atmosphere (no doubt helped by the $4 beer specials, $5 martini's and $2 shots). The food was excellent and the service was prompt and friendly. If you haven't been in a while - give it a go, we had an awesome night !

Yelp
Came here for food and beer after hiking Mount Gardner. On the plus side, the place is clean and serves local beer. However, food was less than stellar. We ordered a 'pound' of wings, 'hot' style. For $14, I assumed we'd get some nice sized wings. Instead, we got puny McNugget sized wings. To make things worse, we had to pay an extra $1 for blue cheese dressing. There was no flavor to any of it. Nice setting, but poor value.

Yelp
A spacious place with lots of great indoor or outdoor seating. The food is amazing- their seafood chowder is worth committing crimes for and they are famous for their fish and chips. Lots of great selections they they have live entertainment in the evening. It's a great place to relax after one of Bowen Islands hikes. You should go!

Yelp
We had the fish & chips and the fish (cod) was very good with a decent portion size and good, batter. The "chips" were shoestring french fries, unfortunately, and likely frozen. Coles slaw was fresh and good. Overall not bad at all for $14, especially after a good hike, but real chips from fresh potatoes would have got an extra star from this reviewer. The beer selection was good and well-priced. I quite enjoyed my Howe Sound King Heffy. The location is terrific, close to the ferry terminal and with a great deck overlooking Snug Cove. We were lucky enough to sit outside but the indoor seating was quite charming with pleasant nautical decor. Overall well worth a try at the end (or middle) of a day on Bowen.

Yelp
I've been there a few times and the food is fine. But the service needs some work. When we stopped in for drinks this one time, the servicer made a remark "Oh you're taking up my whole area just for drinks (huff)" and then abruptly took the menu away and shook her head. We weren't even there for more than 20 mins from the time we received our drinks, we all ordered drinks and tip well. Service is a big part of the experience, I will think twice about returning.

Yelp
Would recommend going elsewhere unless you want to walk in and use their lovely bathroom without anyone acknowledging you. I've been here twice this year as it looks quite nice. Both times there was no hostess so we stood around looking lost until we grabbed the waitress' attention only to be greeted with a swift "I'm busy right now, give me a second". Stand around for another few minutes looking confused and repeat. Please, thank you's and simply being pleasant go a long way. Under staffed, the ones that are there are rude.

Yelp
This restaurant is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the ferry. We came in at an off-peak hour (4pm), and were able to pick our seats on the deck and enjoy the view of the marina, park, and mountains. The fish and chips were pretty good and the service was decent. The price was high but for being on an island where everything gets shipped in, it's understandable.

Yelp
OVERPRICED mediocre food. You don't have to go all the way to Bowen island for food as ordinary as this. Saving grace is the ambience. Service is good but struggles with a full house as does the kitchen. There are other restos on the island that deserve checking out.
